Avalia (My Main OC)

Name: Avalia

Gender: Female

Age: 19

Race: Human, but partially replaced by machine and other DNA

Personality: Timid, careful, sometimes angry. She usually only talks if she has something smart-elick(sp?) to say, or if it's urgent.

Description: 5' 4", paling skin, icy blue eyes, caramel-colored hair, reaching to her waist when it's loose, but she usually wears it up in a ponytail, sports a big, metal suit that surrounds her thin frame. She has many treasured possessions, but she was taken from them mysteriously (more about that in the background story. )

Skills/Weapons: Avalia has had a variety of nonhuman DNA spliced into her in small increments, as she is a lab experiement. (Again, wait until the background story. XD) She has hawk-sharp eyesight, the agility of a variety of jungle cats, and the endurance of a few other types of animals, unknown to her at the moment. When without her suit, she is very thin, and can either hide into small spaces or travel quickly and swiftly.

Background: Avalia led a normal life, born a healthy human baby girl, raised by divorced parents that still associated with one another, making sure their daughter was happy, had a few close friends in school, obtaining her closest friend, Penelope, Penny for short. They became attached at the hip throughout their elementary and high school years until they went to college, staying extremely close and in touch, even attending the same university. She was in the beginning stages of studying to be a nurse, possibly a full-fledged doctor. One night, she fell asleep studying. When she woke up, she found herself in a mysterious lab.

She had been asleep for nearly 2 months, or in a chemically induced coma, as she had been experimented on. For one reason or another, she was chosen by these "freaks in lab coats" to become the initial being to partake in becoming the "super human." Just her luck. She is constantly going through tests, and her main target of anger is none other than the leader of the scientists, Dr. Tucker. She has yet to escape from the cursed facility...

As the story I have for her is in her own perspective, she doesn't know, but her friends and family have been searching for her via police and themselves. Of course, the mysterious lab has a secret location, so, for now, they have had no luck in finding her. :D

Also, she was actually a generally happier person before experimenting. Now, she's more shut in on herself, since she has no familiar people to be with or comfort her as she goes through these horrible changes. She doesn't, and probably will no longer, be able to trust as easily as before when meeting new people.
