Name: Madrigal Dusek

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Partner (if existing): None

Appearance: Tall, with milky white skin and dark, almost black eyes. She possesses long hair which frequently changes colors, and two scars on her pelvis and lower abdomen which seem to be from bullet-wounds. She possesses a constellation of tattoos.
A nebula tattoo on her back, with the accompaniment of wings, is her most notable piece.

Physical abilities: Trained in combat from a very young age, she is practiced in taking down creatures twice her size. She is physically well maintained, capable of running great distances and hefting grown men over her shoulder.

Magical abilities: While not in the possession of her own magic, nor her own keeper. Vulkar did allow her various 'wishes' to test her magical abilities, she proved somewhat wasteful with them- from itches onto enemies or the curse of bushy, wild eyebrows on a rather distasteful female teacher.

Skills, hobbies, clubs: A talented artist and collector of odd objects from around the world, how she procures these exotic oddities is a mystery to her peers and teachers alike. She is a member of her school's art and writing clubs, and occasionally contributes to her school's Cosmopolitan club. She has various, odd talents which stem from Vulkar's odd missions and requests. She is capable of speaking English, French, Czech, Russian, Italian and Chimera. *Most of these are no credit to her dedication and moreso Vulkar's wishes*.

Backstory: Madrigal has no knowledge of her parents, her origin, all she knows is her adoptive 'family'. A chimera family, a group of demons who had taken her in. From them she learned the strange ways of the world, Vulkar providing her the means to travel the world and learn about the human realm. It was not till later that she realized the human world was her home, and began to live in it on her own. Vulkar and the other chimera made sure she was taken care of, and she did return to their domain from time to time to say hello to her protector's. She occasionally accepted missions from Vulkar, which involved retrieving cultural oddities from around the globe- which were occasionally dangerous and sometimes ended in her being shot for a small jade idol that may or may not have belonged to a dethroned Chinese emperor. She now lives in a eclectically decorated studio apartment, going to high school and haggardly coming along with Vulkar when he reluctantly goes to parent teacher conferences, all while harassing him to allow her to become a hunter. To which he constantly refuses.

Appearance: Senos stands well over six feet, his body long and lanky and covered in brownish scales. The scales run up the backs of his thighs, across his whole back and starting to wrap around his abdomen, all along his arms and hands, up his neck and ending on the back of his head where a human’s hairline might be. His hands are clawed, and his face is framed by spined ‘fins’ extending back from the sides of his face. He has long, curved horns extending from the top of his head, and his legs are narrow and pawed, catlike, though his primarily lizard nature has had some clear influence on the coloring and appearance of them. He has an absurdly long tail that can’t seem to decide if it should be scaled or furred and that is several feet longer than his legs that drags behind him. The tail is a significantly darker brown than the rest of his body. His eyes are dead black, and what humanoid skin that shows is caramel-colored. His movements are quick and almost dance-like.

Physical abilities: Senos has especially high sensitivity to light and color, and can see well into the UV spectrum of light. He has heightened hearing and reflexes, and his lizard, cat, and gazelle natures combine to make him an absurdly fast fighter, though not much of a heavy hitter. He can jump a little higher than most humans and quickly change directions midair. His scales are hard enough to deflect most cutting blows, but not all and he is vulnerable to blunt or piercing weapons. Senos has been well trained in close fighting and some weapons. He can regrow his tail if it’s removed.

Magical abilities: Senos has access to his own magic, but without a familiar to dull the cost he uses it sparingly. Senos is able to use magic from a variety of disciplines, but he’s most comfortable with glamours and destruction spells (the former due to necessity, the latter for pleasure).

Skills, hobbies, clubs: Senos spends much of his free time reading from Vulkar’s collections and learning languages, both human and demon, and is currently fluent in English, Spanish, Chimera, Bael, and Lycan, and is busy studying the vast number of different demon languages and dialects.  Senos is a skilled speaker and negotiator, which is necessary for talking himself out of the trouble he tends to enjoy causing.

Backstory: Born to a higher chimera family as evidenced by his slightly more humanoid appearance, Senos was predestined to take on the role of keeper, so it was at a very young age (relatively speaking for his kind) that he was sent to train with Vulkar, one of the more feared and respected keepers. He lived in Vulkar’s abode in a ‘pocket’ between realms, only venturing into the realm with Vulkar on occasional assignments to see the realm. He never enjoyed these little excursions – due to chimera’s natural mental hypersensitivity, as well as his own hypersensitive senses, the human realm gives him near crippling migraines.

It was late in his training that Vulkar began to take care of the human girl Madrigal, and Senos and her were largely kept separate; Senos was kept out of her sight and later sent on suspiciously inane assignments into the human realm whenever she came to visit.
