OC: Lily and Ivan Phillips (< ha! XD)

For my Mancer's RP....which I hope picks up...>.>

Lily

Age - 17

Race - Human/European (from England)

Height - 5'5"

Appearance - long, wavy auburn hair, brown eyes, pudgy (not too fat, nor too skinny), wears casual clothing

Power - Hydromancer (the power of water). she must have a source of water (i.e. a puddle on the ground, or a bottle of water that she carries with her). Since your body is made up of about 75% water, she can extract that water from your body leaving you dehydrated and near death, but only the dehydration will kill you. She must be able to place her hands on you and concentrate for about 10 seconds before she can do this to you though, so it's extremely hard for her to succeed at it.

Personality: overly cautious, paranoid, doesn't trust others, but in general, she is a kind, caring person. She is not afraid to speak her mind, or stand up for what's right.

Backstory: Lily was born into a great life. She had great parents who cared for her, and her younger brother. They never mistreated her, but taught her everything there was to know about manners and being a "good girl". When she wanted something, and was unable to have it for whatever reason, her parents would calmly explain to her why she couldn't have it. Lily never argued or talked back to her parents, but respected them as they desereved. When her powers first started to develop, her parents, who were also mancers, but had been concealing it from her to keep from scaring her, talked to her about mancers in general. They told her that she was very special, and she should only use her powers for good, and only when the time called for it.
When she was fifteen, right around the time the Orginization was created, her parents left her in charge of her little brother, Ivan, while they went out to try to fight off the Orginization. They never returned home. The following day, their house was attacked by members of the Orginization. Knowing that she was no match for them, attempted to flee the house with her brother, and managed to escape without being noticed by the Orginization members.
It has been 2 years since that fateful event. Having no other family members who are mancers (and not wanting to endanger the lives of her other family members anyway), she and her brother stay on the move. Using her powers, she has managed to cross the ocean into North America. She aquired American citizenship, and is now working full time for a retail store. She lives in a run down, small apartment complex with a living room/kitchen, one bedroom, and a tiny bathroom, but it's home for now. She is ever watchful for Orginization memebers, and never uses her powers as to try and keep their attention off of her.
Lily loves her brother, and cares for him as a mother. She would do anything to protect him.


Ivan
Age - 5

Race - Human/European (from England)

Height - whatever the average height is for a 5 year old XD

Appearance - small, short brown hair, hazle eyes, wears casual clothing (jeans and a t-shirt)

Power - No powers have manifested in him yet...

Personality - curious, but otherwise quiet, does what he is told, clingy, talkative, but does not talk to strangers or tries no to anyway.

Backstory: Ivan hasn't lived long enough to really aquire a backstory. He doesn't understand where his mom and dad went, and clings to Lily always worried that she will leave him to. He has just started kindergarten.
