World: Skyrim Empty World: Skyrim

Not going to go through explaining the actual world but I will explain how the characters I created impacted it...at least in my head. All of these events occur throughout the course of the game's main story and various outer campaigns.

Chapter 1: Helgen

These characters are all interconnected in one universal way. All of them were at Helgen when came the return of the World Eater, Alduin. Of them, three were prisoners awaiting Imperial sentencing. These included the Nord every-man known as Dakim, the Imperial Alchemist from Cyrodil known as Breach, and the mass murdering high elf called Mischief. The rest were either residents or passing through on their own business.

When Alduin attacked, Dakim and Mischief escaped together with a member of the Imperial Army while Breach escaped with a Stormcloak. Their routes were opposite but spat them out at the same place and they eventually escaped. Dakim accompanied his Imperial friend to Riverwood while the Stormcloak soldier disappeared into the wilderness. Breach and Mischief went their own ways just the same. In that attack, Aia's thieving partner is killed when Alduin brings down the building over them and Aia barely escapes with her life. Robyn had been trapped in Helgen when all points of exit were blocked off. She'd been pinned beneath some debris, clinging onto life which was when she was found by a woman named Tali'i who made claim that she was a warrior though there was a highly regal appeal to her. After being fished out from beneath the debris by this woman, the two made their way to Whiterun. Robyn had been stricken with amnesia, however, and recalled only her name and the events of the dragon attack.

During the time of the attack, Doc, a small nord wanderer had been passing through in search of a local resident and practicing mage. He'd been searching for a cure to his werewolf problem. However, he'd run into the mage's apprentice, a young Breton named Bell. Her master had been killed in the attack, sacrificing his own life to save her from the flames of the dragon's breath. Bell had been locked away in the cellar beneath the house when Doc found her and the two left Helgen after the attack, deciding that the only place they could both find what they were looking for (Doc's cure and Bell's training in the art of magic) was the college of Winterhold.

Chapter 2

Chapter 2 begins with Dakim arriving in Whiterun after visiting Riverwood and being asked to warn the Jarl. While walking around the city, he meets with the amnesiac Robyn as she wanders aimlessly around the marketplace. When their eyes meet they instantly have a sort of a flashback to the attack on Helgen and see the dragon that attacked speaking the word "Dovahkiin". Dakim leaves the instant he snaps out of it and after warning the Jarl, he's sent off to retrieve a "dragon stone" for the court wizard.

Meanwhile in Whiterun, Tali'i has joined with the Companions and has begun to prove herself a capable Warrior. She's sent to retrieve pieces of an ancient axe with a member of the companions accompanying her. In leaving Whiterun, she passes Dakim as well as witnesses the theft of a horse from the ranch by the thief, Aia, from Helgen, who she had just seen for the first time. The thief had arrived and with no direction, she was entirely on her own, deciding to head for Ivarstead where she met her partner and would hopefully find his family to break the news to them.

Breach had also arrived in Whiterun and was actively practicing her skills in Alchemy at the local alchemist's table, forging more that simple potions as she'd created quite a few lethal mixes, including explosives.

Bell and Doc had been traveling in one another's company toward Winterhold, Doc keeping his reasons for needing to get there a secret as he didn't know how she'd react. However, when the two of them are attacked by a group of rogues known as the Silver Hand, Doc has no choice as they threaten to kill Bell. He prays to Talos that Doc might spare her life and forces his transformation, eliminating every member of the Silver Hand and he nearly kills Bell but she projects a ward to protect herself until he transform back in a matter of moments. She then vows to him that she will get him help from the college.

Chapter 3
Chapter 3 begins with the Dragon attack on the watchtower outside of Whiterun. Robyn had been out that way to deliver a few rations to the guards, having settled in Whiterun at the time. However, when the dragon attacks she stands paralyzed and watches as Dakim arrives and defeats it. She then witness, first hand, as he takes some form of power from it and leaves for Whiterun. Robyn stays behind as the guards clear and approaches the bones of the dragon where she experiences an identical sensation, absorbing some manner of power from the dragon.

The entirety of Whiterun's area hears as the Greybeards summon the legendary Dragonborn and Dakim decides to heed this summons, riding off to High Hrothgar, knowing that the easiest way would be from Ivarstead which could be easily reached from Riften. Robyn decides, then, to follow him and she tricks him into allowing her to accompany him on the cart ride there, stating that she was already headed in that direction.

Meanwhile Breach tests her concoctions on a few nearby bandits holed up in a fort and wipes the floor with most of them until she's captured by a number of male bandits with bows and arrows trained on her. She's then locked away inside the fort and is used as..."Entertainment".

Bell and Doc arrive shortly in Dawnstar where they discover a that the town is suffering from unyielding nightmares and decide to try and help but are beaten to it by Willow who walks away from the scene with an ominous staff but the nightmares did stop. Nevertheless, they do decide to investigate and Bell discovers a few very useful and powerful tomes as well as a few freshly dead bodies. The two of them leave shortly thereafter.

Chapter 4
Chapter 4 starts out with Aia running around through Riften, avoiding guards at every turn until one falls into the river and drops his bow and quiver of arrows which she picks up and immediately begins using to escape. Upon arriving in Riften, Dakim and Robyn hear the commotion and go inside. They get separated in the confusion and Aia escapes into the Ratway beneath the city. Dakim decides, then, to leave Riften though Robyn stays for a bit after recalling some bit of her past as it pertains to the small house at the opposite end of Riften. There she sees the infamous Grelod the Kind and something sparks in her head.

Across Skyrim in Whiterun, Tali'i is going through the process of initiation into The Circle and undergoes a ritual that transforms her into a werewolf, curing her of her Sanguinare Vampiris. After blacking out in her first transformation, she takes on members of the Silver Hand with members of the Circle at her side.

In the fort not far from Whiterun, Breach sits in her cage and hears a commotion outside that soon makes its way inside and is revealed to be the war-hammer wielding high elf mass murderer, Mischief. Mischief kills every bandit in the fort and even the attendant but then breaks Breach out and decides to let her live because she'd seen what she did to a bunch of the bandits outside and admired her work.

Bell and Doc finally arrive in Winterhold and gain access to the college. There the two of them seek help for Doc's problem by consulting with the Arch-Mage. However, a Thalmor wizard discovers Doc's secret and has him locked away beneath the college. Bell enrolls in the college shortly after and vows that she'll learn all she can so that she can help him.

Chapter 5
After killing Grelod the Kind in the previous chapter, Robyn leaves Riften to head toward Ivarstead. She discovers a group of beaten bandits in a fort down the road and after interrogating one, she discovers that Dakim had done it, meaning she was on the proper path.

Breach decides to be on her way to Windhelm and join with the Stormcloak Rebellion, enraged at the Empire for betraying her. As she approaches the ranch of Whiterun, she sees Tali'i leaving with a vengeful fire in her eye. Tali'i was on her way to find the witches that originally cursed the Companions and slaughter all of them for Kodlak so that she might be able to cure herself of her lycanthropy and cure him of his.

Aia discovers the Ragged Flagon beneath Riften where she is approached by the members of the infamous Thieves Guild who are impressed with her talents despite her having gotten caught and they induct her into the guild.

Meanwhile, Mischief shows up in Riften on her own and enters the orphanage but is sad to discover that Grelod had already been killed and so she kills Maven Blackbriar's son instead after he insults her. She makes the Riften Guard look like a group of fools in killing a number of them but a dragon attack distracts them just as she is about to be caught and she escapes.
