Well, my workout completed! It was a hard 3 months, but I can definitely feel the differences. However, I don't know if I can really see the differences, as I see little difference between the Before and After photos. T_T It's okay, though, as I'm gonna restart the workout--and torture--all over again.
However, aesthetics aside, I wanted to start something and see it through, and I managed to do it with this workout and I'm proud of myself for it. There were many days I was tempted to throw in the towel, but I stuck it out. The only week that really hurt me was this last one, but it was a recovery week, so it's okay. Without further ado, here we go! XD

Am I correct in remembering that you aren't doing this program anymore, but still working out?
