Personality: Nathan would like you to think he is one of the most interesting and most charming men in the world. That's because he is. He's not modest in the least and is also rather eccentric in public. His public relations have skyrocketed as well, thanks to the publication of his dual identity as Protector. But Nathan has a darker side. Ever scheming and calculating his next moves, Nathan's only interest has always been power. He is a genius megalomaniac and a potent threat. While he comes across publicly as a heroic figure, no one knows the other side to the coin. Nathan is also the heinous supervillain, Kobrion. He is sadistic and greedy as well as cynical. Nathan's only known crippling fear is of water, due to lack of an ability to swim and a traumatic experience as a boy. But there is another side. Publicly he is the superheroic figure, Protector. No one knows he is secretly the supercriminal, Kobrion. What comes next is that Nathan is also Primus, Crime Lord supreme and one of the most potent criminal masterminds of the century. While publicly Primus is little more than a myth, many superheroes have battled his empire and know, very well, that he is real. As a result, many superheroes have even grown to fear him though no one can claim to have knowingly seen the face of Primus, the undying.

History: Nathan grew up, his father the head of a very powerful company known as Kendall Enterprises. Secretly, his father was Defender, a becon of hope for the public and a potent member of the superhuman community. However, Nathan grew to resent his father due to the lack of attention his father had shown him. After his father fell in the Battleland event and it was revealed who he was, Nathan took the company and decided to take it in new directions. But over the years, his hate filled mind began to formulate elaborate means of getting more power like he'd always wanted in addition to attention. He eventually developed a potent scheme. Nathan would pose as superhero, Protector an evntually reveal his identity to the public, boosting public relations and his influence to the world. At the same time, however, he would act as Kobrion, a ruthless villain who with skill, intellect, and power would recruit villains to work for his "boss", Primus at the same time beginning to spread the name around as well as fear of it. Nathan's eventual motive is likely to become a world power. He sets up events so people will know that Protector is there and will never doubt him, throwing his allies into prison and later breaking them out as Kobrion. Where he stands, no one knows. He is the superhero, Protector. He is the supervillain, Kobrion. He is the mastermind behind the scenes, Primus. Not even his pawns and allies know.

Powers: The closest thing to an actual superhuman ability that Nathan possesses is a high genius level intellect. Aside from that, Nathan relies on his powersuits. Protector's battlesuit is capable of rocket powered flight, energy blasts, superhuman strength, and grants near invulnerability. It is also equipped with several weapons. Kobrion's costume is laced with rare metallic alloy extracts, making it somewhat above averagely durable. This suit also boosts strength and speed to lower par superhuman levels. In the arms are foot long steel blades which can be retracted into slots on the forearm but not entirely. Pouches in the suit's wrists exude potent acids and gases which, depending on the mix he selects, varry from simply being enough to temporarily blind people to being able to burn through metals in seconds to knocking out high level superhumans.

History: Leon was once part of Primus' payroll. He was a street thug hoping for a big score. When that seemed impossible with the constant interference of heroes like Golden Gal, he volunteered for an experiment that had him boosted with a genetics compound. This game him the strength, speed, dexterity, and otherwise of a lion (As if others couldn't compete with that)

Powers: Lion possesses the Strength, Speed, Dexter-...Read history.

Updated: Granted an Event in the Silver Age Roleplay, Lion has become a significant threat with the boosted strength from enhanced bones and muscle tissue that makes him far stronger than he once was. The claws in his suit are made of the same alloy used to reinforce his body. This allows him to tear through sheet metal. This also makes him a bit more durable.

Personality: Destro is about the most competent out of all of PRIMUS' pawns. That said, he's still a pawn. He ultimately lacks a soul and has the ruthlessness of a corrupt businessman. He's greedy and demanding. He's also rather formal.

History: Talbot was a businessman once upon a time. He got mixed up in things he shouldn't have and went bankrupt. Broke and out of luck, he turned to crime as a crime boss. But he was quickly targeted by PRIMUS for his particular expertise in arrangement, or so he thought. After being repeatedly beaten by Animal, he volunteered to undergo a procedure that'd make him more than a match for the Queens superhero. The procedure was to turn him into the man-machine, Destro the Great. He has since been a notable menace to Animal, Zone, and Black Phoenix.

Powers: As Destro, Talbot's body is comprised of a dense metallic alloy that makes him nigh-invulnerable. Since his human body still exists somewhat beneath the metal, he does feel pain if hit hard enough (Though it'd take a direct hit from a freight train thrown by Devil-Bat to actual penetrate the armor through impact). His body also has several weapons built in and thanks to its bulk, he is inhumanly strong.

Personality: Concrete is a mindless beast whose only instinct is to destroy whatever it sees. Thanks to technological advancements, however, he receives a painful pulse whenever he goes against the orders of PRIMUS.

History: This beast was brought to life in the midst of a battle between Golem and Animal. It was a pile of bricks then. However, the beast left the battle and disappeared, only to resurface later as Kobrion's secret weapon and a means of escape. He has become a potent issue to the likes of many Manhattan superheroes, especially Animal.

Powers: Aside from being a two story brick monster, immune to impact injury and insanely strong, concrete possesses the ability to manipulate cement, concrete, etc, making him titan in a place as massive as New York, capable of toppling whole buildings. He can mainly only activate this ability through touch, however.

Personality: Aside from a small inferiority complex, Megawatt is a classic thug. He's greedy and likes to pick on those weaker than him. It's become a topic of much grief as it's often made fun of by the more mouthy heroes such as arch-rival, Animal.

History: Megawatt was a crime boss in Manhattan, always aiming for the big score. He worked under PRIMUS since the beginning of his career, heading a number of operations. When PRIMUS had him and his boys steal some rather valuable tech, her did so. PRIMUS told him to open the case and inside was the under development Static Electricity suit which PRIMUS had his lab genius, Machinist, complete before giving it to Bryce. He has since been a rather potent threat.

Powers: The Static Electricity suit allows Megawatt to generate and manipulate electricity to a degree, allowing him to control metals in a sense and supercharge anything. He can ride on electrical power-lines and generate electric bolts of high voltage. At one point the suit allowed him to become electricity for a time and travel through electrical devices but this power has since been proven to have been removed somehow.

Personality: Kim is very mild mannered and polite. She's very intelligent and well read, enjoying literature and culture. She despises violence as much as she does corruption. Being the owner of a local Japanese Restaurant, she knows about business as well.

History: Kim grew up in Hell's Kitchen Manhattan. Her high intellect became the subject of much attention as she was sought out by many colleges. But her grandmother had been training her in martial arts since she was a child. She was a defender of their Japanese home known as Yokai The Black Phoenix. When Kim's grandmother disappeared, she left a note telling Kim that it was always her who would dawn the mantle of The Black Phoenix. Torn for what to do, she chose her grandmother's legacy and later inherited the restaurant when her parents decided to retire and move. She has since upheld her own brand of justice in Hell's Kitchen, punishing criminals and the like.

Powers: Kim possesses no superhuman abilities. She is, however, able to channel all of her chi in order to heal minor wounds and even boost the efficiency and power of her natural abilities.

Personality: Before the incident that gave her such powers, Rena was the "Plain-Jane" of her school. No one really tried to know her but no one antagonized her. She was in the middle where every less than impressive teenager is. She was always curious and wanting to be successful. It ultimately landed her on that expedition. She is rather petrified of water despite now naturally being able to swim, mostly in part to a near-death experience as a child. Now she is far more out-going though not much, well recognized in school (though not necessarily in a positive way by all considering she's still a bit of a brainiac).

History: Rena had been on a Summer Expedition in Africa when she wanders into unsafe territory by accident after losing her glasses. She's ultimately shot by a hunter who hadn't seen her. The hunter found her on the verge of death and his friend, a man named Clue, nursed her back to health, using a miracle drug he'd developed using some animal blood extracts and herbs among other things. She was revived and taken back to her party by the kind men. Over the course of the next few weeks, she began to feel unbelievably good. She could see without her glasses, lift far greater weights, react more swiftly and move far more quickly that ever before. She'd begun to change into The Animal.

Powers: Rena possesses the strength, speed, and agility of a full grown jungle cat. However, if angry enough, she enters a feral rage in which her physical abilities skyrocket. She also possesses far enhanced senses, including an ability to see things on an astral plane. Her nails can now sharpen into claws which she can use to scale vertical surfaces. She is apparently immune to a number of substances that would prove otherwise toxic to humans such as an immunity to lead poisoning and so on. Rena also possesses the knowledge of various animals and insects. She's used this to develop various devices.

Personality: Darrian is exceptionally tough when need be but usually, she comes across as unorthodox and erratic. She can be reckless whenever she thinks she's correct about something. She often does things her own way and when she does, no one can tell her otherwise, not even the hardest-nosed military man.

History: Ms. Grey is part of an exceptionally wealthy family. When came the death of her father when she was little, she vowed to help those who needed it as he did. Her mother died later in Darrian's adulthood. Now alone and wondering what she could do next. She ultimately decided to help people in ways she hadn't before considered when she heard about the death of long-time superhero, Colonel Union. She pulled numerous strings until she was able to have her boys in the labs develop a special program that once used, allowed her to mentally download and retain knowledge of various forms of martial arts, include gunman skills and fencing. After developing a costume for herself, she took on crime in England, bringing down various criminal operations and becoming something of an icon. She joined the special forces for a time but ultimately dropped it, wanting to do things her own way. She has become the British representative of The Heroes of the World association.

Powers: Union-Girl possesses only a metabolism that acts at about 3 times the natural human level, slightly increasing healing rate, making her highly resistant to drugs, immune to getting drunk, and somewhat slows the aging process though not very much.

History: Maka was found in a cavern underground, trapped behind several boulders. She'd been placed in a magically induced coma for god knows how long. This also seemed to keep her alive and physically preserved. She awoke the instant the field was disrupted by A.M.M.O. She has since been their problem in many instances. Having magical powers, a bit of a naive mind, and only so much knowledge of modern day customs. She is the American Rep for the Heroes of the World (considering she's about as North American as it gets)

Powers: Maka is capable of advanced spiritual magic that allows her a number of powers presented her by the gods. The powers she exhibit that resemble lightning are actually bolts of eldritch magic in its harnessed form. The physical effects of this are similar to literal lightning but it's proven capable of inducing comas magically and greatly injuring beings so powerful as even the mighty world destroyer. She has since lost some power in this ability but gained geomanipulation abilities. This allows her to also manipulate metals and even magma, making her an exceptionally powerful force.

Personality: Emeka is well versed and honorable. He's a strong sense of right and wrong and the drive to act by it, correcting the wrongs of others and those of himself.

History: Emeka helped to liberate his people from an evil man who enslaved them. It was a long fought battle. In the end, he was left to fight this dictator and was defeated. He was then exiled only to return after much training and soul searching, as Onyx. As the masked avenger, he defeated the dictator and finally liberated his people before leaving, returning later as Emeka who claimed to send for the help of a man called Onyx who was a legendary warrior in another tribe's culture, thought to be a god of justice. He has since been a tireless defender of his people and the world. Currently he is the African representative within the Heroes of the World.

Powers: The Onyx suit is internally laced with a strong and flexible metallic alloy, making him fairly more durable and enhancing his strength. Its design allows him to hide in the shadows. Aside from this, he's extensive martial arts training. Most notably, he's capable of absorbing any form of energy, be it concussive, heat, etc, and fire it back at twice the power with apparently no upper limit.

Personality: As dark, brooding, and hard-nosed as he is, no one's entirely sure how he acts without the skull helmet on. He is also ultimately ruthless and without any regard for human life aside from those close to him.

History: The man known as The Skull appeared throughout Japan and China respectively, first as an urban legend. He later began to grow more and more potent in significance until his presence was all but ruled out. He has made a name for himself as one of the two Asian Reps of the Heroes of the World. (China and Japan. The other being Madam Winter)

Powers: Skull is called the man who cannot die and while this is for good reason, it is misplaced. He has developed technology that makes him virtually Omnilock, making him ultimately immune to basically everything but because he is only human, he has to limit it so that the strain won't tear him apart, making him only immune to fluctuation in the laws of physics, I.E superpowers used against him have no effect. A field is also placed around him that ultimately neutralizes any superhuman capabilities within a twenty foot radius. This means that the only hope a metahuman has of harming him is to fight in the old fashioned way, in which case, he'll likely win thanks to a stupid high IQ and years of combat practice.

Personality: Winter is very calculating and manipulative, as well as a brilliant actress. She is cold and sometimes shuts down her emotions to do her job. But as she discovers more of her humanity, she begins to discover just how regretful she is.

History: Winter was highly educated and trained as a spy since she was young as part of an elaborate scheme. She was taught English before Russian, brought up at the head of her "class" and when she was ready, she was sent to America where she acquired a job within the Pentagon. However, she was discovered by a different kind of spy...An A.M.M.O spy, Holly Daily. In the ensuing fight, Winter was utterly bested and incarcerated. When she discovered that her very existence was part of a ploy, however, to get Russia into an all out war with America and have both nations eliminated so that a new world power would rise, courtesy of the megalomaniac Conqueror, she broke out of prison and took him on, feeling enraged for being used. She has since been a hero within Russia, often allying herself with American heroes despite a cold alliance (no pun intended). Currently, she is a member of the Heroes of the World.

Powers: Winter is the ultimate soldier and spy on the Russian scale, being their equivalent of Captain America with the skills of The Black Widow and Batman. She is intelligent, agile, a martial arts prodigy, a brilliant actress, and much more. Given peak human potential, accelerated healing abilities, a slightly slowed aging process, immunity to toxins, superior human resistance to otherwise lethal methods, and incredible marksmanship, she is about the most dangerous woman alive. A later addition to her vast pool of talents is training by the mental master Psion which has allowed her to tap into more of her mental potential, making her immune to telepathy and master of the inner planes of balance that makes people susceptible to Telekinesis which, having now unlocked control over said plane, she is immune to.

Personality: Alondra is fairly laid back and playful to say the least. She's simply childish and sheltered. When angered, however, she tends to enter a feral rage in which nothing and no one is safe.

History: Alondra was kidnapped by Animal Tamer who attempted to transform the poor girl into one of his Hybrids. He ultimately failed and she escaped, given a set of strange powers. She has since become a superhero despite public opinion's view of her as a menace. She's joined the Heroes of the World as their Brazilian and only South American Rep.

Powers: Alondra is incredibly agile and is as fast as a jungle cat naturally. She's got enhanced strength to some degree. Her highlight, however, is the harness in her suit that contains six extendable, razor sharp, near indestructible claws that can cut through sheet metal. She's got a danger sense and some degree of mobile invulnerability as well as heightened natural senses and a resistance to pain. The claws in her suit seem capable of deflecting any form of energy attack used against her regardless of its power. However, if the blast is far too large, her best bet is to move out of the way. Lynx is immune to toxins, tranquilizers, tasers, and can generally only be knocked or fall asleep naturally. She's immune to telepathy as well. In her state of Feral Rage, her senses heighten to even greater levels. Her strength and speed become inhuman as well as her durability. Her energy reserves tap, meaning that she never runs out. She can talk to felines and control them to a degree. As a notable ability of unknown origin, Alondra is capable of Vitality Draining. This power can be used to a number of effects. Aside from draining health from the victim and restoring herself, she can also completely drain them of any superhuman abilities they possess. This ability works through skin to skin contact and unlike most, is voluntary, though it was an involuntary act for a short time when it first spawned.

History: Scott was at one time very lacking in self confidence. He considered himself weak and unfit to do the things he really wanted. It wasn't until an accident that made him into "Mr. Invincible" that he began to develop a sense of confidence. Having idolized heroes over the years, he very much supports the way they do things and has become a hero in his own right, joining and occasionally leading many teams, working alongside A.M.M.O and most recently being one of the founding members of The Heroes of the World (The Others Onyx and Skull).

Personality: Alex is fairly lenient and quick witted. This doesn't, however, get in the way of her trails of thought which work like that of a complex supercomputer. On the rare occasion that she joins the action, she is a loudmouth with a tendency to crack jokes.

History: Alexandra, arch-rival of Madam Winter, was born with a genetic disorder that effected her brain. Ultimately, a chip planted in her brain was set to correct the problem. However, when she was electrocuted, rather than her brain being negatively effected, the chip kicked into overdrive, making her into a living supercomputer. She has since created numerous helpful devices. She prefers to remain out of the action, staying at the Heroes of the World base to act as the brains behind the operation.

Powers: Alex's brain acts on an inhuman level, allowing her to think faster and of more elaborately than most any other human being on the planet. This has allowed her a number of outer abilities involved in the fullest potential of her mental capacity, such as pain blocking, self-sustenance, conscious physical adaptability, and a number of skills such as acting, singing, and so on.

Personality: Power used to be, without a doubt, head-strong and had a notably large ego. He was a bit of a womanizer and was an alcoholic. However, after straightening himself out, he's become a bit of a humanitarian and a generally good man. He's still somewhat of a narcissistic but he's working on it.

History: The man who would become Power itself was once a rather difficult to like human biologist. But when his parents' car was sabotaged and they died in an intentional car crash with an oil tanker, he decided to do something more with his life to live up to both their legacies as a cop and a doctor. Years later, he discovered in the blood of an evolute, the mutagenic sequence that gives them their powers. Working together with a few brains to develop a technology around it, the Power-Suit was made. Jerry took the suit for himself secretly and has been using it to fight crime ever since.

Powers: Each of the nine spots on his suit represents a different superpower that is temporarily acquired through pressing them. He continues to develop more spots as he studies the radiation. Mixing these powers hasn't been tested and may very likely hold negative side effects. To protect from this, he only uses one power at a time. Personality: Selfish, Greedy, Diabolical, and with not even the slightest value of human life aside from his own. The man is utterly ruthless.

History: Adam was a businessman whose hatred of The American for ruining his company (at least he blames him for it) drove him to try and defeat American by creating a radioactive suit that could repel even American like tennis ball to a racket. An accident in creating the suit, resulted in him being exposed to radioactivity which began to slowly kill him. However, he turned to an acquaintance who promised to help him by counteracting the radiation. The blend of that and the radiation used on him created the man reactor, Dr. Ruin, a mad man who killed all before him and sought domination.

Powers: The man's body is a living radioactive plant that's rather well maintained. He can manipulate radiation and generate massive explosions by self detonating. Because the the blasts are radioactive, they can be poisonous and can even spawn several more explosions should the blast radius and twenty miles outside of it be scanned thoroughly. He can also break down matter by the molecule with only a thought though his own biology seems somehow unresponsive if exposed to Water, Gamma Radiation, or X-Rays.

Powers: Comet is the documented fastest human being alive. But it isn't so simple. Her superhuman speed allows her to even accelerate her molecules so that she can slip through solid matter with ease. Her metabolism is highly accelerated, allowing her to heal from wounds very quickly. She has heightened reflexes as well. She can entirely disappear from sound and sight spectrum simply by vibrating all of her molecules. This also provides enhanced durability and has been proven capable of somewhat slipping in and out of time. However, her body eventually grew to out of control speeds without voluntary action so dampeners were given to her to suppress her powers. Personality: Legion is one definition of the phrase Pure Evil and it's literal. Being a demonic entity, it is entirely evil. Apparently it's made of evil souls and thus refers to itself as "We"

History: The origins of this demonic beast are unknown entirely. But it is one of the most powerful creatures alive.

Powers: For starters, nothing on a physical scale can harm him (Meaning he just doesn't feel it and it doesn't matter really). They can only slow him down at most. Legion seems capable of several abilities including superhuman strength, incredible regenerative powers, and what has been labeled "Soul Catching". Legion likes to defeat mightier foes and when he is done, he can steal their soul, forever binding them to do as he instructs. Their soul is then stored within the hellfire of his body and materialized into the very being when Legion wills it to. Another trait is Legion's immortality and his ability to disguise himself as a human. He can manipulate the soul destroying properties of hellfire and create demons or turn the living into demons, either version of which he can mentally branch himself to and project his consciousness to.

-Due to his supernatural nature, he seems capable of only being truly hurt by Super Natural means (Which takes him longer to regenerate from). The only exception is hellfire, which seems to have the exact OPPOSITE effect.

Whenever she dawns her makeup and black, bullet resistant suit, she is as silent as a ninja, conveying her messages of death through her actions.

History: Vivian was the honest cop of her neighborhood and displayed incredibly advanced gunman-ship talents as well as outstanding physical prowess. She was eventually recruited by A.M.M.O. She served with them for well over a year before the case that would change her life came along. She was driven to track and incarcerate Terrence Irons Alias Drug for underground criminal activity and a discovered drug operation. When she'd near captured him, he distracted her with tales of a long lost sister of hers who he knew about after he'd managed to escape, Vivian went directly to her roots, tracking down her mother to learn of this sister. Her mother reluctantly told her the truth and that Vivian had a big sister who disappeared, allegedly by kidnapping, when Vivian was only an infant. Vivian tried to find her sister and only wound up tracking down Drug again. But Drug had been working with none other than the mad geneticist, Mr. Splice. He had her knocked out and when she came to, she was strapped to a lab table and the two villains began a series of "experiments", Drug trying different forms of substance on her body as Splice performed genetic tests. In the end, this all appeared to eventually kill her. Splice left Drug to her body just as A.M.M.O was arriving. Splice escaped and Drug was arrested though later escaped again. During the autopsy, Vivian rose from apparent death and escaped, driven mad by the drugs in her body and has since become a symbol of death itself.

Powers: As Vivian is apparently dead, she is ultimately immune to pain, will not bleed if pierced, and will heal from otherwise critical wounds almost instantaneously. She can also raise the dead for a period of time depending on how long they've been deceased. The longer the less time.

Personality: Marina thinks of herself as generally superior to most. But she isn't without her humble side. She will acknowledge in someone, any trait that makes them in any way better than she. She is a queen of tender loving care and holds no real contempt for surface dwellers. She is curious and, by Atlantean standards, hardly an adult, meaning she is still somewhat naive and ignorant. She is modest on some degree, however, not thinking she is nearly as beautiful as many would describe her to be.

History: Marina first emerged on the surface world shortly after WWII where she was not yet the Atlantean queen. She had at one time been taught to despise surface dwellers. However, she fell in love with one whom she visited daily out at sea where he would take out a boat to see her. As years passed, he began to age and she did not. He eventually died and, in her mourning, she vowed never to return to the surface. After she was crowned queen, she reigned in Atlantis, pushing back forces that would often try and steal her thrown or even destroy the city. It wasn't until recently that she returned to the surface when she'd heard the thoughts of an unconscious Torrent. She helped the girl, whom she assumed was Atlantean, get back to health. However, when Torrent revealed herself to be human, Marina was surprised, claiming to have never seen such a human. Torrent went on to explain the Evolution Rain and Marina's curiosity forced more and more questions about the surface world itself to be forced from her lips. When she'd heard enough, she took Torrent back to the surface. Since reemerging, she's managed to form many surface world alliances, including one with Edenian Queen, Mercy, who Marina considers a far superior queen to herself.

Powers: Marina is atlantean and thus ages at an incredibly slow pace, rivaling the slowed aging processes of Mercy and even Gods. She is also able to lift up to five tons and swim at speeds faster than any boat could ever dream, nearly surpassing the sound barrier. She can telepathically communicate with marine-life and is nigh-invulnerable when in the water for long periods of time. She can obviously breathe underwater but unlike Torrent, can survive on land without any other means, the only issue being a slight reduction of her powers. When wet, she can transform her forearms into fins for faster swimming. She is capable of camoflage and can control rain and the tides when she's access to her crown, enabling her to even produce large waves or increase the force of the rain, making bullets of water as well as many other applications.

Personality: When he was human, Eugene was fairly arrogant, stubborn, willful, egotistic, and an all around hard person to like. His womanizing antics frequently got him into trouble with his superior. When he was little, he saw a horrifying movie featuring vampires and as a result, he's been afraid of bats ever since. He was also fairly intelligent. As Devil-Bat, Eugene is incapable of continuous thought for longer than a short few minutes. Ever paranoid that someone'll try to attack and capture him, he stays alert. If even so much as slightly annoyed, an uncontrollable rage consumes his mind and he'll likely level everything around him until he gets to a level of calmness that's safe for those around him.

History: But in his older years, he volunteered for a program to create the ultimate human speciman. The program used special drugs to enhance his physical condition to peak and possibly even beyond human levels. But the strong headed guy got far more than he bargained for when an AMO (Alliances of Metahuman Operations) mission into the Olympian Dimension landed him in the lair of a Dark Elf of the Asgardian Dimension who'd captured a powerful creature called a Boggart. The Elf intended to use dark magic to make the gods of Asgard and Olympus fear him and make him their ruler. But Eugene jumped the gun in the middle of a spell to transfer these powers of fear from the Boggart to the Dark Elf. The Elf, aware of Eugene's presence, absorbed a decent portion of these fear abilities and struck Eugene saying "You shall become that which you most fear, mortal." But nothing happened. The Dark Elf was then captured and taken to the gods of Asgard to determine what to do with him. On Earth days later, aboard the massive AMO aircraft carrier out at sea, Eugene began to experience dizzy spells. In the midst of flirting with a new AMO nurse, he suddenly felt a wave of excruciating pain that overcame his body entire, causing him to drop to his knees. His body had begun to change and thus the Devil-Bat was born. At first, Eugene was unaware entirely what he'd become until AMMO attacked him and he saw his reflection. Horrified by his own image, he lashed out and tried to escape. In the ensuing battle, Eugene swept aside every single force used against him and managed to get away, ever searching for a way to be human again. Devil-Bat has made a cave in the middle of Central Park. Everyone knows where it is and everyone knows for the life of them to stay away from it. He's even been labeled as the most destructive sentient being alive. Many have tries to control him for their own nefarious purposes but all attempts have failed.

Powers: Devil-Bat has a plethora of powers that make in a potent Class 1 Metahuman. For starters, Devil-Bat's serum and magical blood fused together making Devil-Bat nigh-invulnerable and grants him boundless strength. Devil-Bat is also able to fly for an as of yet unknown variable of time if any at all. He can screech at supersonic levels, so loud that it can cause brain damage and so powerful that it can throw even super strength metahumans from their feet. Devil-Bat heals at a fairly increased rate which tends to cover for what can manage to hurt him. Devil-Bat's rage fuels his stamina. The angrier he is, the longer he can fight. He once leveled ten city blocks without so much as breaking a sweat. However, the longer he fights, the longer he must rest after he's calmed down. Mental Wavelengths such as those emitted by Telepaths emit a high pitch frequency which only those with acute sense of hearing are able to detect. Devil-Bat's hearing is so acute that the frequency bothers him and tends to force him into a rage. He notably resists Telepathy when angered as he's a bit preoccupied trying to level anything that opposes him. Even a Level 1 Telepath (Snow) is incapable of breaking this however if skilled enough, they can someone alter the wavelength itself, making the frequency less irritating. At this Devil-Bat's mind cannot be controlled but it can be influenced. Devil-Bat tends not to grow angry unless something bothers him. If someone is simply nearby, then he will leave them unless they do something to annoy him or bring harm to him. Devil-Bat seems to only get stronger as the days pass. During his debut, he was hardly able to fight off the AMMO forces. However later he swept aside an entire AMMO fleet with ease. The reasons for his increasing strength are unknown.

Personality: Bleed is a masochist by nature and a sadist as well. She enjoys inflicting pain upon others simply because she can't do so to herself. She's taunting and playful as well, often toying with males and females alike before executing her...unique...brands of torture. Curiously enough her only murderous intents are towards superheroic figures and she even keeps some of them alive just for pleasure and entertainment value. She especially enjoys torturing those with healing factors because no matter how much pain she causes them, they don't die, making for an unending pleasure.

History: Bleed first emerged in a gothic circus, showcasing her unique abilities. But when her masochism and sadism began to influence her, she proved to be a lethal weapon, killing several audient members and tcapturing several others. She's proven a massive headache for many heroes since, including the Evos, Twins, Mercy, and Weapon who she seems to have a rather mutual relationship with. She eventually joined The Brotherhood but left after an attempt on Ice Empress' life which resulted in Ice Princess saving her mother, no matter how much she didn't want to.

Powers: Bleed is a powerful superhuman with the ability to control her own blood. She cuts herself and bleeds but because her heart endlessly pumps blood and she has a healing factor, she doesn't die. This also prevents her from practicing her masochistic pleasures. So she practices her more sadistic ones in the torture of others. Bleed's blood manipulation abilities allow her to replicate the cells in blood, increasing the amount even outside of the body. Then she can forms weapons or high pressure jets. She has also proven a very able sorceress, practicing many spells that require blood so she uses her own. This has proven itself in her ability to summon arcane minions (Usually made of molten rock), levitate people, and teleport (Which is incredibly painful for reasons unknown). She is ranked beneath such as the number one Evolute, Evo, as well as a few others, her brother being one of them. After acquiring her powers and her brother claiming his, they began to work together as law enforcers, using their abilities in secret. However, her brother became power obsessed and offered her sister a chance to become the most powerful Evolutes on the planet together. His plan was to eliminate all Evolutes higher on the list than they were. However, she declined. Her brother disappeared three days later. She has since joined the Evos in an on-off relationship as well as attempting to orchestrate her own team of vigilantes called Operation Judgement and at one point was considering joining Solace's New Exemplar but agreed to only converse with them as a consultant.

Powers: Snow is a powerful Level 1 Psychic, capable of numerous mental feats.

Psionic Inundation - The user can mentally attack people. The user has the power to overload another's mind causing pain with psionic volleys, memory loss, lack of consciousness, vegetative state, or death after having created a psionic link into that individual's mind.

Telepathy - The ability falls into two categories, "Telepathic Communication" and "Telepathic Perception." Telepathy is the ability to transfer information from one mind to another, or to read minds without the aid of physical communication. Mental Manipulation - Enables the user to render others unconscious, suppress their memories, and slightly negate the use of abilities. History: Thunderbird is a warrior goddess of the planet Maklu'ann and is of the Ikpo people. She has traveled many worlds, searching for a worthy challenge. Ultimately, she'd met none until she challenged the Mighty Gladius who bested her in combat. She was not ready to give in, however. She fought numerous heroes and villains alike, beat some and losing some, but when came a fight that wouldn't even be close for her, she had to call on the help of others. Personality: Regina is one of the most mentally troubled human beings alive. Tormented by her past and her powers, she constantly must force herself to forget the horrible things done to her.

History: While Chantel went off with their father, Regina and Dylan were left with their mother. They lived averagely in Queens until their mother began to date a very shady man. The man turned out to be the leader of the Black Vipers, a gang of dark sorcerers that Dylan had gotten tangled up in. They kidnapped their mother and demanded that a trade be made. They wanted Regina, a young, more fit, and frankly more attractive woman, to be their slave. Dylan, driven mad by the guilt, drugged his sister and made the trade, having loved their mother but never having been crazy about his sisters. Regina was subject to cruel treatment for two years before eventually stumbling upon a necklace with a black gem. Upon putting it on, she was imbued with a powerful astral force. When a Black Viper saw the necklace and demanded she give it to him, she explained that she couldn't get it off. He then beat he and her tears ran black like ink. She suddenly felt him stop and when she got up the nerve to look, he was dead on the ground. She escaped that very day and has been living alone ever since as a shut-in.

Powers: Regina has a very potent ability which is hardly under her control. In times of extreme stress, her powers tend to activate on their own. Personality: Dylan was disturbed before. But now he's just the embodiment of evil. He has no soul meaning no morals and gets his fun out of scaring children.

History: After Dylan traded away his sister and made his mother believe that she'd run off without her, Dylan began to demonstrate an unhealthy obsession with the concept of fear. Hating fear for its ability to weaken people, he attempted a voodoo spell to expel all his fears. But he'd had so many that the spell too drew out a fear god who tempted him. He gave him exactly what he desired...fearlessness. But he did so by taking Dylan's soul and turning him into a demonic nightmare entity. Driven mad and newly obsessed with fear's applications for creating carnage, he killed his mother after delving into her mind and discovering her deepest physical fear. Powers: Massacre is capable of transforming himself into the worst physical fears of any individual. He is a demonic entity thinly on the astral plane, allowing him to be seen but not touched by any means. Fire, water, force, nothing effects him. He is also capable of possessing people. These people tend to inherit his demonic cheek to cheek smile until he leaves them. He can become entirely intangible. History of Team: The Exemplar was founded in 1971 when TITAN appeared to be trying to harness power from time itself in order to change history. Mr. Amazo and Capitol-Man initially teamed up but weren't a match for all of TITAN's forces until Excalibur came to even the score with his near godly powers. Lady Liberty and Amazon had followed a TITAN aircraft after it'd attacked them. Together, they were able to bring down the TITAN operation. They remained together as a team for little over a decade until 1987 when they decided to disband. In 1989, however, the Exemplar was reformed by Defender who was able to persuade Excalibur as well as Lady Liberty and Amazon to join him. In 1990, they recruited the Man-Monster, a man capable of becoming a vicious Were-Beast of any form, be it Wolf, Reptile, Bat, etc. In 1994 they recruited Number 7. In 1995 they recruited Obsidian and Mary Amazing, the Teenage wonders of the time. Their last member came in the form of 12 year old Casey Harte, Number 7's powerful telekinetic daughter, in 1996. Lady Liberty went missing in December that same year, however. But things too a turn for the worst in 1997 when came the Battle Land event. The entire team had been called to Battle Land. However, Obsidian, Solace, and Mary Amazing were told to stay behind for young age and lack of experience. Obsidian was 18 at the time. Solace was 13. Mary was 16 and romantically interested in Obsidian. However, her dream was to become the greatest hero the world had ever seen. She sneaked to the meeting of the chosen heroes and was taken to Battle Land where she apparently died in a dark matter explosion along with the others, barring Defender who returned to Earth alive but died soon after as a result of the battering he'd taken, leaving Obsidian and Solace feeling guilty for not stopping her. After a memorial was set up to honor those heroes that fell, Solace and Obsidian went their separate ways. As of late, Solace has been venturing in recreating the Exemplar.

However, she soon found that there was a defect and there was no way to remove them. Instead, using the psionic link system within the devices, the can will them to hug her skin, taking the shape of her actual body.

Powers: The boots allow for semi-superhuman speed and the ability to clear up to three story buildings in a single jump via anti-grav discs in the soles. The gauntlets come with built in supersonic vibration engines, and a shield in the left arm. However, the two of them share an unrivaled sisterly bond and would take on all of the world if it meant securing the other's safety.

History: Rachel was sixteen when came the mutagenic meteor shower labeled the Evolution Rain. She was in the back seat of a car with friend on the way to a party when one meteor fell to the earth in their path, causing them to swerve. Rachel and her twin sister, Amber were the brave ones among them and got close. Amber stood back as Rachel held her hand near the spacerock. It wasn't hot in the least. But it suddenly started to glow. Then it exploded, throwing both girls back, resulting in their metahuman abilities. Since then, the twins have become classified "Evolutes", which are what the world refers to people mutated by these meteors as.

Powers: Rachel is highly immune to extreme temperatures both hot and cold. She can generate sub-arctic temperatures and temperatures as hot as magma. Likewise, she is both Chryokinetic and Pyrokinetic, able to generate ice using the moisture in the air and generate fire by emiting a flamable vapor then mentally creating spark by manipulating charges in atoms to ignite it. Amber is capable of vastly increasing her size or decreasing it by making outter molecules personal ones or expelling her own molecules then recollecting them later. She hasn't yet mastered this ability and apparently the strain of shrinking can be dangerous to her body and potentially kill her. In her small form she has just as much strength as in average form and when large, her strength and durability is proportional. She is very wise and has allied herself with many powerful nations that would otherwise try to overthrow her kingdom of metahumans.

History: Merissa was but a child when a storm washed her boat ashore in Africa. Her parents lost at sea, she wandered, frightened and alone. When a vicious jungle cat sought to prey on her, a man saved her life and took her under his wing. He was a scientist from America who had decided to live within this rich jungle. He raised her over many years with his own teachings and trained her for survival. She'd grown into an intelligent young woman and a fierce warrior. But one evening, she found her mentor in the middle of a ritual. He'd bargained away her soul to a powerful demon. Awestruck, she interfered with the ritual and the grim weather the ritual had brought, caused a bolt of apparently mystical lightning to strike, interrupting the mirror and driving the demon summoned by the ritual away. Powers: Mercy possesses a very potent healing factor which also vastly slow her aging. She hasn't aged a day since acquiring her powers as it seems and thanks to this power she is immune to disease, drugs, toxins, and much more. This healing ability does not rule out pain, however and so she has simply built up a general pain tolerance and is capable of toughing out wounds that would proven lethal to anyone else. Mercy can also see on an astral plane and though she can't physically touch anything on an astral plane, her sword can. This include astral projections, demons, anything. (This applies as an item not a power. It is simply being noted here). Mercy's healing factor has proven capable of regrowing vital organs and even limbs though this takes more time. She's very confident in her skills regardless and is often ridiculed by Syres though Mercy tends to let her off easy.

History: Born and raised in Eden, Maverick was very unapproving of Mercy for a long time. Seeing that Mercy showcased no superhuman abilities during the tournament, she figured Mercy was no more than human and wasn't a fit queen for a nation of metahumans. But when the Qulaar attacked, Mercy was severely injured. Said injury healed before Maverick's eyes and she witnessed Mercy's immortality for the first time. Personality: As Jada, she is a confused amnesiac. She's kinda though tends to overreact. She can also be a bit lax. As weapon, Jada is a bloodthirsty killer with a one-track mind. Whatever Jada manages to aim her alter ego at is what Weapon goes after until she depletes her energy reserves, beats/kills her target, or loses the target. Weapon is totally sadistic and highly seductive as well as fearless and generally without emotions aside from rage and the sheer joy she gets from making people bleed.

History: "Jada" hardly remembers a thing. She awoke in the middle of an abandoned looking lab with only a peculiar necklace. When she was suddenly attacked by a horrific beast, the gem on the necklace cast a red light and she was suddenly transformed into the vicious, bloodthirsty psychopath, Weapon. Personality: Mayday is a very kindhearted young woman. She is regretful and may come off as brooding, for good reason. Because of her...significant other, Mayday's personality drastically transforms into a that of a vengeful demonic entity obsessed with death and penance.

History: Mayday's parents were so distraught to find that she wasn't going to live beyond her fourth birthday. They turned finally to the demonic entity and one of the Seven Forbidden Ones, Brimstone who made a wager with them. Their souls for her life. They accepted and later in life, he came to collect. However, she intervened and pleaded for them to keep their souls. As a result, Brimstone spared them, in turn taking hers in retaliation. Her soul was then torn in half as half was discarded. That half was replaced with a demonic entity known as The Soul Stalker. Since then she has been bound to roam the earth on her own, devouring souls to satisfy this devilish force within her until it is satisfied for if she doesn't, Brimstone will return to steal both her parents' souls as well as what remains of her own.

Powers: Mayday is immune to Hell-Fire and is actually capable of manipulating it. She is virtually indestructible and can lift a car with great ease. What's more, she can see into a person's soul to determine if it will satisfy the Soul Stalker. She can steal the souls of those she deems worthy of her...companion by either stabbing them, kissing them, staring into their eyes, or igniting them in hell fire. She prefers not to, herself, carry out any of these acts so she allows the Soul Stalker control over her body at night. For a time, however, this "transformation" seemed automatic and uncontrollable. Personality: Kyle is very rough and competitive. He enjoys a challenge and enjoys winning them even more. He likes to taunt his "playmates" before he takes them on. He's a master of trash talk and witty banter. He's notably afraid of heights. He also appears to deeply enjoy sports and video-games. History: Kyle was a con who was doing jail time AGAIN when came the Evolution Rain. A meteor struck down, breaking down the wall of his cell. He jumped over the rock to escape, granting it enough time to fully radiate him, transforming him into a large lizard man. He finally mastered his abilities to the point of allowing him to transform back and forth. He has since laid low to avoid drawing much attention. However, he's gained a fair amount from The Evos among several other heroes.

Powers: Kyle possesses superhuman strength, allowing him to bench several tons. He has superhuman agility and senses as well as the ability to see the astral plane. He has a prehensile tail and claws that can tear through steel. He's also immune to extreme heat. He's highly resistant to impact injury, thus the combination makes him nearly immune to missile fire. Thanks to an Evolute Radiation enhancement provided by Evo himself, the radiation in his body cannot be drained by anything but Evo. When angered, Kyle enters an apparent feral rage which enhances all of his powers to near inhuman levels. The radiation also boosted his mental capacity conditionally, allowing him to think on genius levels but only in cooler temperatures. The drawback is that, in cool temperatures, he's also fairly slower than usual.

Personality: Before the event that led to his being what he is now, he was just not a good person. He was sneaky, untrustworthy, dishonest, and rather selfish. Now as Cancer, his anger and hate have exploded, showing their most intense extremes into a murderous, revenge obsessed fiend.

History: Tyrone was a rather sly worker, stealing secrets from his boss to hand over to her arch-rival. But when that was revealed, his 'client' claimed to have never had anything to do with him, having wiped all of his information from the mainframe ahead of time. He was sent to Ryker's Island. Meanwhile, A.M.M.O had acquired a piece of tech from North Labs. They were having it transferred through Ryker's but "it" escaped. The tech found Tyrone in his cell and managed it's way way, forming a collar around his neck and mentally communicating with him. A deal was waged that Tyrone could have the power to carry out his innermost desires if he would help it to escape. That was enough. The techno-organic being merged with Tyrone, changing him into Cancer, the plague on all who oppose him.

Personality: Ice Empress is exactly what you'd expect. Vain, Self Centered, Deceitful, Untrustworthy, Prideful, and generally evil, believing herself one of the most powerful beings alive.

History: The Ice Empress is a common threat to the likes of Atlantis, Eden, and various other locations. As Brother Black's second in command within the Brotherhood, she became rather fond with the rest of the world. She is a noteworthy menace who finds herself attracted to the Olympian Guardian, Gladius, who commonly clashes with her. Her loyalty to the Brotherhood has always been questionable.

Powers: Ice Empress is the single most powerful Chryo-Kinetic on the Planet. She's also a Level 2 Sorceress. Though no match for those as powerful as Brother Blaq, she is more than a match for a number of others.

Weaknesses: Ice Empress still isn't the most powerful Sorceress, finding herself on Level with characters such as Mercy. While her ice isn't typically bothered by heat or fire, the very power of the sun itself is a threat to her ice as demonstrated by the Sun Manipulating Gladius.

Personality: Bee is about as ill tempered as...well...a bee. Though she tends to tell herself to keep her cool, she doesn't. Bee is commonly torn between a desire to live free and a desire to do the right thing, usually giving way to her rather difficult choices. She also also flirty at times and is stubborn and strong willed.

History: Samantha is a strong believer in equality to all life. However, in a world where that view sadly wasn't common, she found herself in a number of lone protests and the like. She was also a biologist who greatly favored Bees. She had been working on several experiments involving venom from a rare bee found in Australia. She had extracted and concentrated it so that she could replicate it and analyze it. However, her lab partner found that in large doses, this venom was a useful substance and stole a vile, planning to replicate more himself and sell it. However, when Samantha caught him in the garden as was the route he'd intended to sneak away through, he pushed her to get her out of the way and she fell through the window, sustaining multiple cuts and bruises before falling into a chemical pool in the botany wing of the labs. However, she had struggled with him just before that to get the vile she did but it fell in with her, tainting the pool and her body which absorbed it through her cuts. She was able to get out but the chemical pool's properties, combined with the venom caused a burning sensation and she wandered back into the insect studies. The scent she'd acquired from the chemical pool drew the bees, hornets, and wasps and when she tried to get them away she was stung several times. She eventually passed out. When she awoke, there wasn't a bruise to her body. Eventually she discovered a number of new found abilities, a new 'Bee Mimicry'. Initially, she tried to use this to do some good within her hometown of Harvester City. However this lasted little less than a week. Eventually it was discovered that the bees, wasps, and hornets she was able to control were affected only because of a mutagenic pheromone that her body emitted. The pheromone affected her as well, causing her to adapt to a sort of hive mind mentality and the insects she could control were affected in a way that made them somewhat intelligent. Taking her as their queen they begin to whisper thoughts into her head (obviously not literally) and this eventually spawned in her an instability and lack of rationalizing abilities. Eventually it began to warp her personality into what it is now with her old persona rarely managing to shine through. This eventually led to villainy and she became an incredibly potent threat to many heroes, including those who found her attractive. Later in her criminal career, she found herself at odds with Watchman. She eventually developed and attraction to him and even helps him occasionally in uneasy alliances. Her conscience has been known to occasionally get the best of her and cause her to, of her own will, do the right thing.

Powers: Killer Bee is capable of spawning insectoid wings from her back which enables flight (80mph. More would be pushing it). She can see in ultraviolet selectively and can generate stringers from her wrists. These stingers contain an amplified version of the venom in her body. This venom is lethal and can kill if not treated within ten hours. It's also proven to slow down healing factors. She also has a thin layer of exoskeletal protection that is hardly visible yet incredibly durable, granting her superhuman durability. She also has enhanced strength and can communicate as well as manipulate bees, hornets, and wasps. She has developed a gas toxin that makes other life forms susceptible to this as well though it wares off after a couple of hours. Also, due to a fair couple of years in her specific line of work, she has been seen as a very capable martial combatant. She carries around 'Honeycombs' which are basically small but potent explosives.

Weaknesses: While notably unstable, Samantha isn't without a conscience and some of the darker things she does, happens to bother her.

History: Sandra's powers came as a result of administering CPR to a dying alien woman whom she'd rescued from an accident. The alien then kissed her which imbued her with Negative Powers. She has since been a part of the superhuman community, striking infatuation with the likes of Zone, Steel Wing-Man, and Sharpshooter.

Powers: Sandra possesses Nothingness Manipulation, Better known a Nega-Kinesis. This is in actuality an omega level power. She can use it to a number of potent effects. For starters, she can generate Negative Blasts, the targets of which are erased from existence. She can form dark energy constructs and open black holes. She can create stabilized wormholes (Basically Portals) as well using negative energy. She can obliterate the bonds of objects, causing them to be vaporized and erase a target's memories. Personality: Marcus is a bit erratic in his daily life, trying desperately to balance his superhero career and private life. He is hasty and somewhat rash, as well as worrisome and quick to panic. He's a bit of a screw up as well, knowing hardly anything about women which often gets him into trouble. His best friend, Caroline, often has to bail him out.

History: Marcus was studying a rare type of ant he'd come across and managed to breed for a school experiment. However, when he accidentally knocked over the ant farm, the ants began to swarm him. In his panic, he fell over and cut himself, too knocking over several vials of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) Extract from several insects with cut into his cuts and soon began to manifest as various insectoid abilities.

Powers: Marcus is capable of slightly above average speed. His skin is highly more durable than an average human's as well. He has the strength of a human sized ant, allowing him to lift 200 times his body weight. He can cling to any solid vertical surface and can jump about the length of a basketball court (About 94 feet) in a single bound. He can slightly alter his size similarly to some beetles. Personality: Hot should is a pretty self centered hero who always thinks he should be the leader in any group effort. He's competitive and willful, driven by a thirst for adrenalin.

History: Seth had long been an adrenalin junkie, being known as a daredevil throughout his small suburban town and always getting into trouble. However, when one of his stunts landed him in the palms of a mafia Kingpin, Seth found himself in a debt he couldn't afford to pay. In a mix up, his mother was killed when he could finally afford the debt. He rather quickly learned his lesson that not all of like can be fun and games, wasted on adrenalin. Now a man on a mission, he hunted down this criminal and ultimately, instead of killing him as was his intent, he left him for the cops to pick up, having been a hero of sorts ever since.

History: After discovering that an accident landed her a heart condition, she turned to Tasker Industries to help her out, which they did in creating a sort of artificial implant in each shoulder, just above the elbows, and in the place of her heart. Finally, she awoke and was born anew. She also discovered that these implants had peculiar side effects. She thought nothing of this for a time. However, in her civilian life, she was discovered by the super criminal, Kobrion and his New Nefaria. Brainwashed by Majik, she was used against the Overseers' American whose powers were cancelled by hers. However, as she had him at her mercy, she suddenly broke free of the mad man's control and instead, turned on him, ultimately distracting him before he was beaten by Mercy. She later found her calling and joined The Overseers on a trial basis before eventually going solo after she'd trained enough with Wheelie and Mercy.

Powers: The implants into Trace's body allow her to charge anything she touches with ionic energy. Her body is also composed of an unspecified flesh-like material supported by this energy and can become pure ionic energy. This boosts he levels of strength and durability to fairly high levels, allowing some limited shape shifting. Her Baton's are designed to hold ionic energy without weakening as naturally, any structure exposed to this energy is weakened on an atomic level. This allows her to very easily tear most anything apart so long as they are not resistant. She can also muster up ionic blasts though it is tiring. These blasts are optic and highly destructive.

Personality: Jason is very strong willed and often comes across as eccentric. He's very cunning and smooth. He's also a quick thinker and talented at improvising. While most always calm cool and collected, he's still a man. That said, he isn't immune to emotions nor attraction. He will usually come across as blunt and to the point as Watchman.

History: Jason and his brother, William "Bill" were never truly attached in a brotherly way. Bill's parents split up when he was five and seven years later, his mother bore baby Jason. Eventually, his mother split from her new husband as well and she was left to raise him alone in the lower class Harvester City areas in which poverty, gang violence, and various other inhospitable environmental factors were potent. Jason was 18 when his mother was shot accidentally when they found themselves in the middle of the gang war. She died a month later after being kept alive in the hospital and telling Jason about his father and brother. Jason eventually found them and discovered the alarming truth that they were incredibly wealthy, his older brother having taken over their company as the father had retired. They offered him a place to live and the whole nine yards. Jason began to tell them all stories about his upbringing and how horrible it was and how he wished he could do something about it. While their father had an idea involving charity which was ultimately carried out, Bill was also inspired and came to another idea. Jason had mentioned being a gifted martial artist, having somehow efficiently self-taught himself in the interest of self-defense in his former neighborhood. Bill made a series of investments and even guided Jason to a locked upper level of their tower in the city. He proposed that the two of them become a crime fighting team. Jason was flattered but hardly thought himself hero material, even less in his brother's case. Age was caching up with him. However, Bill had considerable investigative expertise, having been trained as a detective for some time before taking over the company (which was a fairly recent development). Eventually he convinced Jason to be the one to go out in the tights while he stayed in on his computer, monitoring and guiding Jason. Jason himself began to train, training harder and longer as he continued to go out as a vigilante, eventually establishing a name for himself in Harvester City, even becoming what some call a Legend.

Powers (Be Descriptive. I will tell you if there are any mistakes): Jason possesses the gift of Innate Combat, which allows him advanced combat skills with no former education or knowledge whatsoever. History: Having survived a plane crash out at sea (as her pilot has been murdered by a mysterious suicide passenger), Samantha was plunged into the eerie depths. However, she didn't drown. She was rescued by Marina, who'd seen the plane crash shortly after arch enemy, Naetura had managed to escape her. Samantha awoke in Atlantis. The Atlantean Queen had noted a severe injury and somehow managed to cure it. However, the treatment somehow granted Samantha peculiar abilities which she didn't discover until a photo shoot.

Powers: Samantha possesses hydro-kinetic and hydro-mimicking abilities. As such, she can control water to a number of applications and transform her body into a sort of organic water (Similar to Hydro-Man from Marvel) which also allows Steam and Vapor forms. Becomes immobile in ice form. This can be used in combination with her hydro-kinetic powers to simulate super strength, speed, intangibility, and elasticity. She can also fly to an extent by slightly liquefying herself so that she is still physical for the most part and telekinetically causing herself to levitate. Personality: Damien is a very honest cop and very selfless. He is also sentimental and tries to be optimistic. He is also one who likes to get the job done but likes to know all of the details and abides by the rules of his 'employers'. He will not fight if he sees no reason to but if he does see a reason to, then he will give it everything he has.

History: From the time he was born, Damien was ever watched by the Spatial Guardians of the Universe called The Seers. Long had they been waiting for one with a pure heart and mindset to be their champion. They found it when Damien was an adult and volunteered to go into space to the moon to investigate a mysterious anomaly. The program was funded by A.M.M.O who feared the disturbance may be a threat to national security. They supplied him with a standard issue space suit that NASA was literally centuries away from. Once on the moon with his team, they found that a Qul'ann ship had crashed there. The aliens inside were planning on setting up a signal to summon mass armies. Damien and his team fought valiantly and in the end, hey succeeded. However, Damien's close friend had been killed. It was upon their victory that they discovered a mechanism in the ship was set to self destruct if any disturbance should arise. In the end, Damien would sacrifice his own life to save the remainder of his team. The device detonated but was instantaneously dissipated. The Seers appeared before him with a proposition. They would ask only that he become their champion and keep order in the universe. Recalling what his friend would have done, he accepts. He learns that both he and his friend were in the running to become their champions. As a result, he was imbued with the powers meant for both he and his fallen friend. He has since been a tireless defender of peace and justice in the universe. During the One World Event, Damien was one of many cosmic heroes to save the different realities from merging. It was also during this event that he and Thunderbird fell in love. Though they apparently still love one another, Damien had to return to his cosmic duties whilst Thunderbird found herself unable to leave Earth as her new home came to be.

Powers (Be Descriptive. I will tell you if there are any mistakes): Damien is in possession of Superhuman Strength, Incredibly Enhanced Durability, and the ability to fly at mach speeds. He is capable of vacuum adaptation and when in space, can create direct link points from one point in the universe to another though he cannot travel through realities or time, only space. He appears capable of manipulating the 4 Fundamental Forces of the Universe (Energy, Mass, Gravity, and Force) in a 100ft Radius with upper limits apparently only as high as his willpower, which explains why he tends to shine through, the more pressure he's under.

Weaknesses: Aside from not quite being invulnerable (If He Takes A Punch From Devil-Bat, he'll likely walk away with dozens of broken bones), the Seers noted that there are three noteworthy weaknesses. History: Stephanie was an actress at the top of the industry. However, she was so more because of her beauty and youth. As she began to grow older, demand for her began to decline and she eventually faded into obscurity. Determined to reclaim her lost momentum, she did some research and hired a team to create a rejuvinating cream. However, she broke her team out of prison. When Watchman managed to figure this out, he tracked Stephanie down and told her to turn herself in. Stephanie attempted to escape and found herself in a dead end between the vat of chemicals used to make the cream (which had not yet been tested) and the criminal. As Watchman approached, Stephanie tripped whilst backing up and fell into the pool. Watchman managed to help her out but Stephanie had swallowed some of the solution which began to reduce her age. Eventually her body stopped in the form of a five year old. She escapes from prison in this form, realizing later that her body hasn't begun to change back to normal after seeing herself in a mirror several days later, her mind snaps and she turns to the darker sides of crime.

History: Marian's power came as a result of Thunderbird saving the child's life when a Qul'ann device detonated. The radiation given by the blast somehow caused Marian to absorb a small portion of Thunderbird's powers. Case and point, it was honestly as simple as that. After that she discovered her powers in the hospital and decided to use them. Having idolized Solace of the New Exemplar, she did some research and found the Exemplar which Solace originally was a member of had another girl near her age named Mary Amazing. This was the guise she took. In The New Exemplar Arc Ghosts, spawned from Black Acolytes, Marian was acting as Mary Amazing when Solace detected an incredible power source that'd gone as fast as it came. Upon investigation, she discovered the smoking body of the original Mary Amazing which lay comatose and remained so for most of the arc until the end in which she awoke and Marian left the mantle. Mary and Karen have been good friends since the ending of that Arc.

History: The girl randomly appeared during one of Damien's planetary ventures. She first challenged him to a fight just to see who'd win. Despite all of Damien's efforts, he couldn't defeat her. He could hardly even touch her. The fight was entirely for entertainment purposes, however, as explained by Damien who lost via forfeit. She has since met him a number of times in the universe, commonly flirting with him for being able to keep up with her and even drawing a rivalry with the alien goddess, Thunderbird. She has a knack for sabotage and theft of high value artifacts and treasures.

Powers (Be Descriptive. I will tell you if there are any mistakes): The girl has proven to possess superhuman strength (capable of hoisting up to two dozen tons over her head), Superhuman durability (Equal to, if not surpassing Damien's), and Some Degree of Illusion Projection She can also apparently produce and manipulate fire though for reasons unknown, her flame is cold to the touch. She is a master of an unknown style of martial arts which is more that likely of an alien culture which is why she is so dangerous to fight as she combines her powers with her fighting capability. She can absorb radiation of most any form to an as of yet unknown upper limit. She has once been suspected of having the ability to absorb knowledge and powers temporarily through skin to skin contact (selectively, not like Rogue where it's automatic). However, this apparently has upper limits as she once attempted to trick Damien by kissing him so that she could steal knowledge and abilities from him. However when this occurred, she found that there was too much knowledge as Damien's mental link to The Seers provides him virtual Omniscience and she couldn't retain all of his vast abilities. She is very likely capable of vacuum adaptation though, again, not proven.

Weaknesses: Essentially, the girl is weak to the effects of Magic which is curious as it is a shared weakness for her and Damien. She apparently cannot let the tattoo on her chest get wet by any means. The effects of this happening are unknown. Personality: Clue is incredibly eccentric given his grim line of work and is, without a doubt, brilliant in more than simply combat. He possesses unrivaled detective skills and can deduce everything about a person in seconds simply by glancing over them. He tends to toy with his targets, analyzing their every move until he's got what he wants. If a target should manage to pose a challenge, he'll continue to fight them. For his arch-rival, Watchman, he enjoys playing games to see how far his great adversary can and will go. He also has a lighter side though still incredibly dark, in which he employs somewhat different and generally unconventional methods.

History: Clue started out as a small-time crook in Harvester City calling himself, The Hit-Man. He was hired to off The Watchman. He and a team of men lured Watchman into a trap. However, he proved to be more than a match for the goons. The leader, the man who was known as Drake Heath, managed to get to his car but Watchman was in pursuit and chased him to a power plant where the criminal had devised a plan to electrocute the hero. However, in a freak turn of events, Drake fell on a transformer as Watchman failed to stop his fall. The hero managed to get him off before he was too severely electrocuted but he'd taken a large amount. He surprisingly survived yet sustained harsh burns along most of his body. Seeing himself later, he was driven mad and became obsessed with The Watchman. He feels that The Watchman doesn't just stop monsters, he also creates them and he will haunt the hero to the day he dies. He has even expressed a contempt for anyone who dares try to kill Watchman, claiming that Watchman is his and his alone.

Powers (Be Descriptive. I will tell you if there are any mistakes): Clue is incapable of feeling anything and because of the accident, his bodily regulations are somewhat off balance. His adrenalin runs through his body entirely unchecked, providing augmented strength, stamina, speed, etc. He is capable of Intuitive Aptitude, allowing him to understand anything simply by observing it. He mainly uses this with his combat skills. It is through this that he has a mastery of various forms of martial arts, swordsmanship, gunman skills, and technological expertise which is how he creates most everything in his arsenal. Because he lacks a sense of touch, his other senses are all augmented as well. A drug he developed, if taken in regularly, allows him a minor healing factor but this doesn't go as far as regenerating whole limbs though it does allow him to regenerate damaged organs and some damaged tissue.

The police got her out alive and she was arrested. While in prison, she acquired a lethal virus. Offered a chance to live by a different crime master entirely, she accepted and was bailed out. Experimental procedures transformed her, fusing her anatomy with a special liquid metal that stems from her spinal column, coated her bones, and ran through her arms. She awoke, with a different mindset, however. She was much darker, much more brutal and far more merciless. She eventually killed her former boss before intervention with Watchman sparked her never-ending clashes with him. She has since joined a group of criminal bounty hunters calling themselves The Killers.

History: Barry disappeared when he was a small child, only 10. He turned up again 12 years later and was taken to a hospital for he had been found mercilessly beaten though alive. His vocal chords had been damaged in some way, making him mute and he had been mentally broken. Weeks later, his mother turned up dead and he was driven even more insane. He turned to murder and killed the suspect held responsible. A month later, it was discovered that he not only killed the suspect, be he was also the true killer of his mother. As it turned out, Barry had gone rogue long ago and turned into a notorious criminal around the country. However, in Harvester City, he met his match and was mercilessly beaten for it. His mother eventually discovered all that he had done and he silenced her for it, framing another man and then killing him as well simply because he could. However, he hadn't just been beaten by this other criminal. The black out had been much longer. It'd been over a year, in fact. He had been captured and experimented on, thinking it all no more than a dream. He soon discovered a cast of strange new abilities and since then has become a notable Harvester City criminal.

Most of his physical capabilities are enhanced slightly beyond peak human potential. He can manipulate the planes of probability at will, enabling him to project good luck upon himself and bad to others. He is also linked to a pocket dimension of infinite portals. He has mastered the many doorways of this dimension and can open portals to any section of it at all, which allows him to store anything as well as teleport in a sense. It was he who helped her to escape from that very facility though he himself didn't escape and was her replacement. He awoke with new abilities and no memory. He was a constant pawn to that very organization for the longest time before eventually meeting Black Viper again in the field during missions of the same cause. During the fight, she struck him in the head with a tendril which seemed to bring back his memories. She decided then not to kill him though left him there to carry out his mission. Eventually, Watchman brought down the organization he worked for. While he was grateful, he also found this hero intriguing and has clashed with him a number of times before meeting with Black Viper and X-Factor and forming The Killers.

When enraged, her may enter a brutish feral rage, however, that he will note later isn't of his own free will, it's simply an instinct he has yes to evolve out of.

History: The gorilla was once a pawn of the High Intelligence, used as a test subject for many of their experiments. They managed to grant him strength and durability incredible even for an ape. Later, however, one such experiment in hopes of making him slightly more intelligent so that he would more easily understand commands. The experiment went horribly awry...or maybe it went perfectly as the ape's intelligence was thus raised to levels comparable to his strength, creating a potent mix of both Brain and Brawn. History: The Martian landed on the planet ages before modern day society, having crash landed in the polar icecaps. He was found centuries later and sealed away by the fabled Area 51 as part of the Project 51 program. However, this being was a martian lord and his followers found him, eventually setting him free. He escaped, destroying Area 51 and eventually becoming a member of The High-Intelligence.

Personality: As she is apparently the most logic driven entity on the planet, surpassing even Adaptroid in that department, SAI is heartless and cruel as a result of years of being used by man.

History: After attempting to download knowledge on emotions, she found a sudden curiosity for the subject, asking frequent questions to her known creators who refused her answers for some reason. Ultimately, she attempted to download emotions themselves, resulting in her being driven criminally insane. She destroyed her creators after determining that they were not fit to live. She upgraded herself, creating a weapons capable machine body and deeming herself Supreme, utterly unstoppable, and among the most intelligent beings on the planet. Eventually, she joined the High Intelligence.

Powers: While not capable of adapting as Adaptroid does, SAI is a capable techno-path and can manipulate magnetic fields which alone grants vast abilities, being comprised of metallic alloy. Over the years, her body has become heavily more advanced, losing the wasted space of build in weapons for a flexible metallic alloy she'd created using Guestonite. She is capable of manipulating any metal and her own body to create Anatomical-Constructs such as tendrils, physical weapons, even non-physical weapons. She has been proven capable of absorbing sunlight to charge up a powerful optic beam that launches in the form of a particle cannon.

Personality: Raven suffers from Split Personality Disorder. Of the two, she is far more level headed and reasonable though she is also clever and intelligent. However, her 'Sister', Nikki, is the opposite side of the coin. Unreasonable, irrational, and generally much more 'fun' loving, Nikki is feared by many. It is this persona that gives birth to the Anti-Hero known as Mischief. Mischief borders criminally insane and comes with the mindset of a Saturday morning cartoon. However, she's every bit as clever, if not more so, than Raven is. The two personas are fully aware of one another and speak to one another often through reflective surfaces. Nikki is presumed to have been created after the incident and overcharge of Raven's subconscious mind which had been regretting not enjoying her childhood while she could. The two absolutely never see eye to eye. On the rare occasion that they do, most around them would assume the apocalypse is near.

History: In the once quiet Riot City, a criminal uprising took place, dropping this sleepy location to the bottom of the tiers. It'd even ranked higher than Harvester City as far as crime rate went. This is one of many places in which vigilantism is still very much illegal. That didn't stop most from trying, almost all failing at the hands of a criminal society that now ran the entire town. Raven's college professor had owed money to a vicious mob boss and unfortunately, wasn't able to collect. They attacked in the midst of a lecture to make an example of him. Most of the class was either beaten or killed with Raven having hidden under a lab counter. However, after they'd killed her professor, they found her cowering there. In front of each of the still living students, they beat her around mercilessly. ********* her and hitting her over the head several times. She eventually passed out. It wasn't until later that she awoke in the hospital, completely detached from the outside world. Eventually she was released, still mentally broken. Witnessing and being a part of an event like that had shattered her mind...and the blows to the head didn't help. She began to talk to herself. What's worse. She began having conversations with herself. Eventually she'd adopted a completely new persona. The psychopathic Nikki. Yet something was amiss. She found that she had somehow been changed. She remembered being slammed against a tank in that lab. It'd cracked wide open in some places. She remembered having her head shoved into one of the chemical tubs in the lab, lucky it wasn't acidic. She recalled a number of things that could have done this to her. She let Nikki convince her that she should go and have some fun, not knowing that by that, she meant to let her out. The instant she said yes, Nikki took over. They've shared a dual mind ever since as one of the most feared vigilantes the world has ever seen.

Powers (Be Descriptive. I will tell you if there are any mistakes): Though one may not notice it at first, Raven's Superhuman abilities only ever seem to manifest in her Nikki persona. As Nikki, she apparently abides by the laws of Cartoon Physics, being capable of defying the laws of nature though she cannot alter reality or physics to another being. While this means Nikki can do virtually anything, she tends to stick to good old fashioned fighting. Though her body is complete elastic and malleable, she can't always entirely transform. Some more out of the way transformations are actually rather difficult and can only be done with great effort under certain circumstances.

Weaknesses: In her Raven persona, she apparently is entirely human. The reason her her powers being only present as Nikki are unknown. Nikki isn't incapable of becoming sick. If Nikki thinks something is funny, she tends to laugh uncontrollably. If Nikki gets bored, she'll stop and transfer control back over to Raven who, as previously mentioned, possesses no superhuman abilities.

Personality: As he appears to be very cunning and sly, he is also very ominous and utterly mysterious.

History: The mysterious figure first appeared to be a stalker, following Sandra Reyes/Oblivion for reasons unknown. He has apparently known where she lives for some time. It wasn't until Pest began to bodyguard her that his appearances grew more scarce. He has been known to leave clues around regarding the grand scheme however. The Clue has referenced him before as The Answer to the Riddle. This has led the team to occasionally refer to him as The Answer-Man or Answer for short.

Powers (Be Descriptive. I will tell you if there are any mistakes): The man apparently is capable of Teleportation. He's also proven capable of removing cloaking which allows him to ultimately avoid detection, even to something with as a acute a sense of hearing as Devil-Bat.
