PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIOR
Personality:

Vega, as a born Vampic, is slightly mentally unstable.It's a trait all Vampics share. She's not as easily phased by things, she fights for the rush and excitement of the battle. She'll crack jokes in the middle of a fight if she's in the mood. Some might say she's a little crazy.

She doesn't get drunk easily, polishing off an entire case without any dizziness. Her wounds heal relatively quickly and, as the strongest of Vampics, she can regenerate a lost limb. Vampics are naturally patient, not easily losing tempers or getting annoyed and Vega is no exception to this.

Likes: Fighting, drinking, magic, flying on a broomstick
Dislikes: Vampires, getting limbs hacked off,getting burned by silver

ETC

History:

Vega is Vampic. Her mother was bitten and became a full vampire and passed that trait onto her daughter, her father was human, making her only half human. She's different from her kind in more than that way; she doesn't need to feed on blood but does occasionally have that urge which she suppresses with sweets. How that works, she doesn't know or care. She has a very short temper even with Vampic patience. Few things can set it off and she sometimes does things she might regret... like nearly killing he brother for instance.

Vega's parents were killed in a car accident caused by a drunk muggle when she was 11 years old. She barely managed to drag her younger brother, Mike, from the wreckage, having known immediately that their parents were killed on impact of the crash. At that time, she was young, impulsive and just saw her parents die so she nearly killed the muggle that caused the accident.She had known the spell that could do it too, but she didn't. Something held her back. Instead, she went back to her sobbing brother and took him home.

She got in touch with Raven, who helped her get some fake documents, even acted as they're guardian when the ministry checked in on them.Vega's brother, 7 at the time, blames her for their parents death, constantly saying she could have saved them, that she let them die.

Her grandmother, on her mother's side, doesn't care of witches and wizards and so cuts Vega off from them all, putting all her attention into Mike, until she found out, when he turned 11 and Vega was 15,that he was a wizard. This left him back in Vega's care for some time until she kicked him out for finally pushing to hard about the accident that took their parents lives.

He pushed a little to hard, making her lose her short temper and punch him right in the jaw, then attack him angrily. If Raven and Deacon hadn't shown up, she very well would have killed her brother. Vega and Mike have a very strained relationship that could snap at any given moment.

The Silent Blade
A Vampic Guild that, over a decade ago, was one of the most feared Guilds in the wizarding world. While they worked to make things better for those who couldn't defend themselves, many thought they were thieves and thugs.

Vega was only 8 at the time that she founded the Silent Blade. She's the best Taker they could have ever asked for and she only ever Took, or stole, from people who deserved it.

After a few years, the Ministry announced that anyone named to The Silent Blade, would be given a life sentence in Azkaban. At that time, Vega disbanded the guild until such a time as it would be needed again.

All members of the Silent Blade have the guild symbol tattooed somewhere on their body. Known (by Vampics only) members include,Vega, Deacon, Ridduck, Raven and, until recently, Siren.

Vampics-
The race name Vega gave to those born like her. As the first of her kind, Vega is the leader and the strongest. Unlike her vampire brethren, she can walk in the daylight and doesn't have as bad an allergy to silver. She also has a heartbeat and blood running through her veins. Her kind have become enemies of their birth race and are believed to be a virus that the vampires wish to eliminate.

There are only a few (Very few) of Vega's kind that have a transforming ability. In this form, they are also less able to suppress the blood-thirst and can't easily recognize their friends, though there are some,like Vega, who have the will strong enough to retain their sanity. As Vampics,their fangs aren't to prominent and their venom weak and they look like any normal human. If they ever take an immense amount of pain or get to angry,their bodies force itself into a full vampire form. Their allergy to silver becomes much more fatal but they are more instinctive, quick and agile, making it just as hard to kill them as when they're Vampics. The fangs are more prominent and their nails turn into claws while their skin takes more of a gray, dead color and their eyes turn blood red.

In Vega's case, her skin pales a little bit, her fangs become slightly more prominent and her eyes turn bright silver.

Vampics love heights and are considerably agile,typically stand from 5 feet to a little below 6 feet tall and weigh from 125 to250 pounds with men obviously taller and heavier than the women but their small statures and light weights allow them to easier fight and move quickly.

Equilibrium
Equilibrium is a Vampic belief, that if a Vampic life is taken by a Vampire for the sake of fun, that Vampire has relinquished it's right to live.

‘According to Vampic belief, Equilibrium must be restored this night. (Name) has been taken from us, murdered for fun by Vampire kind.His/Her soul cannot rest until those responsible have paid for their crime,until Equilibrium is sought. (Vampire), you have taken what is not yours to take, and as punishment for this, you will give what you took, as an offering to the dead, to repay your debt.’

Vega takes Equilibrium very seriously, despising the loss of her kind for fun. To keep a vampire from getting away before seeking Equilibrium, Vega set up a system where thin wires are tied around the Vampire and to the trigger of a silver loaded gun. A moved to far, and the Vampire's dead though it's preferred that the Vampic performing it does the shooting.

Vampic language:
Vega, with the help of Raven when she was 12, formed a language for Vampics. It was made to keep things about their race between just them. It spread quickly and soon, all Vampics would speak it through the night to each other. Sadly, vampires caught on and started to learn their language which then forced the Vampics to stop speaking their language and just meet in secret, though it's still used.
