The Reapers Registration

What is this role-play about? You won't know until it starts! Sorreh!!! However, I'll happily layout some of your registration guidelines to help you with what you don't know:
Your character can be past or present, from any time zone, from any world/universe, and can have any abilities that you desire! Keep in mind that your characters still need to be balanced, please. You may have up to five magical abilities and two primary weapons and one secondary weapon. A secondary weapon must be a throwing, shooting, or small weapon. If you have a gun or anything similar, such as bow or crossbow, you must include in your registration how many clips you have and how many bullets are in each clip, etc.
Rules:
1) Follow the RP Guidelines!
2) This role-play has ten slots! You can be in this role-play if you are registered for another Halloween RP.
3) You cannot post in the RP until your character has been approved by me!
4) Follow GtR Rules!
5) Have fun!!

Name:Ryla Tarslen
Age:17
Gender:Female
Appearance:Long golden blonde hairs that are always tied up in two ponytails, one on each sides. Her eyes are of hazel brown color and is about 5'4''. Her clothes usually are mid-long skirt and t-shirt and is also wearing gloves. Although since she often end up in ruins or otherthings like that, she always have with her somekind of loose and unatractive brown one piece suit in her bag as well.
Weapon(s):Fighting Staff, Pow potion(when she have one)
Skills/Abilities: 1) Knowledge. A power to randomly get infos on others such as their name, their biggest fears, obsessions, weakness, secrets, ect. However she does not controle the info she'll get and need to touch the person. She always however get the name of the person and often randomly start speaking to people like she've met them before and them backing away from the girl.
2) Mining. She knows how to find herself and research mines or ruins for special artifacts or ore.
3) Knowledge ; Architechture/ruins : Will know the history behind some old buildings, mines or these kind of relics as well as the kind of treasures it once had.
4)Craft ;Alchemy ; Knows how to mix substance, but it often give something rather dangerous that will just explode in her face. She does know how to make medecine though. Which is probably the only useful thing she can make along with very small pow potions when it works that is. (Pow potion = will explode when broken, but not a big explosion either just very small one that would just kinda stun the ennemy. But like I said it's rare she get to make one properly... 3/4 of the time it explode in her face.)
5) Good fighting techniques with her staff which she learned from her oncle.

Strength : Medium(Good strenght due to mining a lot and staff fight, not so good at hand to hand however)
Dexterity : High(staff handling and mining tools and such)
Constitution : High (Very good health and have what seem to be an eternal stamina as she always run everywhere or speak super fast)
Intelligence : Medium(Is very intelligent but can be slow and not make any sense into what she says)
Wisdom : High(Works a lot on intuitions and willpower... she can have a lot of wisdom toward common sense, but might not look like it to begin with.)
Charimsa : Medium(Her attitude makes people back away most of the time, but she is still a pretty lady)

1)Lightning magic – while he can tap into his own magical power to release lightning, he also carries around small clay statues that he can break for a magical ‘power boost’ in his element. His own mana reserves are low, and thus the lightning he can release on his own is significantly weaker than if powered up, and he is unable to use it very much before running dry.

Roman's weaponry does not consist of one SOLE weapon, but, instead, consists of many pieces and parts allowing her to customize and fit pieces and parts for her own needs. Her abilities involve being able to carry all of these in a special "gun making kit" that takes her a post or two to create before she can retaliate. Carrying this kit mitigates her stealth, but leaving it on her mount leaves her with only one pistol and one rifle type to use.
BULLETS [Roman is actively researching new ammunition, and can carry all her ammunition in a utility belt]:
Titanium (30 individual spheres)
Steel (30 individual bullets)
Hollow (5 filled with acid, 5 filled with gasoline)
Pistol (2 Rounds of Six)
Automatic (Three clips of 100)
SCOPES:
150/20 (sees 150m as far as Roman can normally see 20 m)

750/20
GUNPOWDER:
FFg Black (leaves residue, most readily available)
Brown (requires less cleaning, more expensive)
Explosive (Not for guns)

Heavy (Changes Center of Gravity favourably, doesn't really silence)

He can tell when a villain's plot has a particular (plot) hole in it without even knowing what it is. He can luck into virtually anything in his favor when it comes to action. He can sniff out continuity error a mile away. And, of course, comes his 'catchphrase' of "You're an IDIOT."

Appearance: Gray-green skin, golden eyes with red rings close to the pupil, a vicious scar across the right side of his face over his eyebrow ridges down into his jaw, 6'4, powerful build riddled with scars, wild silver hair.
Weapon(s): Claymore named Kindness, talons, tail, wings
Skills/Abilities:Has all the basic gargoyle attributes of increased strength, stamina, durability, night-vision and enhanced senses all gargoyles possess. Is an able swordsman and hand to hand combatant, though no formal training, developed from years and years of fighting. Knows survival skills, cooking, and the healing arts. Familiar with modern technology and an occasional mechanic.
