Chatbox Scroll Bug

Description of the issue:Chatbox doesn't scroll down automatically when a new message appears

Extra Info:Others also had the problem, dunno if you know what could be causing it Ange.

EDIT : It either doesn't scroll down or scroll up instead of down when a new message appear. It does more the later though. Thought I would specify after watching it goes some more. Hope it helps finding the issue =)

@HikariKuragari thanks for the report !

From what I could tell it was the staff icons that were adding a weird offset to the chatbox. I adjusted their position to where it takes up no space, so it shouldn't affect the scrolling anymore.

I just tested this, myself, and so far, it seems to be fixed for me!! :D
