Guilds Role-Play

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open} --Terrenia City, Crye Estate; 5:30PM--

Kaimele smiles as she listens to Lord Cyre’s explanation. “You left out some, but I get your point. I do like the idea of your guild. As you can imagine music is a large part of my life, as is family.” Kaimele pauses to take a drink from her glass. She needs a little time to think. For her Quinn and this will be the better guilds to join. Not that she is afraid of a little work. However, Quinn is way too aristocratic for her taste.

She looks up at Lord Cyre. She is thankful for the privacy of their conversation. “I knew it was only a matter of time before my abilities were discovered. I don’t regret healing your daughter or taking the pain away from Lily before she died. I only wish I could have saved her life. I must warn you that my abilities do come at a price to me, as all magic does. Mine is physical, I take on some of what I heal. Your guard can attest to that as he helped me to the room earlier.

I do have some conditions if I were to join your guild. One – That you don’t push me beyond of what I am capable of. I don’t mind to be pushed a little bit, as that is how one learns. However, if I say no, I mean it. Two – I still wish to perform as Clementina as long as I can. So the two persona’s must remain separate. Finally, three – you wait a few days to announce it. I have a bet with one of your current members….” She looks over her shoulder at Reese “…that forces me to be incognito for that long. Oh and tattoos and I really don’t mix, so I would like a different method of branding. If you can agree to those, then we can talk further.” She waits expectantly for his answer, not believing that she is in negotiations with a guild.

Jacobi
{Attn: Fuyu, Open} --Lacrima Inn Lobby, UMS; 5:30PM--
#guild_key

This is the last one. The last key to give away, and just like the other Fuyu takes it easily. Jacobi’s reputation proceeds him. He wishes that at least one of them would have resisted a little bit. It’s been a while since he really flexed his abilities. He listens to their quests of ‘grandeur’. Half of these kids wouldn’t be able to survive being part of the unfortunate 13. Hell, even with all the bureaucracy it has now. It was no longer fun for him. He laughs at Fuyu’s story and waves the barmaid over. “Dunno ‘bout you guys, but I am hungry. I will have a Shepard’s pie and another round of ale.”

Now that the mission is done, he has to return the compass to its owners. As amusing it would be to jerk Quinn’s chain about it and make them come to retrieve it, they were nice enough to let him borrow it. He only wishes he was there when Lady De Gant made that choice. One more stop then home. Maybe Mia will tell him what the fuck is going on.

Guilds Role-Play

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open} --Terrenia City, Crye Estate; 5:20PM--

Kaimele listens to Lord Cyre. She is shocked to learn that he was part of the Unfortunate Thirteen. She begins to swirl her spoon in the soup. “I would like to hear more about your guild. I have done some homework on the others. I have six brothers. As you can imagine, my ability would be highly sought after. So what would set your guild apart from the others?” She was having so much fun, but now she has a nervous feeling in her stomach. She knew the day will come when her magic will be exposed. She thinks that Lord Cyre will let her make the final choice and not force her to join. Although he may be more persuasive as well.

Jacobi
{Attn: Fuyu, Open} --Lacrima Inn Lobby, UMS; 5:20PM--
#guild_key

Jacobi grins as the introductions are made. “Pleasure to meet ya both. I think I will take ya up on that offer.” He waves to the barmaid and holds up three fingers. She is quick to come with three mugs. He pays her and gives her a little extra. “Before the war stories I do have a little business to do with Fuyu here. It should not take more than a few minutes. Then we can swap stories.” He picks up his beer and stands. “Come with me, and don’t worry I won’t bite.”

[ATTN: Kaimele]
--Terrenia City, Crye Estate; 5:20PM--

"Oh," Lord Crye says candidly, "We both know you did more than that. You mustn't blame yourself for the loss of our dear beloved one. No one can save them all. I have had to face this sad fact for many days in my life, back when I was in the Council's Militia."

The Unfortunate Thirteen used to have a Militia many years ago, but it was quickly disbanded--however, it was known to be a militia that only had non-magi in it, so for a man with magic to state that he was in it might strike to one as odd. However, it isn't as if there was a way to register magic users back then, either, like there is, now. The militia was the Council's action against rouge magi that were known for serious crimes, such as serial killers and terrorists.

"However, I've been idle for far too long." Lord Crye says decisively, "It is time that I step up and take responsibility once more, so I'm going to make my own Guild. The life of a Lord is a fine one, but I have powers that can save the lives of others--just like you do. Now, however, I'm actually going to do something with my gift. I'm going to save lives."

[ATTN: Ryla, Lark, Ryushi, Chiron, Janos, Char]
--Ferrum Coordinator Guild Hall, UMS; 5:20PM--

Char is the first one back into the office and as he asks immediately about what is going on, he simply shakes his head at him and whispers, "We'll cover much of it later. For now, we need to deal with this group before we discuss anything confidential."

Nadleeh, blushing a brilliant red, is so glad that the lower half of her face is concealed. Janos was not only flirtatious, but hostile while being...flirtatious and comical. It's rather odd and Nadleeh has never before met a man like this. She is also glad that she doesn't have to respond--they are summoned by the Guild Master, thank the Goddess.

As Lark is brought in once more, Jonah looks at him, utterly confused. He had literally just healed this man--what had happened to him to make him weak and injured once more?? This fellow must be extremely sick-prone, especially after all that he had done to heal him fully before, as well as the amount of rest that he had received before returning to such a sorry state.

Jonah begins to look him over as Rodimus completely ignores Janos' entrance into the room. His mood has shifted into that of a serious one and that last thing he has time to concentrate on is the man's silly behavior. He really doesn't care to respond, so he simply chooses not to and focuses on Ryla, instead, smiling at her reassuringly. She still looks as though she could cry some more.

Nadleeh followed Janos into the room and is happy to see Ryushi coming in just before her and she quickly moves up behind him with relief. She's so glad to have found one of her Guild-mates. She can tell that he's tired and as he walked in and introduces himself, Jonah instantly moves over to him and touches his shoulder without even asking.

At first, Nadleeh thought the man was gonna say something, but all he did was smile and then move back down to another pitiful man on the floor. The man's hand had glowed upon Ryushi's shoulder as he was speaking to the Guild Master for just a moment, and afterwards, he didn't look near as tired. The man must have been a healer of some kind.

After a few more minutes with his hands spent with glowing, Jonah finally pulls away from Lark, though the man doesn't look too much better than he did before. Unfortunately, Jonah doesn't have much magic left, so there's little else that he can do for the man or for anyone else. Even Ryushi he did little for--all he could do was lift his exhaustion, but the Guild Master will still feel weakened and have no magic.

"Well, a pleasure to meet you, Ryushi." Rodimus says, "I'm rather surprised that you are settling a Guild Quest personally. I didn't expect to meet you so soon, but it's a pleasure, still. Why don't you have a seat?"

Then, Rodimus looks up as more pour into the room. He clears his throat and speaks just a tad more loudly, Okay, only those specified before can be in here. If you aren't Ferrum, White Cross, or Sheherazade...or Jonah...get out."

[ATTN: Rat, Seere]
--UMS Border Territory, Targon State; White Cross Guild Hall; 5:20PM--

As they head out into the main Guild Hall, a lot of the tables are almost pretty much set up. Rat is already out at one of the tables, munching down with a mountain of food on his plate. Rolling her eyes, Whip can't say that's she's really entirely surprised.

She moves up to the open window for the kitchens and says, "I want my usual. Seere here is from Walsh, so he's never eaten here before...why don't you just get him a menu?"

"You got it, sweet cheeks," The big man behind the window says with a wink, "Here's the menu and I'll have your food out in a bit."

"Thanks, Al." Whip replies with a smile. Al, a good 450lbs and 8ft tall, can barely look out into the lower window, but he crouches down long enough to pass out the menu to give to Seere.

[ATTN: Sylmeria, Nymeria, Xiax, Ryla] #guild_key
--Infinity Edge Guild Hall; Ventya State - UMS; 5:20pm--

Before long, Xiax unfreezes and the object in his hand disappears--he's without the fucking key that she just entrusted him with! "Where's the damn key?!" She asks hastily, panicked.

Gren pops into the room where Sylmeria is says a brief hello and that he's here to get her, grabs her, and then teleports away and returns to the office just as Nymeria is also already walking in. Now that all four of them are there, Ilyana immediately begins to speak again. She didn't have a chance to get a response from Xiax, but that's okay. She'll work it out.

"Okay! Gren! Take Nymeria and Sylmeria out of here. Ta-take them somewhere that you know they'll be safe. We have a war on our hands and Xiax here is staying by my side, no matter what." With this last part, she gazes at him with a look of distrust and it is clear that her view of him has changed since the last time they had spoken.

[ATTN: Nadia]
--S'venton; Nothern UMS, Targon State; 5:20PM-–

Xaroff, who's memory is really messed up at this point, is really unsure of what is gong on. However, as he sees both Nadia and Attica smiling at each other and high-fiving, he can't help but feel satisfied, even without knowing.

Nadia asks if they wish to leave or if they'll stay another night...Xaroff can feel a heat--a need to hurt Nadia. He suddenly realizes his power is activated, so he instantly shuts it off. He's too weak to have it active and honestly, he needs to warn Nadia, but not here.

"I think we should leave." Xaroff says hastily, "I really, really want to get out of this place. Bad. We can make camp off the road when it gets too late to travel, what'dya say?"

[ATTN: Jacobi]
--Lacrima Inn Lobby, UMS; 5:20PM--

"Oh, ho ho!" The other Walsh guy says, "The Jacobi Rovengo, wow! Nice ta meetcha! I'm Thax and this is Fuyu. Why don't you have a drink, tell us some war stories?"

Fuyu smiles and nods his head in greeting and then pushes a chair away from the table so that Jacobi has the space to sit into the chair. Then, he says, "A pleasure, Rovengo. Thanks for the advice--I also had hoped to stay another night, so now we have a good reason to return back late."

Guilds Role-Play

(ATTN : Ferrum Coordinator inside, Open) #guild_key #shazeer

**Posting in a different post because too long man too long !**

--Ferrum Coordinator Guild Hall, UMS; 5:20PM--

(COLLAB WITH LEAH ALSO SOME PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED AS IN PEOPLE WITH THE FOREST QUEST CHECK THIS POST RAWR !!! Anyone within ferrum should read this ! More main plot stuff going on for the curious! )

Ryla came back with both keys on her side and had a face of shock. ''Oh my gaaawwd......'' She whispered. ''That was weird....'' She hid both keys as well as she could under her clothes although she would have to come with better ways to hide... or rather place them.

After making sure the keys were well placed and hidden, she comes out of her little cabin, wash her face quickly and head out of the restroom. When she finally finds Jonah again, someone quite tall was in front of him and looked rather intimidating... but not as much as scary dude. Although he did make her almost have a heart attack when he yelled. Jonah offers to put his arm around her and she doesn't really mind... although she look a bit shaken and lost in her thoughts when she comes back. ''I-I'm back. ''

It's then that the man introduced himself... oh right he's one of the guild leaders... she thinks... maybe... ? He offer and handshake and she gladly return it, preparing mentally for a possible vision. And yep... a vision happened... though not exactly what she thought she would see. Ryla saw this man FORGE the keys of taboo.... except it looked like he was making copies of the originals as he was looking at them for reference. Didn't look to be forged here though. She was so lost with all the weird stuff happening that she almost missed the fact that he kept talking. She tried to act out the shock of the vision as her still being shaken out by something else. Although she really was to be honest worried sick for Xiax and the other guild. ''O-oooh ! I'm sorry... my ideas aren't all clear right now... but yes... I'm Ryla, from Sheherazade.'' She paused for a moment and then with some stress in fear that he would not believe her she says ''I erm... how to say... I'm not exactly an S class... and that feat was not... done by only me... I simply acted as the vessel of something greater to avoid a catastrophe... I'm C class... though I feel more powerful-ish after that weird stuff.... I don't know... My own ability is rather passive.''

Rodimus notices more people moving up to crowd around her and he looks back and around him with annoyance. All of his guild members are listening in, too. Talk about a bunch of lazy, nosy, good-for-nothing bastards, sometimes.

"Alright, look. You come in to my office and you explain this to me," Rodimus says, "I got to write up a report on this mess and explain it to the council, or they'll have my hide. Damn, only been an established Guild for a short time and I already have this in my backyard..."

His voice lowers as his complaints turn into mumbles and grumbles. He heads off towards his office and Jonah wonders if he's supposed to come, too. He wasn't invited, but he's also a little worried about Ryla, too. Doesn't want her to get hurt and all that. He looks to her just as the Guild master leaves and asks her quietly if she wants him to come with, or if he should stay out.

''Just stay with me till I reach the office and maybe stay close ?.... Just to protect me from stalkers after ? Please ?....'' She whispered to him.

Jonah nods his head and follows her as she follows Rodimus, making a small train in the crowd of annoying, chattering people. It's gotten loud again and people are moving about in the excitement, still talking about what happened and so on. Rodimus reaches his door whenever he finally stops walking.

He turns around, his face looking pretty pissed off. He grits is teeth, a low growl forming in his throat and then rising up into a roar of anger and frustration. The volume change was expected, thanks to his expression, so Jonah managed to cover his ears just in time before the man's bellow echoed throughout the building.

"SHUT UP, ALL OF YA!" He roared, "NOW. I'm gonna have a private meeting with this little lady here and I'd really LIKE IT if I could hear MYSELF THINK."

Then, Jonah raises an eyebrow as the man's expression shifts immediately into one of calm neutrality. He turns back around and heads into his office, waits for Ryla to enter, and then closes the door behind them. Jonah walks up to the door and then places his back to it, as a bodyguard of sorts. Not that he's needed...who'd wanna walk in and piss Rodimus off, now?

As Rodimus closes the door, he gestures for Ryla to take a seat as he moves to his desk and gets some paper and pens and such to begin writing. He seats himself with a big sigh, looking tired.

"All right..." Rodimus says, somewhat happily, "Now that my headache isn't killing me from all that noise, why don't you start from the beginning? Ryla, right? A pleasure to meet you. I want to begin by offering my condolences on Rex....he was a good friend of mine and boy, did I love him. "

Ryla nearly had a heart attack again, although she gladly went inside when he offered and nodded to Jonah.

(ATTN : Closed/Rodimus(OPEN WHEN HE COMES OUT, People around ferrum should read this too))

''Thanks... I still haven't managed to go back to the guild to see what happened... we lost a few guildmates over the past few days...I'll do my best to help you with your report sir... though I'll also have to speak of something urgent... which I may seek your assistance on after... in fact maybe I should say so first.... But my power is I get visions usually at random from touching people... but I've been getting visions... that are clearer and.... they've been hitting me at random without doing anything... '' She takes a deep breath ''Infinity Edge are in danger as we speak.... They're being attacked by the dark ascension guild... I don't know if support can be brought to them quickly, but it would be appreciated... Other then this I'll explain everything I know in details, I'm sorry for going offtrack... '' She said looking genuinely worried about them and she seemed a bit anxious about everything that was going on badly.

As soon as Ryla mentions that Infinity Edge is under attack from Dark Ascension, he shoots up from his seat with an alarmed expression, using his fists against the desk to push him up as quickly as he can. If this girl says she knows for sure that this is happening and she's right, he can't risk the time to research if she's telling the truth or not.

"Ilyana," Rodimus says with concern. He moves out to the door and practically rips the door off of its hinges as he races out. "Barrel racers! Front and center!"

Suddenly, the Guild Hall falls even more silent as the Guild Master had rushed out with wide eyes, almost barreling poor Jonah over and into the floor. His arms are up over his head and he speaks with a tone of urgency, calling to his men with his loud, booming voice.

Anyone that knew about Ferrum Coordinator knew about the racers. The barrel racers were a group of Ferrum guild members that could manipulate metal and they were really good at it, too. This group was called the "racers" due to the fact that they always made metallic wheels and carts of ridiculous sizes and drove about with Ferrum Corrdinator deliveries with record time. They always delivered the weapon orders that they got across the continent and rarely felt the need to use the train, considering that they can generally go faster than a train ever has--though, they do slow down near cities, since there is the risk of damage and running people over.

After just a matter of a minute, several men are already in front of Rodium, having moved up to the table nearest him and they all either sit or stand next to it before him with expectation. He looks down at them sternly and makes no waste of time for pleasantries as he commands them for their next Guild Quest.

"I have been led to believe that Infinity Edge is under attack." Rodimus says as the whispers suddenly dissipate, "The numbers of which I am uncertain. I'm going to get as much details as I can on this attack, but in the meantime, you must prepare for battle. Your nest quest is to race to the Infinity Edge Guild hall with as many as will aid you and fight to protect all Infinity Edge Guild members.

While you are headed there, tactics and battle entry will be managed by the Quest leader--Joan, the racer group leader. When you have managed to integrate yourself into the defenses of the Guild, you will answer to Ilyana, the Guild Master. Go now, prepare yourselves. Gather your things and I will return shortly with any information I can obtain."

With that, he rushes back into the room as the room begins to chatter so loudly. However, Joan calls out and is already asking for people to hurry and to sign up at the Quest board on a list if they will be helping in the battle. Then, the door closes so that Rodimus can easily hear again.

"Do you have anything that can help? Enemy numbers, defense conditions, anything?" Rodimus asks, "Casualties?"

Ryla again almost have a heart attack when the man suddenly jumped from his chair and rushed outside to give orders. She awkwardly turns her neck toward the door with her jaw dropped. She tries to take back her composure when he comes back however. ''Woah... this guy is super effective.... '' She thought and then he asked her if she had any details. ''Mmm... '' That was a hard one especially she had not gotten a lot of details herself. She remembered Xiax talking about the office... maybe he saw from a window or something ? ''I'm not sure... it was kind of vague... It started with seeing the guild as a whole in a flash... then... I saw from like some office that they were outside.... seemed like the number was big though.... but they weren't attacking yet.... So I think if it started, it just now.... started. I have a feeling it was at the same time as I was in the restroom.... since that's where I got the vision ... sir...'' Of course she was making up a bit of it, but judging from how Xiax spoke about being in a office, she imagined he probably saw by the window or something.

Rodimus nods his head, sticks his head back out the door, and calls out for Joan. She comes running and he tells her what Ryla basically said. He asks her how long it will take for her to reach the guild. She says that if there are no interruptions and a good, clean terrain, they can make it in an hour, or two at the most.

"Get to it," He commands before coming back in and closing the door behind him. With a sigh of stress, he lays his head on his hands once he has sat back down at his desk and he wonders to himself how in the world they are going to get through this. There's only one reason why they'd attack the whole Guild...they want the key and they knew they wouldn't be able to assassinate Ilyana like they did Rex, the cowardly bastards.

And unlike Rex, Ilyana has a genuine key...if they get their hands on that...he scowls, but he comes away from his thoughts as he looks back up at Ryla and he thanks her for the forewarning. He feels so glad that he's not even further from the guild than what he is. And he thanks the heavens for the racers, too.

"Okay, soo...onwards. So you're not an S Rank and that magic wasn't yours--it was someone else's. They amplified your magic, coolio." Rodimus continues, "I'm glad that I can report to the council that it's not an unregistered S-Rank. They'd have been pissed."

He begins scribbling down some words, but then looks back up at Ryla gratefully, "Thank you, also, for stopping that storm. I can't imagine how many lives you just saved--including a bunch of Ferrum lives. The losses would have been..."

Ryla nods as he says the info again that she said so far and then as he thank her, she blush a bit. ''MM.... Truth is... I actually saw what could have happened... It was horrible.... '' She said still trembling just thinking back of that horrible vision. She then took a deep breath. ''Basically we, sherehazade guild members, found some old ruins of the Shazeer Tribe... and ... '' She pause two seconds looking sad, but continue... ''Me and a guildmate found a secret room there and he managed to activate something... which actually led him to speak with the genuine people of the tribe... or rather their spirits...I saw it through him and since we both accepted to help them... they pretty much sees us as their member sorta... Right before the point of catastrophe happened the ninth contacted us into some kind of void free of time place... and they showed us what could happen if they would not do something... and... said they could do it but they would need a vessel... and a sacrifice since they didn't have enough power as they are weakened.... my guildmate... Sheridan... he accepted to sacrifice himself... without even a moment of hesitation... '' She start crying thinking back of that moment. He told me goodbye and then as we came back to the real world..... I .... saw him collapse .... I felt him and a few others come within me for a short time..... to then leave just as fast when it was all gone.... Sheridan's soul... followed them I could feel it... '' She took a pause to rub her tears. ''However... I also... saw something else while being in the air... a giant gate.... with evil energy leeking.... I could feel everyone's pulse, feelings... so much at the same time while being there.... '' She explained hoping she wasn't too confusing to follow.

Rodimus blinks. He takes several seconds to reply, as thoughts mill about his head. He's a little overwhelmed with the information, and he's unsure how to respond. However...she sensed the gate. Does that mean she knows where it is? What it is? This turned out to be a lot more complicated than he had previously assumed, but when it comes to wiping out a hurricane, he really shouldn't be surprised.

After a few more moments, he puts the pen down. He has written nothing. The council doesn't know much about the gate, nor of the keys...they know even less of the Shazeer and he's really not sure how much he should tell them. This sort of stuff is usually discussed among all of the Guild Masters and then they decide what to disclose to the Unfortunate Thirteen. He sighs.

"And how the hell am I going to explain this?" Rodimus asks, "If I send this weird story into the council, they'll not believe you. They'll summon you to the council hall and expect you to answer immediately. They'll investigate you...might even lock you up, if they consider you enough of a threat. I'm not really sure I want that to happen...and I do owe Rex a favor...why don't we chalk it up to multiple Sheherazade magi working together to stop this storm in this official report?"

Ryla gasp at his words. ''That sound.... scary... I think all this weird stuff and visions is getting me into some trouble... though... at the same time... what should be done for that gigantic gate ?.... it felt like even with all the power I had when I was up that I would not have been able to stop what was inside of it.... or what it could do to this world if it opened... '' She said trembling a bit. ''Though... there was several witnesses... how do we explain that ...to them...?... '' She felt pretty anxious about the whole situation. She just wanted to share the knowledge to help, but it seemed it would bring her trouble, though she felt like the man here was someone she could trust.

"Well, most of the people out there don't know what they saw," Rodimus says confidently, "If you and I get a few people to sign as witnesses to our story, people will pretty much believe what they want to believe. Hive mentality and all that..."

He adjusts his seating position and then leans in over his desk..."Now, about this gate. I've known about it, but I haven't known what it leads to, if it's opened. I don't really know anything other than that, to be honest. The guild masters haven been hunting for the thing for centuries...do you know where it is?"

She nods about the witnesses part. ''Sounds good then....'' She said as she continued to listen and when he asked where it was she answered right away. ''Yes... I saw it clearly... It's at the end of the continent within the hallows forest.... ''

Oh, shit. Oh, shit!! That's what the anomaly is in the forest....I just about sent a bunch of guild members to their deaths and right onto the thing! Rodimus' mind starts racing. He knows where the gate is, now! The guild masters will want to know...it'll be a couple of weeks before they can all reconvene with each other and have another meeting...and by then? What will Dark Ascension have started?

Not to mention...if the gate is leaking, then that must mean there's already a key or two unlocked. Well, that would explain why the Dark Ascension guild key has gone missing...though, he doubts it was ever "missing." They are very obviously behind this whole ordeal. He opens up his desk drawer and leafs through some papers until he finally pulls out his map.

"Okay, mark on the map where it is, as best you can." Rodimus says, "And I'm gonna have to ask you not to tell anyone else about this gate...it's uh...classified."

If only she could tell him she knew about the keys too... but no that wouldn't do. As he pulled out a map, she thought back of her vision and looked at the matching location and did a cross on it as to where the vision seemed to have zoomed in on it. ''There... If I have more vision that shows more... I'll talk to you and only you... I'm glad I spoke to you in private... cause I sure have no idea what's classified and what's not in the visions I see... So much happened in a few days... I want the bad stuff to stop happening.... '' Ryla said now breaking into tears again. ''I'm sorry..... I'm still ... a bit... of a emotional mess on the ... inside.'' She said, not able to keep it down once again. Her crying was much softer than earlier though she just couldn't stop it.

Rodimus' stomach sinks with dread as his suspicions are now confirmed. The gate is, in fact, directly located where the reports are coming from. This is where he was about to send Chiron's and Janos' team...and where he still must send them, it would seem. The girl starts to cry again, so he moves across the desk to hug her tightly. He doesn't now her well, but he does know that hugs can really help people a lot, so he gives it a try.

"....okay, I know what we need to do about this gate." Rodimus says as he holds her. "I'm going to have to hold a meeting with you and a few others...just remember not to mention the gate, okay?"

He holds her for a few minutes, letting her calm down before he finally stands from his knees once more. He goes to the office door, opens it, and calls out loudly--though, the room immediately quieted down as he opened the door, anyway, so he didn't have to scream over people, at least.

"I need the following people in my office immediately:" Rodimus called out, "Janos, Chiron, anyone from Sheherazade, anyone from White Cross, and anyone else I had ready for the White-Cross and Ferrum joint Guild Quest. Thanks."

Then, Rodimus comes in, pats Ryla on the shoulder, and sits at his desk as he waits for various guild members to pour on in. Man, his office isn't that big...it's going to get cramped in here. Fantastic. Jonah sticks his head in and smiles at them, "I'm not in any of that criteria, but...I want to be apart of this. I want to help Ryla."

Rodimus looks at him and almost says no, but he pauses and looks over at Ryla, instead. He smiles at her comfortingly and decides that she just might need an additional friend. "That's up to you, girly. Do you trust him? Can I trust him?"

Ryla let herself be comforted and when he says that he knows what to do and to not speak of the gate... she nods. And then he goes outside to call for some people and come back patting her on the shoulder and he went to sit back at his desk. ''Yes.... He breathes to help people.'' She said with a small smile. ''I saw he almost died several time trying to save people.... I think he can be trusted.''

That was good enough for him. With a nod from Rodimus, Jonah comes in and looks at Ryla with intrigue, wondering how in the world she knows that bout him. Sure, he's a healer, just like anyone, but...how did she know that he's almost died?

Guilds Role-Play

(ATTN: Jonah, Open to others around ferrum ish)

With the help of Jonah, Ryla managed to get inside the guild. Although there was a lot of people who either tried to touch them, ask her question or else. She was feeling a bit overwhelmed to be honest. When they finally reach the lady restroom she says ''I'll.... be back...'' And she goes inside of it, inside of one of the restroom, once the door is closed and that she makes sure that nobody is looking... she touches the key and a vision of the same door she saw earlier crossed her mind. Except that now she knew this key was one of the keys that was opening it.

(ATTN : Xiax, Closed) #guild_key #shazeer

(Collab with Methos ;D)

Merely seconds after her vision she was now inside a sort of void space of some sort and felt like someone she knew, but didn't was there. She turned toward him to see who it was and she still looked like she had been crying not long ago. Her eyes were still watery as she looked at him for a good.... awkward thirty seconds of trying to understand what the crap was going on. She then points at him and gasp before suddenly yelling and breaking the silence. ''YOUR EYES ARE GLOWING HOLY CRAP !!!!''

Xiax had to adjust to the sudden change in the world around him. Just a second ago he'd been reaching to take the key from Ilyana and now he was back in the Void. His first thought is that his power must have activated but it doesn't feel that way, but he feels a presence so he turns... well it's not the Ninth, but the other girl whose name he knew. This was Ryla, and she was starting at him, at least till she scared the crap out of him and she freaked out. Xiax took a step back, and averted his eyes from her from habit. "No they're not." Xiax lied lamely.

''They're SOOOO COOL !!! '' She exclaimed, ignoring his lie. Ryla then starred at him some more and said '' Aaah ! Yours is on your heart ! '' She said pointing at his tattoo. ''Also erm... hi ?... How did I manage to make a communication with you... I have NO IDEA... or have a little though... it doesn't make sense, but does. So much weird happening. ...''

Xiax didn't exactly have anywhere to hide, and he was decidely topless too, This is awkward. "I don't know, Ninth didn't say anything about this. I'm not doing it, and.." Xiax paused as he looked at Ryla. "You're not doing it either. Neither of our powers are right, so that can't be it. What exactly are you, I mean were you doing?"

''Um....I went to the... restroom and I believe I'm still in it.... because I felt the key was acting weird and I touched it and got a vision and then boom here. You have one too right ?.... Oh... Right... wasn't supposed to talk about it ish... I hope the scary dude won't know....'' She said looking suddenly a bit anxious thinking back about this intimidating dude.

"Ohhh my god, you where taking a dump!" Xiax blurts out, "I'm so sorry!

Ryla shake her hands to try to clear the misunderstanding. ''No no I just went to poke the key in private... and flee the crowd that was after me for some air.... ''

"I can totally understand that." Xiax didn't like crowds either, they were just too dangerous for him. "Soooo, you're Ryla? Like where exactly are you right now anyway?"

''In the lady restroom of Ferrum Coordinator's guild. '' She answered and then asked him. ''What about you ?...''

"I'm in Ilyana's office." Xiax's suddenly realized the urgency, "Ohh crap! I'm pretty sure Dark Ascension is going to start murdering everyone. I've got to get back!" Xiax looked around quickly, "How the hell do you leave here?"

[color=#00CC66]''Ilyana ?'' The name kinda ringed a bell although she didn't really think it was someone she personally knew. ''And wait Dark ascension ?! They're attacking you ?! '' She asked a bit panicked. ''And I don't know.... maybe... to undo what we did to come here ish ?.... I DUNNO !!!!'' [color]

"What ELSE do they do?!" Xiax said exasperated, totally giving in to the here say and stereotyping about DA. "I'm pretty sure she's trying to hide th--! Where the hell did this key come from?!" Xiax turns to face Ryla and just tosses her the key, "Your key look like this one?"

''Yep !!! '' Ryla said to confirm and then went to shock ''I FELT YOU HAD ONE YO !'' Ryla exclaimed and then added.

"So maybe it's the keys then. Just hold onto it for a second." Xiax said rubbing his beard a moment in ponderous thought. "Ninth really needs to decorate or something, I'm not seeing an exit. Hrmmmm." Crossing both his arms as he turns this way and that to see an exit, "You see anything but the torch?"

''No.... I'll try something. '' Ryla said taking a deep breath. ''HEY !! WE WANT TO GET OUT, BUT WE DON'T KNOW HOW !! NINTH YOU THERE ?!''

Xiax has this weird moment where the Ninth pretty much mind rapes him and leaves a mental memo. He's visually shaken and holds out a hand which quivers slightly. "I think I need that back."

When Ryla looks at him kinda weird for a moment, he makes a 'hand it over kind of gesture' while Xiax says "The key, please."

Ryla then clicks that she was holding his key and her own and gave him back the key. ''Here !! Sorry about that !!''

Xiax closes his hand around the key letting off a relieved sigh. "Ok, to get out we have to really think hard about getting out of here and back to wherever we where. For me that's Infinity Edge, and you the Toilet."

''Okay...before we leave... want me to try and get help sent toward them ?!.... I could say I had a vision or something..... '' Ryla asked wondering.

Xiax blinks, "That's awfully nice of you. Maybe Ilyana can hold out or something for awhile, how far away is Ferrum anyway?"

''Several....hours... but I'll check if some can get there faster !! Promise !!'' Ryla exclaimed. ''Please hang in there okay ?!''

"Se-several hours?" that didn't sound good. "I think I'd better just get back and pray for a miracle." Xiax starts to picture the office then pauses. "Wanna switch keys?"

''Um... nah I need to protect this one ! '' She said with a smile. ''Otherwise a big scary dude might get my skin !....maybe...''

"Ohh, that makes sense." Xiax says, not really sure who the big scary guy is. He started to chew on his thumbnail as he thought for a moment. Ilyanna was totally in a controlled panic; DA was outside, and that could only mean they were gonna kill a bunch of people. If he gave the key to Ryla then the key would be safe, but be wouldn't be able to communicate with her anymore. "Hmmmm."

Ryla tilt her head to the side looking at him. ''What is it ?...''

"I've got a really hard situation right now waiting when I get back." Xiax said spitting out a bit of nail and nibbling it again. "I'm worried that I might die, so I'm wondering if I should give you Ilyana's guildkey to keep it safe."

''Don't say you'll die you won't !!!!! '' Ryla exclaimed right away as she was tired of deaths, she just didn't want to accept it. ''Though I wouldn't mind looking after it, at the same time it'd be our only mean of communication !! ...And... can it even be transported with me I don't know !...''

"Nine kinda gave me that impression." Xiax said. "Besides if it doesn't work I'll still have it. I'm just worried that if fighting breaks out, I might accidently bump into someone and trigger my power. That would be bad." Xiax mutters that last part softly.

"Ok, here, you take it." Xiax says holding out the key. "I'll think of something, just make sure to get help."

Ryla takes the key a bit panicked and she almost drop it before catching it again. ''I DID NOTHING.... and... sure I will ... please be safe !!! ''

Xiax goes to ctach it but Ryla manages not to drop it. "Iylana's got some kinda plan I think, but make sure to get that help." He says as he focuses on his body back in the office. I hope I don't die Xiax thinks as he disappears from the Void leaving Ryla alone.

Ryla nods and then hold both keys tight with her and think hard of restroom little cabin she was just in and disappear from the void as well.

Guilds Role-Play

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open} --Terrenia City, Crye Estate; 5:20PM--

It barely feels like work, Clementina is having so much fun. She is in her element dancing from guest to guest. It is amazing how one party has done so much for her reputation. She has been propositioned by others for future jobs. She gives them her contact information.

She bows to her partner at the end of the song. She walks off the dance floor and waves off the next person. She looks up at Lord Cyre himself leans down to looks into her eyes. He offers her some soup and to serve it to her. She takes his arm. “Thank you Lord Cyre, I would appreciate it.”

He shows her to a table and sits at the same table. “I must thank you again. I don’t think I have danced so much in my life. I am glad I have no plans tomorrow.” His next words make Kaimele’s heart drop. “Lord Cyre, I appreciate the compliment, but all I did was help her to the chair.” She looks at her food stirring the soup. “If I had any real talent, I would have saved the young lady’s life earlier.”

Jacobi
{Attn: Fuyu, Open} --Lacrima Inn Lobby, UMS; 5:20PM--
#guild_key

Jacobi walk up to the bar noticing the two guys from Walsh. One is staring at him as he walks up to the bar. He sees the young lady and smiles. “It appears you have me for both young lady.” He grins at her. “You can have more if you desire.” He leans against the bar as the lady gets his room key. He overhears the Walsh conversation again. He cannot believe his fuckin luck. He takes out the compass and sure enough it pointing right at the table.

He takes the key from the lady and sets the coins on the counter. He takes the mug of ale and walks over to them. “Ain’t going to get too far, the trains are still out. The carriages are probably rented out at this point as well. The last train had a shitload of people in it, and you know how people are when they are panicked. Unless you have a death wish, I recommend staying here. Bandits are going to have fun tonight.” He holds out his hand “Jacobi Rovegno, Valoria S class. I recommend cooling ya heels and waiting until tomorrow. I will even buy the first round.”

[ATTN: Kaimele]
--Terrenia City, Crye Estate; 5:20PM--

An hour passes and the party continues. Many of the guests are quick to ask if the party will last all night, since the storm is over. After all, now that it is safe outside, there is no need to keep the guests overnight. However, Lord Crye already guaranteed a full night's stay and a party that lasts until they are all awake, so he states his intention to keep those plans to the crowd of dancers between songs.

Lady Crye has already made her way up to her father and informed him of Clementina's powers, which has sparked his interest greatly. However, she has been dancing with many of their guests and he pushes away his excitement and intrigue so that she may enjoy the dances and continue to do her job without interruption. After all...the amount she's getting paid for this night is so high, the woman probably won't know what to do with the coins when this is over.

Due to this and more, he allows the dancer to continue her games of dances with various men and ladies across the floor as songs fly by. Of course, she does get a few breaks in, bless her, but so many have asked for her hand to dance that she's probably going crazy. When he decides that she might get overwhelmed, he moves his way across the floor with ease as the others pull away from his large size. Bending down to her to see her levelly, he smiles.

"Lady Clementina, you must be tired. Why don't you have a seat and I'll serve you our finest Sanshen soup with blossom petals. We also have various beverages that you can enjoy." He says.

Escorting her with his big arm, he marvels at the smallness of the small girl as he leads her over to a chair and beckons for some food to be brought. Many of the other guests are also eating, but not all. Some just pick at the food here and there between dances. He smiles at her jovially as he looks about the ballroom with contentment. He knows that he has definitely won his competition, for sure. No doubts at all, despite the loss of the sweet girl hours before.

"I also want to thank you for helping my daughter with her ankle," Lord Crye says more quietly after the food is placed on the table between them, "Perhaps I should add a little to your entertainment payment for your services. Quite a talent that you have there."

[ATTN: Lark]
--Timeless--

Finally, stepping away, Lark's mother returns to the fountain as she looks sadly downwards into its reflective surface. She knows that it is time for him to go. The pulse will wake him, soon. She look back up at him and her eyes say that the time for farewells has come.

"Farewell, my son. I will be watching, ever proudly. When you wake, you will feel the pulse of magic through you, but you needn't worry. It is good magic. You will also see a lady in the air, performing a small miracle. Her name is Ryla and you must stay with her. She will take you to the door." She says.

More tears flow from her eyes and she aches as she misses him before he's even gone. Then, she waves to him and blows him a kiss as the pulse of magic brings him back into reality and away from the spirit realm where his mother watches him.

[ATTN: Ryla, Lark, Ryushi, Chiron, Janos, Char]
--Ferrum Coordinator Guild Hall, UMS; 5:20PM--

The crowds are spreading about, happy to be free and many people begin to pour out of the Ferrum Coordinator Guild Hall, as well. Time is confusing and chaotic and as Ryla speaks about the need for a restroom, Jonah is quick to get her there through the Guild Hall and shows a delightful and handy knowledge in knowing his way about the Guild Hall's premises.

As Ryla takes her leave from the crowd, a task that is not only difficult but loud. So many people tried to follow her, touch her, and bombard her with questions. Diggle has already separated, looking after the body of Sheridan and caring for it with the utmost sadness and care. Jonah saw him crying not too long ago.

The train won't be back in working order for another good time, considering the damage they will have to fix. Luckily, they do have extra train cars, but the engine will still need work before they get it moving again. They really do need to start making more trains...and train tracks. Jonah sighs as his mind rambles on and he finally realizes that the Ferrum Coordinator Guild Master is staring at him. The man clears his throat.

"Oh! Sir Rodimus Penn, a pleasure to meet you!" Jonah says with surprise, "What can a small mage like myself do for the great Guild Master?"

Rodimus looks at him blankly for a moment, clearly in a pissy mood. He's been moving about thanking people and apologizing to others...it's been quite chaotic. Several people still look injured, so perhaps that is what the man is going to ask him for. Jonah can't count the number of times he's been asked to join a Guild due to his ability. Perhaps this is the same situation.

"Where is she?" Rodimus asks bluntly, his hands on his waist.

Jonah blinks, and then realization settles in. "Oh! Ryla! She's in the bathroom, sir. I think she'll be right out. Sorry, Sir. I was uncertain of what you meant for a minute, there."

He looks down at Jonah and the healer feels like the guild master's shadow over him is somehow growing and becoming darker. It's kind of scary. No, really scary. Gulping, he looks up at the Guild Master and forces a smile, "Anything else I can do for you, Sir?"

"No. I'm waiting for her." Rodimus says, but he turns around and yells across the bustling and loud guild hall, "SHUT IT! I want QUIET IN HERE."

The Guild Hall falls silent and the moody man turns back around, huffing to himself and mumbling under his breath. He's clearly irritable, but who can blame him? The stressful situation and the sudden onslaught of such powerful magic is enough to put anyone on edge. Plus, it's Rodimus Penn that's going to have to fill out the paperwork on this mess and report it to the Council. They are not going to be pleased...

"What's her Guild?" Rodimus asks grumpily.

"Ryla? She's uh...Sheherazade, if I'm not mistaken." Jonah replies as Ryla comes out of the bathroom next to him. Jonah smiles at her sheepishly and offers to put his arm around her for comfort. He wouldn't blame her at all for being terrified of this big man like he is. If she is, that is. She's pretty powerful, so maybe she doesn't have to be.

"Rodimus Penn." Rodimus introduces himself, holding out his hand to shake hers, "Quite a gift you have there. I've never heard of anyone in Sheherazade that's both S Rank and has your particular skill or description. Are you registered?"

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

After an hour of people herding about and getting people to calm the hell down, Nadleeh finally makes her way to the damn Guild Hall. It's finally clearing out and people are scattering and going about their own way. Many of the people from the train are now looking for an inn or other forms of transportation so that they can get to where they want to go.

However, when Nadleeh makes it to the Guild Hall, many of the guild members are bustling about and cleaning out the cots and blankets that were previously set up for refugees from the storm. They are all just moving about and being rather chaotic--until, that is, a big man yells at them and pretty much tells everyone to shut up. She looks at him and he does, indeed, fit the description of the Guild Master. Great.

She's ready to look around and figure out where she's supposed to be going and what not, but...she lost he guild mates in the crowd. With a groan, she looks about for Ryushi or the others, but so far, she's had no luck. Finally, she accidentally bumps into two guys that are arguing over something. The guy she bumps into turns around just as his guild mate calls him "Janos," so she guesses that this must be his name.

"So sorry," Nadleeh says, "I didn't mean to bump into you like that."

The man he was speaking with scoffs and shakes his head, "Watch where you're going. And no, we do not give a rat's ass about the Viorian scriptures, man. Go back to your church."

With a sigh, Nadleeh hugs her holy book to her chest, "Firstly, I am a woman and secondly, I am here for my Guild to do a joint Guild Quest with Ferrum. Don't assume things and please, don't be so rude."

[ATTN: Rat, Seere]
--UMS Border Territory, Targon State; White Cross Guild Hall; 5:20PM--

Whip is stunned by the wave of magic. She didn't expect something like...that. Sitting up in her bed, she looks out the window to find that the storm is gone. The sudden quiet is rather jarring and, to a degree, spooky. What happened to the storm? What kind of magic could have removed an entire hurricane from the land? Wow.

She ponders on it for a few moments longer and then remembers that she's naked. With a smile, she turns back towards Seere with a sultry pose and playfull asks: "Wanna go again?"

After an hour of "exercises" and breaks between, Whip finally showers and gets dressed, feeling much better. Of course, now that the storm is gone, he probably wouldn't feel the need to remain in the Guild Hall any longer, so the thought makes her a little sad.

With a grumbling tummy, she looks up at Seere and says, "I don't know about you, but I'm famished. Why don't we go find something to eat? I bet I will have a lot of work to do, now that the refugees are free to go. Ugh, cleaning up after refugees is a pain."

Topics tagged under guild_key on Gateway to Role-Play Post_s10

[ATTN: Nel, Chi]
--UMS Territory; Council Hall, Council State; 5:20PM--

Once the pulse comes through, the Council members immediately find their way back to the council meeting hall, bickering and chattering for half an hour over the matter of the mysterious pulse. Indeed, several other bounty hunters pop into the meeting unannounced, making their own way into the conversation to provide theories as to how the storm could have mysteriously come to an end, as well as to the source of the pulse of magic.

It isn't long before Thanis brings everyone to silence. He's sick of the confusion and chaos and usually, the Unfortunate 13 are nowhere near this bad, but with the added guests that burst into the meeting and the frantic disbelief...it's just chaos. Thanis doesn't like chaos.

"Okay, okay. All bounty hunters have been given a Quest during the storm. The danger of the outside is over, so you can go about your business." Thanis finally calls out, "The matter of the storm's sudden end and the pulse of magic that caused it will be under investigation and as soon as we have answers, you will have answers. Move along."

Another half an hour passes and, after a few conferences with a few telepathy magi that he has connections with, Thanis returns back to the meeting hall where the other council members are awaiting for him. It would seem that Chi stayed behind, so as to receive news of what he learned, so Nel is also here, waiting to begin her Quest.

Well, Nel is trustworthy enough. He doesn't mind sharing at least this much information that he currently has with a non-council member. For now. He clears his throat as he enters and they all fall respectfully silent as he speaks.

"The only information I was able to gather from my connections is that the pulse was caused by an S Rank Guild Member who stopped the storm to save some refugees that were caught up into the madness of the winds. I don't yet know the identity or the Guild affiliation of this particular Mage, but I do think we should keep our eyes open."

Marcus scowls, "I don't recall any S Ranked magi with that particular kind of power. Guilds must have their members registered! Why haven't we--"

"Marcus." Thanis says coldly, clearly not amused. "I am looking into it. Relax."

[ATTN: Sylmeria, Nymeria, Xiax, Ryla] #guild_key
--Infinity Edge Guild Hall; Ventya State - UMS; 5:20pm--

Xiax is at her open door after the storm has stopped, but Ilyana hasn't noticed him. Instead, she's looking out her window, looking for some way to find the source of the great, white light that had poured into the room. The pulse had knocked her from her feet and she was amazed at how easily it caught her off guard. She didn't even sense it coming. She always senses magic coming her way.

Knocking on the door frame, Xiax asks, "Am I interrupting?"

Ilyana turns back to look at Xiax and shakes her head reassuringly, "Not at all. What can I do for you?"

Xiax looks at her apprehensively, "Ilyana, do you have a moment? I don't want to interrupt if you've got guild business to do."

"Sure. Take a seat," Ilayan replies, "I was just marveling at the miraculous absence of the storm. I didn't even see that one coming, to be honest."

Xiax flinches and stammers a bit and then closes the door behind him before he takes a seat. "It's kind of about that. And what we talked about before."

Turning around more completely, Ilyana leans up into the window that she was just gazing out of, her butt seated into the window's frame and against the day's new light. She crosses her arms, but shows no expressions. She can tell something is off.

"I'm listening," Ilyana says.

Oh, crap. I've pissed her off. Xiax thinks to himself, taking her crossed arms and neutral tone more negatively than he probably should. Ilyana really does look nice with the light from the window hitting her like that. But he probably shouldn't be daydreaming anything about her right now and get to the point. That's probably for the best.

"Do you..." Xiax pauses, contemplating, "...know what happened that made this storm stop? I've kind of got an idea, but you have more experience with magic and stuff."

"I'm baffled," Ilyana says with a shrug, "Can't say that I do. What's your theory?"

"I wouldn't really call it a theory, I mean it's kind of more complicated than that." Xiax replies, "Did Kennot say anythign about how my power works?"

With a raised eyebrow, Ilayana shakes her head, "No, not just yet. He's still analyzing. Why don't you just take a breath and tell me what's on your mind?"

Xiax sighs, "You mentioned...you offered to help me. To help me train my power so I could control it and it kind of touches on that a bit. I don't know that I'm going to be able to continue training with you guys. Has it really only been a day...? God, that's fucked up."

Xiax waits for a second, but when seeing no response from Ilyana, he continues, "I've been offered training by the same people that fixed the storm. It's kind of complicated."

"And who fixed the storm?" Ilyana asks, intrigued.

"Well, it wasn't me." Xiax says, "Is it alright if I take off my shirt?"

Ilyana has decided that this conversation has kind of gone off the deep end. First he knows who's stopped the storm, and now he's somehow spoken to the person who stopped the storm, and now he wants to strip...okay.

"Um, sure." Ilyana says, confused. Did the pulse make him crazy?

Xiax lifts up his shirt and pulls it over his head and reveals the tattoo on his upper chest region on his left side, just over his heart. Ilyana looks at it closely and wonders what if he's going to be joining a new Guild. She's never seen this Guild tattoo before.

Xiax says, "They--it, I guess it's it--calls itself the Ninth. And it's the one that stopped the storm. And when it did, it made contact with me. I'm still not really sure how that all came about, Ilyana, but that's pretty much the gist of it."

Ilyana frowns, "So it's a new Guild that's forming and they contacted you to join them? Strange, how did they offer you to join the guild so suddenly, in my Guild Hall? And who added the tattoo? None of this is making any sense."

Xiax goes to speak and his mouth moves silently as he struggles to find the words necessary to answer as he waves his finger kind of pointlessly for a minute. "I don't think it's a Guild...but, is it a Guild tattoo? I'm kind of confused. They are supposed to hurt, right?"

He pokes the tattoo on his chest and Ilyana facepalms. She's so confused. He really did get off the crazy train--maybe the pulse of light knocked him on his ass and messed with his head. It could just have easily been a dream and well...maybe he's had this tattoo for a while and just doesn't remember that.

"Uh, no." Ilyana says, "Guild Tattoos don't hurt. They're magical."

Xiax looks kind of pale for a minute, "I wonder if that's why I started blacking out or if it was all the light, or...I'm not really sure if it's a Guild tattoo, Ilyana. But that's not the--no--well, it's kind of...at first, I thought it was this demon, but it's not...it's kind of like.........well, fuck, there just isn't a way for me to explain that. Without seeing it, I don't think I can explain it. Why do I keep seeing that mental image of that man in his bathrobe?! Why cant he just put some pants on?!"

Ilyana laughs, finally deciding that this is, in fact, just a dream that he had. She'll just...let it go. This isn't something he can really think clearly about and with the rush of the pulse of magic and the sudden glee from everyone over the storm's end, there's just too much chaos going on right now to add onto it.

"Okay, well...I'll at least train you while I can," Ilyana says, humoring him, "That's really all I can do. When the uh...Ninth people or persons decide that they want to train you, then they can step in, if that's what you wish. For now, you're still my responsibility."

"Well, I'm kind of okay with training today, I've had too much of that. It's kind of confusing, but this Ninth can kind of warp time and predict the future and if I stick around too long, it kind of sounds like if I stick around too long, bad stuff will happen or I might die from training."

Ilyana pauses, "I see." It would seem he just really wants to leave. Is he afraid that they won't let him leave without some fantastic reason of cosmic power or destiny? Maybe all just a story, a tall story to escape. Poor homeless man has been homeless for far too long.

"No, no, Ilyana, don't take it like that." Xiax says, "It's not like I'm just afraid or that I'm trying to make up an excuse or anything--it--it really happened. I mean, I was seriously thinking that hanging around for a while would be nice with the whole Guildy thing going on, but now that you're telling me that this might be a Guild tattoo, I can't have two of those, right? I mean, I want to make sure that this isn't a Guild tattoo, but that sneaky dude might totally have just screwed me over."

"The bath towel man?" Ilyana asks, disbelieving.

"It wasn't really a bath towel! It's like a weird skirt....half dress--the lower half of a dress! And he had these weird, glowing tattoos all over his body and he spoke with multiple voices!"

Ilyana blinks. After a pause, she says, "Well, that's not an established Guild tattoo. Whoever gave it to you can't consider it a legal Guild tattoo until they've registered their Guild legally and have met the Guild requirements. So you're good to join another Guild--at least for the time that it takes to get a Guild started. For your information."

Before Xiax can reply, a loud pop can be heard and Ilyana stands up straight, pulling away from the window as she realizes that the light from the window is no longer white. Instead, the light has become colored and tinted in the hue of a deep and dim yellow. Looking out through the glass, she sees a large barrier over the Guild Hall training field...it seems to be going completely around the whole building.

Following the barrier down to the ground, she finds dozens of dark figures standing at its base on the inside, forming along its circular base with still, statue-like, and ominous foreboding. One of the dark figures, which is upon a horse (unlike the others) holds up a flag with the Dark Ascension flag held up high above its head. It also has a circle of glowing runes circling it's body with a wide birth, glowing a deep shade of green and purple and moving slowly about the flagbearer as if orbiting him.

"Oh, shit." Ilyana hisses. "Shit!"

"What?" Xiax gets up from his chair and comes towards the window, peeking out. Holding his hand out feebly, he looks up and says, "I fucking hate you right now! Can only give me like...five minutes!"

Ilyana doesn't even get to say anything else as several of the GUild members burst into the room through the doorway with looks of panic. They know that the Guild is here, but not why. She can hear the sudden rise in noise and chaos out in the main hall and she dreads what's about to happen. However....first thing's first.

"Guild Master! The--" One of the guys that came in begins.

"No. Quiet." Ilyana says sternly, "And listen to me. Blake, you get everyone together in the Guild Hall. Now. No exceptions, you get everyone in there as soon as you can and as quickly as you can. Keep people calm and keep people quiet."

One nods his head and leaves, but he's quickly replaced by another Guild Member and Ilyana looks at her with the same level of sternness, "Get the top Magi and put them at the entrances to guard. I want as little movement and sound as possible to be visible from outside."

She quickly leaves and she finally turns to the guy who had tried to speak from before. "Get Gren. Have him bring Symeria and Nymeria to my office--he'll have to teleport into therapy to get Symeria....that room's closed off during sessions."

With that, the last guy leaves and Ilyana rushes to the door and closes it with a swift slam and she then comes forward, close to Xiax and looks more afraid and serious than she ever has in a very long time. She clutches at her neck, sticking her hand down her shirt and pulling out a massive key on a chain that was hidden underneath it.

At the end of a chain is a long, metallic key that is about six inches in length and made of a dark, almost black metal that most would never have seen before. She pulls it off of her neck as she is speaking to Xiax frantically, all the while her mind is rushing with wild thoughts in her head and scolding herself at how idiotic it is to give this to someone like Xiax--he's freaking insane.

"Take this right now, Xiax. I need you to take it and hide it. Keep it safe and guard it with your life." Ilyana says with fear, "Gren's going to take you three out of here, okay? You're going to be okay, but you can't tell anyone about this damn key."

"Um, okay...." Xiax takes the key, while also being careful not to touch Ilyana. As he makes contact with the key, he freezes up, his eyes losing focus as if he is looking out into another world. For a moment, Ilyana thinks that he is about to have a seizure, but it only lasts for a moment before he seems to be back to normal.

"I know you're in a hurry right now, but...why do you have a key to pandora's box?" Xiax asks her.

"If I keep it safe, no one can use the damn key." Ilyana says, as if it were obvious, "Now, it's your job. We can't let Dark Ascension get their hands on it!"

Ilyana is confused, wondering how he knows of this stuff--but there's no time. How does he know the key is important? How does he know it has a dark purpose? She wishes she had the time to really talk this out with the nutter. "How do you know...what do you know?"

Xiax is almost dumbfounded for a moment. As he had touched the key, the symbol on his chest warmed up slightly and he knew, within an instant, just what this key was. And as he did, he also knew something else: Ryla is currently holding a key, too. Through the connection of the keys, the two magi, Xiax and Ryla, see through each other's eyes, pulled into the void for an almost endless moment as they comprehend the gravity of what they have both been given.

[ATTN: Nadia]
--S'venton; Nothern UMS, Targon State; 5:20PM-–

Suddenly, a pulse of light washes into the shelter and a brilliant, white light flashes through the windows. Everyone standing is knocked to their feet and many of the crowd of people are knocked into each other from the chaos. Without a second though, Amelia is quick to move over to Xaroff and lies over him protectively.

The pulse was...crazy strong! What was that? Sache looks confused as he looks over at his guild mates with confusion and intrigue. Theories buzz through his head and it isn't until Attica points it out that he realizes that the storm has come to an end.

"Hey, what happened to the storm?" Attica asks.

Opening up the door, Sache looks out to see that it isn't an illusion. The storm is, in fact, over. Complete calm has washed over the lands and, although everything is still damp and damaged, the storm didn't last long enough to completely abolish the entire town. A few buildings still remain, just barely. He smiles.

Xaroff stands up, pulling Attica with him. It would seem that the force of the wave of magic also woke him from his unconscious state. He looks about confused, but Attica takes his hand, so he simply looks down at her and smiles as she tells him that the storm is over. He nods his head happily and the townsfolk all begin to pour out as they chatter from the confusion.

Once the Guild members are left alone in the shelter with just the Mayor and the Sheriff, the Sheriff holds out his hand and takes the crazy man by the arm after the teleporter lets him stand. The Mayor tells him to take him to the jailhouse--or as close to one as they can get to a jailhouse. The Sheriff then leaves, followed by the teleporter and that leaves just the Quinsenterra crew and the town mayor.

With a quiet thank you, the Mayor leaves, still shaken up by everything. He's not his usual self. He asks them to help with the cleanup of the town, and so Xaroff happily accepts to help without a hesitation or a look of reluctance. He seems so cheerful and Attica asks him if he's okay. He looks at her confused for a moment, and then shrugs.

"Don't remember what happened, so...why wouldn't I be okay? I feel okay." Xaroff asks.

Attica simply says a short "never mind" before moving off to begin helping with the clean up. It takes them about an hour to work their way around the place and getting the last two remaining buildings back into living shape--or at least, as close to living shape as can be.

The Mayor clears them for the job, handing off a payment to each of them, as well as a paper stamped with his town's seal that shows that the Quest has been officially completed. It also marks high satisfaction with their work, which Attica honestly didn't expect, considering the chaos of what had just happened before.

Attica looks up at Nadia with happiness, rocking from side to side with her hands behind her back sweetly as she asks, "Mission accomplished?"

[ATTN: Jacobi]
--Lacrima Inn Lobby, UMS; 5:20PM--

The tall man with navy blue hair and steel grey eyes is staring at Jacobi as he walks into the Inn. he's about 5'8 and lean with the shorter hair length revealing the obvious Walsh guild tattoo on the side of his neck. He is rather nonchalant as he notices the man that enters, recognizing him for who he is immediately.

With an expression of disinterest, his eyes leave Jacobi and instead move back to his drink on the table, pulling up an ale mug and taking a big swig. Another guy with a Walsh tattoo on his face sits down at the table after coming down the stairs where the rooms are.

The Inn owner walks up to Jacobi and smiles her greeting, "Hello! Welcome to the Lacrima Inn and Tavern! Will you be dining, staying the night, or both?"

The man with the Walsh tattoo on the right side of his face looks at Jacobi with interest, but then looks over at his dark haired guild mate as he speaks rather loudly and impatiently after taking a swig of his own drink. "Fuyu, the storm's over. When are we gonna get going?"

Guilds Role-Play

Jacobi
{Attn: Chiron, Open}--Ferrum Coordinator Guild Hall, UMS; 4:20PM--
#guild_key

Jacobi waited him to take the key. “Well it was Mia who put me on the mission, but it is a combined Guild mission. Since I was chosen, it must be serious. Well I best be off, one more thing.” Jacobi flashes his scariest grin. “Don’t tell anyone else anything about the key, I am not responsible for the consequences.” There was a part of him that wanted to open his eye, but the White Cross pansy probably wouldn’t be able to handle it.

He walks away and pulls the list out of his pocket. Off to the next person, he takes a look at the list. One more person and one more key, Fuyu of Walsh. He does not think that there are any trains leaving any time soon. He knows that Rodimus would be happy to put him up for the night. However, the guild looks a bit full. An inn it is. He grabs his bag and goes to the nearest inn.

Guilds Role-Play

[Attn: Jacobi, Open] #guild_key
--Ferrum Coordinator Guild Hall, UMS; 4:25PM--

Chiron accepted the mysterious key, unsure what to think of the object and the man who gave it to him. He felt the key's weight and texture, guessing that it must be older than himself. It could make for an interesting knicknack, but Chiron had a feeling he would be utilizing this key later on. He looked to Jacobi, vaguely smiling out of politeness.

"Uhh...thanks, Jacobi. Do you mind telling me who sent you to bring this key to me? I have no idea what this is for, myself."

Jacobi
{Attn: Chiron, Open}--Ferrum Coordinator Guild Hall, UMS; 4:20PM--
#guild_key

Jacobi shakes his head. “Nah nothing medical. However I do prefer a bit more privacy.” He looks around and makes sure no one is paying attention. Like usual people give him a wide berth. It is something he is used to by now. “It seems you don’t know me either. I am Jacobi Rovegno, Class S Valoria guild.” He digs in his pocket as he is introducing himself. “I’ve been tasked as a delivery guy to hand certain people an item.” He brings out the key. “Before ya ask, I don’t know what it does, but I know that you should keep it on your person and not tell anyone about it.” He waits for Chiron to take it. “Oh and good luck inside, I think others got knocked around.”

Guilds Role-Play

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open}--Terrenia City, Crye Estate; 3:00pm--

Lord Cyre stays with Kaimele and the girl. Kaimele has not learned her name, nor does she recognize her. As Kaimele maintains her magic, Lord Cyre begins to sing. It is a hauntingly beautiful song, fit for an occasion such as this. Her eyes stay on the girl, but she notices the lights dimming. For a brief moment she wonders what kind of magic Lord Cyre has.

Kaimele notices tiny little orbs of light slowly floating from their group. She can feel the gaze of the people on their group and is a bit surprised when no one else approaches. She looks down at the dying girl and sees peace in her eyes. Her magic is helping, and she is happy that she can provide this for the young woman. A slight smile comes to Kaimele’s face when the girl whispers thank you.

Kaimele moves away after the life slips away from the girl. Lord Cyre’s song continues. Perfect really because she needs to hide before the effects hit her. And they will hit her hard. Kaimele slowly moves away as not to draw any attention to her.

Kaimele sees the guards by the exits. She knows that they will not let her through, not until the murderer is caught. She begins to shiver….No, not yet, she cannot be starting this yet. Not only that, but Lord Cyre’s song changes too. In place of the song of peace is a song as furious as the storm outside.

She turns and watches the orbs change and darken to a deep red color. She is thankful for that for she knows that it will hide any physical differences. The coldness seems to settle in, but she is not sure if it is from the magic or not. She is certain that if it was not for the makeup she was wearing, her face would be pale as well.

The pain begins as the orbs begin to swirl around a man. Kaimele does not pay attention. This is not of her concern after all, she is just the hired help. However they seem to have figured out who the murderer is. He of course tries to run and some of the guards move from the doors, not all mind you. Perfect for her, it is the chance she needs to escape the party before the full effects hit her.

Kaimele slowly walks to the door. Her hand is on her stomach. She bites her lip to not cry out. The guard sees her. “Are you alright Miss?”

She nods. “I am just fine, I guess I am just a little tired from all the activity. Is it alright if I retire for the evening?”

The guard sees her leaning against the wall. He goes over to assist her. He touches her arm. It feels cold. He can see the fatigue in her eyes. “Will you need any assistance?”

Kaimele shakes her head fervently. “No, please, I think you may be needed here more, I will be fine.” She slowly begins to walk away. The pain gets worse and the fatigue begins to take hold, forcing her pause along the way. She forces herself on though. She feels something around her waist and looks up to see the guard. “I guess I am more tired than I though. I will be fine once I get to my room though. It is right there.” She points that the third door down.

The guard helps her into her room and sets her on the bed. Kaimele lies back and curls into a fetal position. It should only be a little longer before the effects are done, but it will feel longer.

Jacobi
{ATTN: Open, Ryushi, Chiron} #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory, Ventya State; Train; 4:00 pm--

It was just as Jacobi feared, they are going to pick up the other passengers. Now how the fuck is he going to find one person. At least they being good little sheep and sitting on the train. Jacobi walks the aisle the best he can with the compass, trying to pinpoint the person.

The train makes it to the station and the train unloads. He was never so thankful. This Ryushi person was not in the train car he was in. He walks around the station and the compass points true. There in front of him is a man he somewhat recognizes from that other pansy assed guild. Might as well get this over with. “Ryushi, a word if you don’t mind?” His words may be polite, but his tone is anything but. He hopes that the man appreciates his ‘pleasantries’.

Guilds Role-Play

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open}--Terrenia City, Crye Estate; 2:30pm--

At first Clementina is honored to be dancing with Lord Brenton. She never imagined that she would ever be dancing with a Lord. During the first dance he was such a gentleman, showering her with compliments, and being very flirtatious. His dancing skills are not up to hers, but her toes are not being stepped on either.

By the second song he got creepy though. He somehow got her away from the main crowd. His hands are slipping down to places that make her uncomfortable. Then he whispers a proposition in her ear. Her mouth fell and she slaps him. She walks away as he grabs her wrist. A shrilling scream fills the air interrupting him.

They people separate around a young woman. Clementina goes to investigate, pushing her way politely through the crowd. She sees Lord Cyre cradling the young lady, there is blood all over. Clementina turns away. No, not here, anywhere but here. She closes her eyes and sighs. “Lie her on the ground and let me take a look at her. No I am not a doctor, but I may be able to help. I am going to need something to help stop the bleeding. Something that you don’t mind blood on. I am going to need a blanket as well to keep her warm.”

Kaimele takes the young ladies hand and starts to “examine” her. She shakes her head. “Abdominal wounds are not good. There are so many organs there.” She tells the crowd. She leans forward and whispers in the young lady’s ear. “I am so sorry, there is nothing I can do. But I will take away the pain for you.”

Kaimele does just that and alleviates the pain for her. At least when she does pass, she won’t feel any pain. Hopefully their attention will be on her so Kaimele can disappear when the affects hit her.

Jacobi
{ATTN: Open, Ryla, Lark, Ryushi, Chiron} #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory, Ventya State; Train Station; 2:30-3:35 pm--

Jacobi likes it when people actually listen to him. He does not care if they are afraid of him. Soon they are all seated and the train starts moving. Jacobi finds a seat that has no one else around him. He opens up his list in one hand and the compass in the other. The next name on the list is Chiron. He whispers it and the arrow moves to the direction they are headed.

He decides to relax the best he can. He can see the rain outside and knows that there is no way he would be able to travel on foot. He will be fine as long as people leave him alone. He knows that Mia is going to be pissed if he does not deliver the keys soon. He actually closes his eyes.

He does not know how long he is out before hearing the train stopping. There is also cheering from others. He knows they had extra cars, but not what it was for. He looks out at the other train. He has a bad feeling about this. The last thing he needs is more people and more delays. He grumbles and looks down at the compass. It is starting to go crazy. Either his target is close or the damn thing is broken. Hopefully it is the prior.

Guilds Role-Play

(ATTN : Jacobi, Lark, Diggles, Dorian) #Guild_Key

--UMS Border Territory, Ventya State; Train ; 2PM--

About to approach the intimidating fog, Ryla took a deep breath, staff still in her hands. ''Don't freak out, it's just super dark smoke, no worries right ? ... RIGHT ?!... '' To be honest she was afraid, but she was determined to poke one of the bad guys. As she continued her monologue in her head to herself, she didn't quite notice needles were about to fall on her head and squealed out of fear. Diggle was able to defend her however with his barrier and then jumped on it to land back between her and Lark.

Quickly she open her bag and take out her safety helmet and put it on. ''Always w-- '' Was all she could manage to say before a thunder noise stopped her from saying anything, actually it turned into a scream. ''God these thunder noises ! EEeek ! Watch out cool lightning dude !!! '' She said pointing the ground sent at this guy. Thankfully there was a bigger distance between the fog, the train and them. Though they all looked so scary !!! It's then she sees that Jacobi had made the earth guy go down shaking like a wuss. Ah maybe I can poke this one !!'' She thought as she approached the earth guy, waiting for Jacobi to take some distance. With an ankward smile she place her hand on the shoulder of the man. ''Don't worry ! He's really scary... and you're not the only one who's scared of him !''

Flashes of people dying at this man's hands or rather earth powers came to her as well as the shadow of a quite large key. Not that she could see the shape or anything though her heart beat went up by a bit when she saw that. She was pretty sure it wasn't the one she had though. With a gasp she remove her hand and step away, grabbing her salt bag. ''EVIL BEGONE ! '' She said throwing salt in the man's face before running away like crazy toward Diggle and hid behind him. ''Diggleeeeeee I'm scared !!!'' She said grabbing his shoulders.

(ATTN : Nadleeh, Chiron, open)

--Southern Targon State; Trainwreck, Late Morning--

Ryushi was defenetly disturbed by the man's laughter. But hearing his words he was a bit more at ease in a way since this one wouldn't hurt anymore people on this train. Not that they could yell party though there was still dead people and the train could not move thanks to the fact that he had not moved or thought quickly enough. Then again would he have been able to do anything about it ? .... Still a bad feeling came into his heart, he felt responsible for all of this. He moved to Chiron and said ''Chiron ... please assist more into helping the wounded I'll join you in a bit too. I...I'll try and talk to the conductor again. '' He said trying to be strong. ''Nadleeh, Valentino... try to help as much as you two can too.

Before he took another step forward a few figures stopped in front of him. They were some he could reconized as the bodies he saw earlier and so he could only assume it was their spirit. He could see them clear as the day as if the real them was standing before him.

''You'll just let him go like that ?.....'' One of them said. The ones with this guy had eyes of hatred.

Looking down Ryushi took a few steps and walked passed them whispering ''I'm sorry...'' He looked back up and went in search for the conductor trying to hide the fact that he was sad.

(ATTN : Jacobi) #Guild_Key

--UMS Border Territory – train station; Late Morning--

When the man started to speak, she looked a bit in his direction, but avoided eye contact as she was still rather a bit afraid of what the man would do to her. However when he took out a key, it picked her curiosity. Is it to open some kind of shiny treasure ?...'' she thought wondering about the key source. She took the key that had a good size to be honest. She hid to face the back of the bench and looked in her bag for a rope quickly and used it to make a necklace with the key and place it around her neck. She hid the key under her blouse which was under her one piece suit.

Ryla was rather scared by his last sentence when she turned back to look at him, accidently looking at his face. She just nods and run toward the others.

(ATTN : Lark, Diggle, Open)

Joining with Diggle and Lark, she was happy to see that Lark seemed to be hearing again. ''You're healed !!! YEAH !'' Ryla exclaimed pulling Lark into a hug. She did not get any vision this time however. ''Would you like to still come with us so we may properly thank you at our guild ?

{ATTN: Open, Ryla, Lark, and Sheridan} #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory – train station; Late Morning--

Finally the young Ryla comes over to him. She sits at the very edge of the bench and greets him oddly. “I ain't going to take up too much of your time. I have other people to meet as well. As I said, I am on a joint guild mission. I need to give you this.” He pulls out a good sized key. It is a gold one with fancy scroll work on it. “You should not tell anyone that you have it, and keep it with you at all times. Other than that I have no clue what it is for. Now, I have to go see about delivering the rest of these.” He looks at Ryla slyly. “Be glad that you aren't my opponent...this time.” He hears the train whistles blow as the train stops. “Goodbye Ryla.” He stands and slings his bag over his shoulder.

Guilds Role-Play

(ATTN : Diggle, Jacobi, Lark, Sheridan, Open) #Guild_Key

--UMS Border Territory – train station; Late Morning--

*Collab with Leah for a big part, seeing Lark, Sheridan and Jacobi near the end/Quest details are also mentioned in here.*

Diggle is leaning on Ryla for support, barely able to stand. He moves up towards the table with Ryla, getting closer after moving about in the small crowd. They are almost there when they approached by a rather large man--one that Diggle, unfortunately, recognizes instantly.

S Rank, Valoria. Crap. Diggle's mind begins to race, wondering what the man could possibly want. When he asks after Ryla, his eyes widen in surprise.

Within an instant, he almost falls over as he loses his support in her fear. Ryla moves behind him, using him as a meatshield and he inwardly feels slightly frustrated. This woman is gonna get him killed.

He is ready to speak, but Ryla instantly begins to ramble on about how she's done nothing wrong, making ridiculous sounds and gestures of defiance.

As Jacobi speaks, he is quite friendly and nonchalant, giving Diggle quite a bit of relief. He sighs as the large man-beast walks away, looking over at Ryla with a raised eyebrow.

"I'm a shield, now? Really?" He says, shaking his head.

Ryla nearly fell with Diggle when he lost his balance for a few seconds and listening to the large man speaks, she looked at him wondering if he was still creepy or not. That's when Diggle words woke her from that. ''W-whaaa... OH !'' She instantly came back in front and helped him up a tiny bit. ''I'm sorry ! '' She said with some puppy eyes.

"Well, let's do this quest meeting, first." Diggle says grudgingly, though his tone softens a great deal. "Then, you gotta meet with Jacobi--you do as he says and you behave. He's dangerous. And when you are meeting with him, don't look in that eye if he opens it, okay? Look the fuck away...actually, I don't even know if that would help."

At the mention of quest meeting she nods once and then when he mention Jacobi she nods a second time or rather was about till it clicked in her head. ''Y-You know this guy ? .... '' She commented and then talked in his ear. ''Is he like... a underground stalker that kill people with laser beams coming out of his eyes ?.... Should I put something on my eyes to keep safe or will he burn me with his laser beam ?! .... '' Ryla had apparently made herself a version of the man in her own head. Clearly none of this made sense, but it sort of made sense for her.

Diggle sighs again, shaking his head. "Jacobi is Rank S for Valoria, Ryla. His ability is fear. FEAR. Like, I saw someone piss all over the damn ground because of him."

He looks back at Jacobi over his shoulder nervously, as if afraid that the man could hear them from afar through all of the talking people. "The council has forbid him, specifically, from using any weapons. The last time he had one...he did more than destroy everything and everyone around him. People say he even opened a rift into the spirit realm just from his raw power alone."

Ryla swallow some saliva out of fear herself... she wasn't sure she wanted to be close to the man that much and especially alone. ''I hope I didn't do something I don't remember that would offend him.... Diggle ... Gimme a good luck charm ! Anything ! .... ''

Diggle is ready to reply, but the man with the papers in his hand, clearly a high compnay worker within the train station, begins to speak loudly with an announcement. He looks up at the man with curiosity.

"Listen up! The train will be here soon!" The man says, quietening the nearby Guild members. "This is an emergency! Our other train has been attacked by a magic user of some kind, so what we need is to speed up this train, head them towards the train in question, and get you guys there to protect our cars--and passengers, of course! Now, the tracks are paralell and close, so you wouldn't have to get far to deal with this magic user, whoever it is. So far, only one attacker has been reported and we need that train as intact as possible and running again as soon as possible--we need to get all passengers to their destinations before the Great Storm!"

He pauses a bit, handing out several papers with official quest seals on them. "Use this to complete our quest at the other station and we will give you the train ride free, plus a small payment to you and a notice to your GUilds for your good deed--the sooner this accomplished, the more you will make. If any of you injured, as some of you appear to be, we do have a single healer at our disposal. Do you have any questions?"

Ryla raise her hand. ''S-s-s-should we make a strategy ? '' She wasn't talking as clearly as earlier thanks to something else being on her mind at the moment. ''Also my friend here who is from the same guild is weak at the moment, does he have the time to catch a nap ? Or can the healer fix him ? ''

"Wha?" The guy looks at Diggle, then to another man who nods his head. "Yeah, he can help him. We don't have a plan, we just hope you guys know how to take care of this for us."

''Yay ! You're awesome ! '' She said toward the healer. ''Though... is there any way to contact people you may know that is over there to get more details maybe ? I mean our success rate can only go higher if we know a bit more what we're fighting.''

"Unfortunately, that is not possible." The man replies with a frown, "Which is why we decided to hire as many as we could. No clue who it is, how many there are, or what they can do."

''Woaah... Well... I'll do my best to provide support... I mean after all, our trains needs to get home too ! Right Diggle ? ''

"Yeah." Diggle says, nodding his head weakly. "Can they heal Lark, you think? He'll probably be working with us. Anyway, we accept!"

A couple of other magic users accept after him, copying his last statement with similar tones as they reach for the papers with the seal. THey also, of course, fill in their names and Guild name where needed so that they can be contacted later, if neccessary. The healer moves towards Diggle with a polite gesture.

"Ready?" The man asks.

Diggle nods, "Yeah. Ryla, send Lark over here while I'm doing this before you talk to Jacobi, alright?"

''...Oh ! Right... um... I'll go look for him ! '' Not that she wanted to be done with this task right away considering she had to see Jacobi after. Not only that, but the thought of the good luck charm had totally escaped her mind. She looked around for some time, but not so long and found Lark sitting next to Sheridan in wait. She did a sign that she wanted to write again to communicate with him and when she was given what she needed.. ''Hey Lark ! There's a healer that could heal you here, you should go see Diggle over there.'' When she was sure that she had Lark's attention, she pointed toward Diggle who was being treated by a healer himself. She gave back the book with a smile after writing I'll be right back alright ?'' Ryla then looked at Sheridan and said. ''You should probably join Diggle too, I'll be there in a bit.''

And there it was folks... she had to go see the super scary guy. She went toward Jacobi and approached slowly.... till she sat really carefully at the other end of the bench of which he was sitting. ''Ryla's is now present before you... please leave a message after the beep..... Beeeeep. '' She was talking in a robotic way, since it was pretty much how she felt next to that guy. Then again if he joined the mission on their side... well that could be reassuring.

Guilds Role-Play

Jacobi
{ATTN: Open, Ryla, Lark, and Sheridan} #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory – train station; Late Morning--

Jacobi watches the young lady closely. He can tell by her response that she is the one he is looking for. Ryla’s reaction does not surprise Jacobi. He knows what he looks like, but this time he was actually ‘trying’ to be friendly. He must admit there was a part of him that wonders what would happen if he opened his eye. He has not scared anyone to death, but there is always a first time.

“Don’t get your panties in a bunch, I just need to talk to ya. I was sent on a combined guild mission to find ya. Don’t worry it won’t interfere with anything else. After you are done accepting the other mission, come over by me. I will be right over there.” Jacobi points to a bench. “I need you to be alone. I am not going to hurt ya. If I was, I would have done it already. Just see me before you board the train. If you don't then I will find you, only I will not be in a good mood.”

He walks away from her and goes over to the aforementioned bench. He sits down and waits for her. If a person gets to close he stares at them until they scramble away. It is not even fun anymore.

Guilds Role-Play

(ATTN : Diggle, Jacobi, Open) #Guild_Key

--UMS Border Territory – train station; Late Morning--

Ryla thought she was about to get an answer from the military guy when suddenly a bulky guy with long black hairs tied in the back approached them. He started to speak to her with this serious look of his and all she could think was ''Is he a creep trying to stalk me and pursue me to the end of the universe... or perhaps an alien trying to capture me ?! .... OMG I have to hide !'' Her next reflex was to hide behind the tired looking man that was with her.

''I-I did nothing I promise ! Please don't arrest me oh bulky and strong looking man !!!'' She clings to Diggle and start doing some angry cat noises. It was obvious that she found the tall bulky man scary and creepy. How is he suposed to know her name ?!

(ATTN : Broken train car)

**This is a collab post between me, Leah7 and Vye-Avis !**

--Southern Shaenet Train, Late Morning--

Chiron tensely came close to Ryushi and spoke softly in his ear, hoping the suspicious man wouldn't hear them. "What should we do with the civilians? I could look after them if you and Nadleeh lure this guy away from the train." Another look at the frightened hostages filled Chiron with a disturbance he hadn't felt in a long time. He could never understand why some people are so inclined to hurt others, despite his profession.

Hearing from Chiron in his ear he simply nod and then look at Nadleeh briefly before looking toward the man chewing on metal again, still waiting for an answer.
Nadleeh's bones jump from her body as the man's head jerks up and his gaze finds Ryushi with an almost feral look and motion. Ryushi's voice was almost like a trigger, pulling the metal eater's focused chewing to a halt. Loudly, he swallows, looking only at Ryushi.

"Oops." He says in response.

''Oops ? ... Is that the only thing you have to say to these dead bodies ?!'' Ryushi said looking angry. He couldn't believe the nerve of this guy. Ryushi could see the spirit forms of the fallen ones around looking at the man with hate also, others were just trying to go back in their bodies crying out.

Chiron didn't bother to take another look at the guy as he inspected the still living bodies huddled together. "Don't worry, we're from White Cross." He began. Luckily, he brought his emergency medical equipment in his briefcase. He used his ability to check each civilian before doing any work.

"Yeah." The man says, taking another bite and crunching down. Nadleeh cringes. He is disgustingly nonchalant and doesn't seem fazed at all.

Ryushi jumps from the train to approach further the man with a plan in his head. Although giving the strenght of the man he didn't know if it would work well or not. When he was close enough he created a reverse barrier in the shape of a sphere around the man. This barrier would basically keep him from getting out of it if strong enough.

''I just established a barrier around you since I judge that you could endanger others lives. Though I am still wondering how you can be so nonchalant about taking peoples lifes. Though I am not searching to fight you could you do so and act responsible of your act in the least ? ''

The man just stood there eating as Ryushi approached. His expression turns to that of annoyance as the barrier rises up.

"I don't like being trapped." The man says with warning. "Let me out. Now."

''After you answer me and promise me you won't hurt anyone else only. You don't like being trapped, I don't like when innocent victims dies or get hurt. I just want to make sure you won't hurt anymore people nor eat anymore parts of this train. There's enough metal in this world you don't need what's here.'' Ryushi said with a serious face, doing his best to keep calm. He didn't like the idea of answering violence by violence.

"You let me out or I get out and I kill you." The mans hands clench into fists. Nadleeh looks at Ryushi nervously and the man's gaze switches to her with a smirk. "I can take her first. While you watch."

Ryushi looked at the man with fury in his eyes. ''So in short... that I let you out or not you'll hurt people ?'' Ryushi send more energie on the barrier for it to get stronger as his feelings to protect only grew stronger. ''What tells me I should trust you won't hurt anyone if I let you out with this attitude then ?'' There's no way letting that man out was a good idea.

"People get in my way, they get hurt. Their problem, not mine." The man shrugs. "You gonna be in my way?"

''This train wasn't in your way it was going on normally. You still attacked it and you feel no shame in killing. Your logics seems to have a few screw loose. '' Ryushi couldn't believe the words of this man. Although at the same time he didn't really know if he would be able to contain him. ''I'll repeat, I'll let you out only if you don't hurt anyone and leave this place.''

"I'm not going anywhere." Thr man looks over the train. "I'm hungry."

Ryushi couldn't believe the guy. ''All right since only the train interest you... if I release you you have to let me evacuate every single person and dead bodies from this train and then you get to continue your meal ... that way we both win something. How's that ?''

"Deal." He says, relaxing his pose.

''Good... We came to an agreement, I'll give you the signal when everyone is evacuated. Please hold on till there.'' He said releasing the barrier and he started walking toward the train.

''Nadleeh, run to Valentino and then split up to help with evacuation. Try to get as many people to help on this to do it in a fast paced, but calm manner alright ? Chiron, try to direct people to help you carry the injured. We're gonna need help if we want to reach the next station by foot. We'll follow the tracks till we reach it.''

While Ryushi and the stranger were conversing, Chiron tried to get some information out of the survivors as politely as possible. As he dressed the wounds of the hurt passengers, he learned that the man ripped off the side of the car, killing a handful and sending others onto the tracks as the train kept moving. Once Ryushi gave his order, Chiron instructed the healthy to help him take the wounded to the back of the train. He felt uneasy about trusting such a heinous criminal, but he had people to evacuate.

Guilds Role-Play

Jacobi
{ATTN: Open, Ryla, Lark, and Sheridan} #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory – train station; Late Morning--

Jacobi follows the compass, still unable to trust it completely. He has to wonder what kind of mission it is if Valoria is willing to work with Quinn. He loves being on a mission though better than being stuck in the guild hall. He trudges onward finally getting to the train station. He is arriving just in time. The next train is arriving shortly. He buys his ticket and waits for it to arrive. He takes out his list. Hopefully these people are at their guilds. He doesn’t want to waste time having to locate them on the field.

As Jacobi makes it to the train station, it has yet to arrive. There are, however, several seats taken in the large area where people sit to await for its arrival.

It is not scheduled to arrive for another half hour, so the wait should not take too long. A few people start chattering on excitedly about the news that there are several trains late for unknown reasons. Some suspect it is just a scheduling error, but the train workers seem quite hushed about it and will not give out any explanations to any inquiries.

Jacobi sits down, thankful for a chance to rest. The people keep a noticeable distance from him. He closes his eyes and leans back, listening to the gossip. It appears there is an issue with trains being late. Aw hell he would have better luck on foot. He opens his eye and digs out the ticket. If it wasn’t so wet out he would consider it. He stuffs the ticket back in his pocket and takes out the compass. The needle is turning slightly. He only hopes the train doesn’t take him too far off course. He knows the way to Shez guildhall.

As the chatter continues, the train workers and owners that are in uniforms begin to walk around the edges of the train station with megaphones, calling out loudly as any town crier would do.

The station workers request any available magic users, especially anyone in a Guild, to come to a specified table for a Quest request, which guarantees this next train ride free, as well as rich compensation.

Jacobi watches as the train workers mull around. They are in their uniforms calling out for magic users. Too bad he is already on a mission. He watches the table they have set up carefully. He takes out the compass. The needle is not pointing at the table. Damn, he just can’t catch a break. He was hoping to be lucky and catch one of the people on the list. He sits back keeping an eye and ear open. Maybe he will be lucky and one of the people will be on from the same guild at the persons on his list.

Diggle pushes all of his effort into making the barrier needed to cover the Shazeer ruins--it takes him thirty minutes to finish its development with included meditation, and then it takes another fifteen minutes to make it to the train station.

He looks to Ryla as they almost make it to the station, looking grim. "I see the train isn't there, yet. It's pretty late."

Ryla looked at Diggle do his barrier and watched carefully in case he would need some help on the way back after. ''Your barriers are always amazing.'' She commented, always fascinated by the man's ability.

As they get closer to the station and Diggle mention about the train being late she tilts her head on the side. ''Uh? ... That's strange.... ''

Diggle breathes a little more heavily, clearly very tired from the barrier creation from earlier. He looks to the station entrance and loos slightly confused as he hears some of the train workers walking from side to side outside, using megaphones to announce loudly as they pace in their uniforms.

"Please, all magic users--especially Guild Members--that are boarding this train, meet up with us and hear a Guild Quest Request. We have very urgent need of your assistance." The members repeat the message over and over.

Diggle looks weakly over at Ryla. "What's that about? Wanna check it out?"

As they get closer, Diggle can hear them talk about how the quest will guarantee that the train trip is free for them, as well as additional compensation. His eyebrows raise.

Ryla nearly jumps when the voice on the megaphone start to speak loudly. ''Holy crap! It's the apocalypse! Everyone run!'' She said acting a bit silly till she heard Diggle ask if they should go check it out.

''Uh sure. '' As they approach they overhear some worker and considering that Ryla is far from a shy person. ''HELLO THERE! MIND SHARING INFO I'M FROM THE GUILD SHEREHAZADE KRRRRRSSS'' She yells almost in the employees hears to finish with a sound that is a bit like the megaphone cutting.

Diggle cringes. This girl is crazy and loud. He follows her, albeit with a blush on his cheeks. The man nods his head in response, leading her into the station through the entrance.

"See that table in the far corner?" The guard says, "I need you guys to go there--the quest information will be given to you there. Thanks for listening to the request, guys...though, your partner there doesn't look so good."

''OKAY ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE INFO.... MOVING ON!.... Okay I'm tired of talking like this. Seriously man check the volume of your megaphone they HURT!!! And no worries he's fine, he just need a small nap I guess?'' She explains before leaving dragging the other guy toward the table.

After a few steps they get in front of the table and Ryla almost dance on place. Raising her hand toward the man holding papers. ''SIR! COMING FOR INFO SIR! '' She says with a salute after clearly seeing that the guy was a military. Probably not from the council for sure, she wondered what was going on.

Jacobi looks over and can see a trail of smoke in the distance. About time he is getting cagey being around so many people. A woman’s loud voice cuts into his head. However this time it is a good thing. The noisy broad is from Shez. He looks at the list. Well Ryla can be a girl’s name. If not she is from Shez and can give him some information about Ryla. He looks down at the compass it is going nuts. Fucking piece of shit. He knew it was too good to be true. However it may be right…

He watches the girl closely. She seems to be the excitable high energy type. All he has to do is give her the key and move on. He takes the correct key and places his hand in his pocket. He approaches the couple. Time to have some diplomacy. “Hello, listen I overheard that you were from Sherehazade. Would you by any chance know of a Miss Ryla?” He hopes he does not scare the poor lady.

Guilds Role-Play

Jacobi
{ATTN: Open} #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory; Morning--

Ruoh begins his quick stride once more, following Jacobi with a polite and graceful not and without any remark or look of surprise towards his mannerisms or speech. He takes the rude behavior rather well--then again, Ruoh knows that it is not his place to teach those that are not in his Guild. Jacobi is also well enough known by his reputation to know that he is hardly the kind of man to think of being respectful to those around him. "Thank you for your time." Ruoh says appreciatively. He decides to remain silent until the make their destination. Jacobi is not a man to deal with idle or friendly conversation. He will want to get straight to the point.

The inn Jacobi speaks of comes into view. He looks up at the skies. "Appears we have luck on our side. We may beat the rain."

He gets his hand on the door handle and it begins to pour. Jacobi immediately goes to the bar and orders a mug of ale. He sits down at an empty table. "Now what is this business?"

"One moment, please." Ruoh says politely as the ale is delivered to the bar. Within a moment, as promised, a ringing is heard in Jacobi's ears, the high tone simultaneously entering the room as the man begins to feel somewhat lighter than usual, as if gravity has decreased in the area. His movement is sluggish--so much so, that it is as if he moving a mere centimeter as each second passes. Even blinking seems to be somewhat of an effort. "No one can hear us, now." Ruoh says, his golden eyes now glowing brilliantly. "You'll be able to move and speak normally within a few minutes. I am simply removing any chances of being overheard."

Ruoh pulls out what appears to be a compass--except that there is no marker to discern North. It is obviously very old, made of older materials and with a design that hasn't been carved or used in many centuries. "This is an item that my Guildmaster had obtained from Sheherazade, an artifact found in one of their digs--it is also highly classified and knowledge of it's existence is severely limited. You are now the fourth person to know of it or see it." Ruoh explains, placing it before him. "When you concentrate on a name, for example," Ruoh says, "This compass will point you in the direction of where that person is located." Ruoh looks at him pointedly, moving it closer to him so that he may take it. He doesn't explain why he should need it--Jacobi isn't an idiot and he is sure he'll know what he is meant to have it for on his own. "The Lady will wish it to be returned when you no longer have need of it, of course." Ruoh says politely.

Jacobi hears the ringing and suddenly feels sluggish. Every movement takes a lot of effort. *What the hell* He thinks to himself, his mouth unable to move. He can't even pick up his damn ale. He sees Ruoh's eyes glowing. Slowly he is able to move however everyone else seems frozen. “Quite and interesting ability you have there.” Ruoh shows him a compass. Jacobi gets a smirk on his face. “It just so happen I can use something like this for my current mission. But what is the catch? Why is Quinn so willing to give this to me even just to borrow?” Jacobi eyes him suspiciously. He has to wonder if the other guilds know about his mission.

"Your mission is known by all Guild Masters," Ruoh says, "but not by me. I do not know what your Quest is, nor of its relevance--but if my Lady loans this to you, then it must be of great import. If there is a 'catch,' I do not know of it."

Jacobi grunts. “Well that tidbit was not relayed to me. Is there anything else you need from me? If not, then I have a mission to attend too. Don't worry I will take good care of this and return it when I am finished.” He sighs. He gets an odd expression on his face. “Tell the Lady thanks.” He stuffs the compass in his pocket and leans back. He reaches for his mug and takes a drink.

"My lady is a direct, blunt woman." Ruoh assures with a nod of his head. "If there were a catch, I do honestly believe she would inform you of it. She would consider it rude not to do so beforehand." He clears his throat, looking down at his hands as they are folded neatly on the table before him. As his eyes move back up towards Jacobi's face, they are no longer glowing as the people around them begin to bustle around them once more. The ringing in Jacobi's ears subside as he smiles politely. "A pleasure meeting you, Sir." Ruoh says with closure as he stands. He signals to the woman at the bar, handing her a few silver pieces to cover Jacobi's drink before exiting the building. "I will trouble you no further."

Jacobi watched as the mans eyes turn back to normal. The people in the bar begin to move around. The damn ringing is gone as well. Ruoh even paid for his drink. Jacobi takes out the compass and looks at it. He has to wonder what kind of mission he is on if it involves all the guildmasters. In his memory, nothing like this took place before. Not that he is scared. Just the opposite, he is excited. It's been a while since he's been on a mission like this.

Guilds Role-Play

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open}
Marketplace; Terrenia City; Morning

Kaimele enters the marketplace where in the distance she sees a disturbance. She moves to the side of the road and watches the group approach. Eventually she can make sense of their signs and chanting. She protects the cart the best that she can while the people force their way through. They were not polite nor caring about their protest.

She glares at the group as they walks away. Thankfully all her items are still in place. She continues to the general store where she and her grandmother are well known. It is the first anti-magic protest she has seen ever. Most people are receptive of magic. In a way she is thankful that hers is hidden, but wonders how long that would be for.

“Kaimele, I was wondering if you would be here today. I saw the skies earlier and was worried.” Kaimele looks up as the shopkeeper’s voice broke her thoughts.

“Good morning Mr. Andreson. I am sorry I don’t have a lot today though. I would not be here if I didn’t have shopping to do.” Kaimele answers. She looks outside as it begins to pour. “What was that protest about earlier?”

Mr. Andreson throws up his hands. “Just some punks who want to make a ruckus. Now let’s work out a deal so you can get back home in one piece.”

Kaimele and Mr. Andreson work out a deal and he hands over her money. “Do you mind if I keep the cart here for now? I don’t want to drag it around outside.” He takes the cart to the back and lets her know that she can pick it up anytime.

Kaimele grabs her umbrella and steps out into the storm. She stays close to the buildings as well as she walk to the clothing store. She only hopes she is able to find the items she needs.

Jacobi
{ATTN: Ruoh} #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory; Morning--

Jacobi is actually enjoying his walk. The weather making the people stay indoors. If it keeps up he will make good time. He looks up and sees a man approaching in the distance. He watches the well-dressed man. He has to wonder why he is risking a chance that is suit might get rained on. He almost walks past the man when he speaks.

Jacobi stops and intently studies the man with his arms crossed in front of him. Just the sight of the man exudes wealth and uppity mannerisms that is the complete opposite of him. He obviously has a pair, which amuses Jacobi. “You better make it quick, because I am on a mission of my own.”

The man introduces himself and states his business. Jacobi lets out a hearty laugh. Here is a man from the guild he hates the most wanting a meeting with him. “Well Mister Ruoh, I hope you aren’t expecting tea at this meeting, because I am out.” Jacobi answers sardonically. “Although I am amused at the so called important business that brought you all the way out here, in this weather, to meet with me. I hope you can walk and talk because I don’t think you want to get trapped out in the rain. It may ruin your clothing. There is a place just ahead where we can talk. There you can say your piece and I will determine how important it is.”

Guilds Role-Play

{Posting with Leah's permission}

[Attn: Seere, Fuyu, Darius]
--Walsh Guild Hall; UMS Border Territory; Morning--

Like a hawk descending upon its prey, Alex marched up to the two guild members from seemingly nowhere. Without a word, he eyed Seere and Fuyu, inspecting their unusual appearance. "I want both of you. In my office. ASAP." Despite the Guildmaster's vague expression, an icy weight was heard behind his voice. He then sternly walked off towards the direction of the guildmaster's quaters.

On the way to Alex's room, several guild members could be seen discreetly mocking and chuckling at the reddish members. One group of friends pointed hidden fingers and whispered among themselves with judging criticism. "What the hell happened to them?" One shorter member asked an equally short comrade. "Dunno. Maybe they went to a crazy party and came back hammered."

Once Fuyu and Seere make their way to Alexander's quarters, they will have noticed that Darius is already there, sitting in a simple a simple armchair. His hands clasped together and his head facing the far wall to the right. Alex is standing next to his desk, scanning through a paper held firmly in his hands. He requests the two guild members to close the door behind them and take a seat in similar armchairs. Once Seere and Fuyu sit down, Alex puts the paper aside, silently assimilating his thoughts based on the small report he just read.

"All right...based on Darius's summary, the mission was a complete failure. I'm not unfamiliar with making mistakes...but this was far worse than what I had hoped, or even planned for." Alex's eyes narrowed on Seere and Fuyu's skin. "Now can someone please provide me the details on what happened? This isn't only an embarrassment of yourselves, or your families. This is an embarrassment of the guild, as well as a stain on the Council's reputation, if word gets out to the public."

[Attn: Kaimele, Open]
--Marketplace; Terrenia City; Morning--

A low clamor of voices is heard at the market as a claustrophobically close group of people is seen in the distance, holding illegible signs and screaming about magic users. Once the group draws closer to the market, the signs are clearly anti-magic slogans written in simple and bold penmanship. Disregarding a sense of courtesy, the group comes bustling into the area, loudly chanting against magic users, claiming they are polluting the world among other affronts to humanity.

The group collectively repeated the phrase "Put down magic before it puts down you!" to the disturbed merchants and their costumers. Citizens that were caught in the protesters' direction hustled to get out of the way before being pushed aside. Not seeming to slow down, the group shuffled straight to the market's center, where they continued chanting negative views of magic and those who partake in it.

[Attn: Jacobi] #Guild_Key
--UMS Border Territory; Morning--

Ruoh spent the previous day traveling by train and slept for the night at a house near Jacobi's guild. The bed was a little rough, but it was tolerable. Before leaving, Ruoh took the time to freshen himself up after a long trip as well as enjoy a quaint meal the locals eat. The sky didn't look particularly forgiving, so Ruoh wasted no time searching for Jacobi. It was only a matter of time before Ruoh found himself on the same road as Jacobi, gallantly walking up to the man facing his way. He already knew of the man's sullied attitude, but it made no matter. Everything should work out fine.

As Ruoh came closer, his soft, golden eyes were clearly seen, only complimented by a neutral, flat expression. It seemed as if Ruoh was a pearly black and white safe hiding a wealth of information and wisdom. "Excuse me, sir, if I could trouble you for a brief moment, I would like to invite you to a meeting you may find important." Ruoh held out a gentle hand, inviting a polite hand shake. He wore a thin grin that didn't appear to stretch farther than his normal mouth line. His other hand held a starkly black umbrella already folded up.

Whether or not Jacobi accepts the hand shake, Ruoh would introduce himself with his hands kept to himself. "I'm Ruoh, Allas Ruoh, Quinsenterra's Trustee. You see, there is something urgent we must discuss that involves you. The fact that I've traveled so far shows how paramount the issue is. You're free to choose any place that would accommodate, so long as we take care of this matter sooner rather than later. I do apologize if I'm interrupting any important business, but I do think it would be in your best interest if we talked a bit."

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open}
--Family home; Terrenia City--

It gets late. Oliva puts away her flute and kisses Kaimele before heading off to bed. She goes through the house putting out all the lights and securing the doors. She cannot wait until tommorrow. She knows she will have to do some shopping for the ball.

She goes to her room thinking about what kind of dances to do. Maybe she will practice for Olivia to get her opinion. This is going to be a grand opportunity for her...eh Clementina. One that she will never have again. Her dancing and costumes will have to be flawless. She cannot help but be excited.

Jacobi
{ATTN: Mia} #Guild_Key
--Valoria Guild Hall; Chanda Lake--

Jacobi shrugs as his attempts at humor fail. “Well I am going to get some shut eye before this mission. You look like you need it too. Relax Mia, I will get the job done.”

He leaves the office and goes to his room. There is something bothering him about this mission. He is not sure if it is because of Mia's grim attitude or what. He shrugs it off. He's been on tougher missions for the 13. He packs the supplies he needs for travel then goes to bed.

--Northern UMS Territory; Gorrin State--

The old man starts shaking in fear as one of the men pull out a sword. He approaches, guarding the half-naked woman as he does so. The man backs away into the monument in fear, clearly weaponless and wearing only the simplest of clothing where few weapons could be hidden. As the sun begins to set, several brazers are already placed around the monument to light the way so that all present will still be able to see.

"I'm just Menton." The old man squeaks out, looking from one traveler to the next with paranoid terror as he shakes against the statue. "You're in the Gorrin pastures, how can you not know where you are?! Please don't kill me! All I did was ask for help! If you don't want to help, then just leave!"

Mia nods her head, understanding the man's ability to be so playful. She doesn't say anything for a bit, looking down on the floor with stress and tired desires to abandon the place and run away from her problems, as most children would.

"Just make sure no one but the names on this list sees a key." Mia says, dismissing him with a gesture. The sun has now set and she will happily be able to rest. "And stay safe. I mean it."

[ATTN: Nymeria, Sylmeria]
--Blazing Swords Guild Hall; After Sunset--

The battle between Nymeria and Rook was most certainly entertaining for the rest of the Guild. Rook's fiery sword and beyond human reflexes as he pushed Nymeria hard to use her ability and fighting skills made his countless years of experience show. He obviously passes her into the Guild officially, giving her both the Rank of a magic user and the Rank of a military member within the Blazing Swords.

As a Rank D member, (until further evaluation) Nymeria is now free to set out on her new mission with Sylmeria. He dismisses the girl with a respectful nod of his head and shaking her hand, clearly pleased with her performance. The sun has already set before the battle is over and it would seem the two women will be expected to travel at night--or will they?

"When you are cleaned up," Rook says after they finished, "Meet Gren in the main hall and he will transport you and Syl to your destination."

Guilds Role-Play

Kaimele
{ATTN: Open}
--Family home; Terrenia City--

Kaimele goes into the living room and takes out her book. Soon Olivia joins her with her flute. Kaimele smiles listening to her play. She stands up and begins to dance in the room. “I only wish you could play for me at the celebration. I love to dance to your flute playing.”

“I know you do dear, but these party tend to go on forever, and these old bones need their rest. Besides you don't need your grandmother hanging around. Who knows you might meet someone interesting at the party.” Olivia grins.

“If you had it your way I wouldn't be dancing at all, but taking care of babies.” Kaimele rolls her eyes.

“Have I ever told you how to live your live, young lady?” Olivia retorts obviously still teasing her.

“Not in words, but I know what you are thinking Grandma.” Kaimele returns to dancing.

Olivia watches her dance captivated by her movements. She starts to play her flute again.

Jacobi
{ATTN: Mia} #Guild_Key
--Valoria Guild Hall; Chanda Lake--

Jacobi takes the list handed to him, simply glancing at it. He raises his eyebrow when she goes into details. looks at the keys Mia handed him. There is nothing that stands out about the keys. They are made out of 5 different metals though. “What the hell? I know the UMS are crazy but this is strange even for them.” He studies the list Ryla of Sheherazade, Ryushi of White Cross, Chiron of White Cross, Fuyu of Walsh. The highest rank on here is Fuyu. I haven't even heard of most these people.”

He gets a grin on his face. “Oh I do hope I meet with some resistance. Who doesn't know of Jacobi Rovegno? You know me I love putting the fear of whatever God into people. Don't worry Mia, this will be fun.”
