“I wish I didn't have to go either Jasmine. I wouldn't go if I didn't have to, but the front lines need me until they can get someone with more experience. I need someone from Rodario for that. It will take at least a week for that to happen. I promise to be back in your arms as soon as possible.” Brandon said as he continued to rub her stomach.

Serena stood up with the help of Vincent. “Hope wakes up and decides she wants to play at night. She doesn't know it's sleep time.” She said. ”Then the boys sometimes have bad dreams but they do a pretty good job with a kiss and a hug before going back to bed.”

They walked out of the study together. Iverson looked at Kalista and smiled. “I do miss my girls being in the castle. It doesn't seem all that long ago that they were so little like Reginald.”

Brandon smiles at Ava. “You would like that wouldn't you.”

“Why shouldn't you? It would be good for some father daughter time and get you out there on the dance floor.” Serena said.

“No...I don't think so. We might roll over somebodies toes baby.” Brandon said slightly embarrassed.

"I am sure the people will make room for you Brandon, just go out there and have fun. You don't even have to do much." Jasmine encourages him. She only hopes he doesn't get depressed. It is a time to celebrate.

"I know the people will make room for you." Vincent adds encouragingly.

Ava gives him those big puppy dog eyes. “Pwease daddy?” she asks.

“Ok ok.” Brandon said. He wheeled himself slowly out on the floor and the people make room for him. He starts spining around and Ava holds on and sequels with joy.

“This is so much fun daddy!” Ava said as she giggled. Brandon was glad that Ava was happy.

Jasmine smiles watching Brandon and Ava on the dance floor. It is good for him to get out there.

Nathaniel squeezes her hand. "Don't worry, he will be fine. He will get the cast off soon and will be ok."

Jasmine rolls her eyes at Nathaniel. Sometimes the twin sense really sucks.

"Next song is ours." Berenson winks at Jasmine.

The song finally came to an end and Brandon's​arms were tired. Ava claps her hands "Again, Again!" She yells.

Brandon shakes his head as he pushes himself slowly over to the table. "Daddy needs some time to rest after that one sweetie. His arms are tired." He explained. She started to get all pouty on him. "Why don't you ask Uncle Thomas or Uncle Vincent for a dance?" He whispered in her ear.

She looks at her uncles and takes a deep breath. "I need a dance parwtner. Which one of you wanna dance wive me?"

Serena covered her mouth to keep from laughing.

Thomas is the first to stand. "I will take her out there." He goes over and picks up Ava. "You are going to be a really good dancer."

Jasmine rubs Brandon's shoulders. "Thank you, I know she really appreciated it. I really cannot wait until you are out of the chair."

Berenson stands up before Brandon can say anything. "The next song is starting, come on, it's my turn."

"Mom" can we dance with you?" Both Samuel and Jonathan asked at the same time.

Serena stands up and goes with the boys on the dance floor to dance as well.

Berenson looks at Vincent. "I still feel feel really bad that I can't take her dancing." He said with a heavy sigh.

"Don't worry Brandon, you will be back out there shortly." Vincent assures him. "For once you won't clear the floors."

Jasmine loves dancing with her dad. She looks over and sees the kids have somehow started dancing in a big group. "I think we may have them clear the floor." She laughs lightly.

"I know, I just hate that I'm not being able to celebrate with her right now is all." Brandon said. He watched the kids dancing and smiled. "The kids are doing more dancing then anything."

Berenson looked to the side and laughed as all the kids were dancing with Serena and Thomas. "They are our grandkids after all."

"Not all of them. Look at them go." Jasmine laughs. "I don't think we are going to clear the floor now."

Vincent shakes his head. "Don't focus on that. You are going to be dancing with her for the rest of your lives."

"He is right. This will be such a short time that you will forget about missing one dance." Madeline agrees.

The song ends and all the kids groan. Thomas leans to Serena. "Go get Vincent, I have the kids."

"It just feels like forever though." Brandon said as Serena walked up to Vincent.

"Can I have a dance? I think it's my turn." She said taking Vincent's hand.

Berenson looked at Jasmine. "Planning to dance with the kids on this song?" He asked.

"Go ahead, get Mom out her. Nathaniel and Brandon can watch the boys." Jasmine pushes him away. She goes by the kids. Jonathon goes up to her and begins dancing on her feet."

Nathaniel sits next to Brandon with Tareq in his arms. "They are beautiful boys. And because of your kindness, this young man will know nothing but love and adoration."

"does Brandon seem depressed to you? At least a little down? I think everything is starting to add up and weigh down on his shoulders. You guys should have a guys night out and do something for him." Serena said before Vincent twirled her out and pulled her back in.

Brandon watches Tarq in Nathaniel's arms. "It's going to be hard at first. But I know in the end it will be for the better for him. I only home he turns out better than his father."

"Already have that planned with Nathaniel and Levi." Vincent winks. "Once he gets cleared of the wheelchair. It will be when you guys are dragging Thomas around."

Nathaniel nods. "That is a definite. No matter what you will be a better father."

Jasmine and Thomas are having fun with the kids. Twirling them around, and stomping feet. Jasmine is panting when the song ends. "Wow guys you really know how to dance. This mommy needs a breather."

Thomas nods and the bring the kids back to the table.

"Thanks for doing that for him. He really needs it." Serena said. The song comes to an end and they usher the kids back to the table. "Did all of you have a good dance?"

The kids were all answering all over one another as they talked about the fun they had. Brandon looked at Jasmine as she came back a d sat down. "So did you enjoy all the dancing you did?"

Jasmine sighs. "I am exhausted." She places her head on Brandon's shoulder. "Those kids tuckered me out."

"How about I get some dessert then you guys can head out. It is getting late and I know those boys will keep you up." Nathaniel places Tareq in Thomas' lap and goes to the kitchen.

Brandon put his arm around Jasmine and smiles. “Glad you had fun. Now I can hold you tonight and let you fall asleep on me.” He said with a wink to her.

Serena was holding Hope now. She was giggling and smiling as Serena played with her. “I hope your boys are as good as my little girl here as they get older.” She said.

Nathaniel brings out the dessert which everyone eats hungrily. After that everyone goes their separate ways. The Sentalis and Watsons head back to the castle. The little boys of course were wide awake and looking around.

"It is going to take forever to get them calmed down. They did really good for their first day out. Tomorrow we will do the official presentation. When do you go back for your follow up? I am hoping to get you out of the chair at least." Jasmine says as she sits down on the bed. They had just put Ava to bed. She was asleep before they laid her down. The boys are on the bed between them.

"The boys definitely had fun. I don't think they were awake when we arrived at the castle." Vincent begins to rub his back. He goes over to their dresser and finds the meds. It is just beginning to hurt. "I wonder if your parents will come out once the war is over. I know there is a lot to do though. There will be an emergency council meeting."

“Tomorrow, thankfully. Hopefully I can come out of this stupid cast and go into the boot that the doctor was telling me about instead. I will be glad to be able to walk again.” Brandon said as he slowly transitions himself onto the bed. “I might be walking before the presentation. I don't know. I won't know until after the appointment.”

Serena was changing into her pajamas. She saw Vincent taking his medicine and walked over to him. She started massaging his back before kissing the back of his neck. “I know there is much to do now that Langora has given up. I know Dad will want to take a trip up there to talk to them before deciding what to do with them. They can't stay in their own cells forever.” She said. “Now that it is over officially and all that is left is the council, the council will probably establish as soon as word has reached them that both countries has given up.”

"That would be wonderful." Jasmine tickles Lawrence. "Will you need help going to the appointment? I will get the boys ready. Tomorrow is going to be a great day." She looks at Brandon with droopy eyes. "Do you think it is ok to lie them down?"

"That feel so good." Vincent practically rolls his eyes. "We will have to go back soon, but I am glad we came out to help. They really needed the help. I know Thomas is happy to be here too."

“I should be fine. I will have a guard escort me there.” Brandon told Jasmine. “Lay them down. You look so tired. I know they are wide awake, but they are so quiet. I think they will be just fine.” He said. He waits for her to lay them down and then lays her head on his chest. He kisses her forehead and smiles. “Good night my love.”

“We should make arrangements to go back so that mom and dad can come out here to see the babies.” Serena said. She yawns and puts her arms around Vincent. “Now come hold me while I sleep.” She said. They make it to the bed and Serena pulls the blankets up. She lays her head on Vincent's chest and soon she is asleep.

Jasmine woke up twice to take care of the boys. She feels Brandon stirring. "Five more minutes. I am not ready to get up yet."

Vincent opens his eyes to two pairs staring at him. "Good morning boys. Go check on your sister while I get up."

They run over to her crib. "She is sweeping Daddy." Jonathon tells him.

Vincent sat up and slowly gets to his feet. He kisses Serena and whispers in her ear. "Get some rest, I have this."

He goes over to the crib and looks down at Hope. "I think we need to get you dressed. Then we can check on Ava."

The boys race out of the room and go to their room. Vincent chuckles and follow them.

Brandon yawned as he turned over and put his arm around Jasmine. “We have to get up sometime.” He said. He kissed the back of her neck as he massaged her body gently. “Time to wakey wakey, baby.” He said playfully.

Serena opened one eye and then closed it. “Good luck with the boys.” She said. She waits until they are out of the room to get up. She checks on Hope even though she knows that Vincent already has. She is still asleep sure enough. She smiles and heads to take a shower.

Once her shower is done with, she gets dressed in a nice white sundress with flowers on it. She walks into the bedroom to find Hope sitting up and rubbing her eyes. “Good morning sleepy head.” Serena said.

“Ma ma.” Hope said while reaching up. Serena reached down and picked her up and began to change her.

“You are such a good girl. Now if the boys could be just like you at some time.” Serena said with a smile.

The boys rush in fully dressed and go over to Hope. "Good morning sis." They say in unison and smile at her. "Mommy you are purty."

"That I agree with. Now be good for Mommy while I get ready." Vincent picks up his stuff and goes into the bathroom.

Jasmine begrudgingly rises out of bed. It is clear that she is tired. She kisses him. "Let me help you into the chair, then I will get ready." She brings the chair over to him. There is a knock on the door.

Thomas opens it slightly and peeks his head in. "I have a little girl who wants to say good morning." Ava comes in dressed and smiling. "I met her in the hall and got her dressed."

Serena smiles at the boys. “You boys are so thoughtful. I love you very much.” She said. Hope blew them a kiss and then laughed. “I think she's telling you she loves you too.”

“Cool. We were good for dad this morning. Are we going to the official ceremony for the babies?” Jonathon asked.

“Of course we are. We wouldn't miss it for the world. That's why we are dressing up nice and pretty and getting ready to go. It will be after breakfast. Now you have to stay nice till then. If you get dirty, you will have to take a bath.” Serena warned the boys.

Both of the boys barfed as Serena finished getting Hope ready. She could only laugh at them.

Brandon looks down at Ava and smiles. “Well hello there. Don't you look pretty today. Can you tell Uncle Thomas thank you for getting you dressed?” He asked.

Ava turned around and smiled up at her uncle. “Tank you.” She said before bouncing into the bedroom.

Brandon chuckled and shook his head. “We are going to get ready and then we will be right out for breakfast.” He said.

Brandon then looks over at Ava who has climbed into a chair and is looking at her brothers. “Mommy...der lookin at me.” She said.
