Originally created with the intention to be a Guilds NPC. While this is still a possibility, thinking of using the character in something else, instead. Ideas welcome.

"Observer's Eye"
Tink's ability is selective supernatural eyesight. Put plainly, Tink is able to actively enhance her visual perception, allowing her to see things that others cannot. She can apply this vision in multiple ways.
-Aura Vision (The ability to see the contents of one's aura, which can aid in determining their strength, the content of their character, mood, and health)
-Night Vision (The ability to see in low light environments)
-Soundwave Sight (The ability to see soundwaves as ripples in the air, generated by noise, however quiet)
-X-Ray Vision (The ability to see through objects)
-Ultraviolet Vision (The ability to perceive UV Radiation, letting her see well underwater, in fog, or in rain, see fingerprints, and other traces)
-Infrared Vision (The ability to perceive the infrared spectrum, meaning variations in the temperature of objects and the environment)
-Magical Vision (The ability to perceive ambient magical energy)
-Astral Vision (The ability to see energy emanated by spirits, letting her vaguely perceive ghosts and spirits)
-Zoom (Tink is able to enhance her field of vision, letting her see incredibly small objects, or over vast distances with optimal clarity)
Tink's sensory powers make her formidable. However, they come with a hitch
-If she keeps it on for too long, she'll get a headache, making concentration difficult, though she has honed her ability to work through it to an extent, if necessary. It's best used in quick bursts.
"Tinkerer"
Tink is an indisputable genius and, while not actually an ability, many have questioned whether there's an abnormal amount of magical energy flowing into her brain. Using this intelligence, she's created her patented 'Mystech'. She can create machines that use science to influence magic, then harness the magic to generate the desired effects. She's prone, however, to have sudden sparks of pure genius that she refers to as "Tink Attacks," whenever she's particularly inspired, or something triggers an idea.
Tink isn't an especially combative person, though she does know how to take care of herself to an extent. Thanks to the power of her mind, she's able to make snap decisions as the situation changes around her, and make predictions as to the best course of action. She's also fairly limber and agile, making her acrobatic (helped by her suit). Using her sensory powers (particularly her ability to see soundwaves and heat), she's able to avoid attacks more handily than most.
That being said, Tink generally plays a more supportive role in situations unless sent in solo. She focuses on distracting opponents, and protecting allies with well-timed barriers. She also lends her powers of observation, when applicable, acting as a detective of sorts. Her overall style is to stay on the move and defend herself or others, distracting enemies in the process, and setting up allies to deal damage. Or. if alone, she sets herself up instead.
Noteworthy Inventions
While Tink is perfectly capable of holding her own if she must, she's still just a person. And in this world of gods among men, she sees fit to give herself an edge in whatever way possible. So she's created a handful of inventions in the name of allowing her to squarely fight more powerful foes than those she'd be able to fell with her bare hands.
Suit: Tink invented Magi-Conversion - essentially the process of using machines to convert ambient magical energy into its raw, visible, tangible form. She also invented Magic-Distillation - the process of extracting ambient magical energy from natural energy sources, such as fire. These are the basis of her Mystech. Her suit features a personalized application of this technology. By absorbing ambient magical energy, it can then convert it into raw magical energy, which she can project back out into protective barriers from emitters on the palms of her gloves. The emitters double as extractors, capable of pulling in energy-based attacks and extracting the magical energy from them to add to the suit's charge while neutralizing harm. The suit can also project an aura around Tink to reinforce physical actions.
-Tink's suit can only store so much of a magical charge at once. Absorb too much without releasing it, and the suit will short out. It can harmlessly expel magical energy, however, by converting it into mystic steam. There is a gauge that Tink wears on her glove to let her know how much energy the suit can still handle. Reinforcing physical actions likewise jettisons energy from the suit's reserve, which leaves her more vulnerable until the suit can recharge.

The reason for Tink's nickname is her knack for inventing things. Tink has used her expertise to craft a number of inventions for the benefit of others. However, she's not actually sold most of it, despite her technically being a merchant. She's got ideas constantly bouncing around in her head. And while she does take her time to develop them all, she's young and most of what she's finished, she made for herself. Most of what she aims to give to others is more ambitious and presently experimental, designed more for the purpose of making people's lives easier. She hasn't gotten all of it to work, just yet, however. Mystech barrier projectors to defend small settlements, more efficient mining equipment, useful tools and humane weapons for law enforcement, small service automatons for household duties, and so-on. She's also created a fair few devastating weapons, far more dangerous than what she wields, herself. Tink loves to study and learn new things. She enjoys applying her newfound knowledge to knew scientific mysteries and magical puzzles, challenging her mind like never before.
Personality:
Tink is a genius, certainly, but she's what one would call "Brilliant but lazy" in the extreme. She seems to be almost perpetually sleepy. As such, she naps often, and can usually be found looking for places to lounge around, when on missions and the like. She often tries to get out of doing things she doesn't feel like doing, as well. She has a tendency to snuggle up to a usually rather annoyed Gunpowder Witch, purely because she finds the excess body heat cozy for nap time. That aside, Tink is very blunt and honest. Her sleepy demeanor leads to her coming across as rather blase about most things. She's seldom seen with her eyes fully open, even when she is totally alert.
Tink has the social skills of a brick. She has no real concept of personal space, doesn't tend to think before speaking, and is just generally a bit awkward to hold conversations with, as she usually doesn't seem to realize her unique way of communicating with people isn't... normal. That said, she does have a tendency to be rather playfully teasing, at times.
Frank as she is, Tink doesn't really think of herself as a genius, just a curious person. Her inventive tendencies come from her desire to just apply her knowledge and make life easier. She also doesn't particularly ascribe her actions to any real sense of morality. If she helps someone, it's because she likes them, or was told to. If she makes something, it's seldom for the interest of helping others, so much as in the interest of solving the problem. True to her alignment, Tink doesn't really think about things in terms of good and bad, generally.
