Do you have what it takes to win the Grail?

What if you could turn back time and fix ANY one thing you wanted? What if you could have riches beyond your wildest dreams, have any girl you wanted? Any wish can be granted, but only to the worthy few. Many will try, only two will succeed.

You, the Master, have either been chosen by your family to continue the tradition of your mage family, been unaware of your magus bloodline and accidentally entered the war, or are a renegade magus looking for redemption. Your spells and charms will come in handy against the other Masters of the war. Magic is in your blood and you have enough magical reserves to have your servant feed off you.

Yes, your servant. Your bloodline involves you having enough "prana" to nourish the spirit of an ancient hero, raring to rectify their past and improve their legacy or fix their mistakes. Bringing with them their ultimate abilities and such, their powers are FAR SUPERIOR to yours, but you have the upper hand as you have three command spells to bend them to your will, and the moment you use all three, your status as their master disappears and they run out of prana, thus wiping them from existence and their chance to win the grail.

Other servants, however, do not care for you as a Master, and will target you (simply because other Servants can overmatch them. If a Master dies, the Servant, too, will vanish from existence). Stay close to your servant, and develop your skills so you can at least defend yourself from the Heroes of Lore, those who have been said to split an apple from atop a head, martyr their souls for religion, and lead armies to victory. It's your call. Will you join the war?

So, RP Wise, your job is to create not one, but TWO characters; a master and a servant. Your master can have magical bolts, charms, jewels (which explode on things, among other effects), poultices, and so on, so forth. There is one "ultimate ability" for a magus, but that will be explained in the second post, alongside Servant abilities. NOT EVERYONE WILL GET THIS ABILITY, IF ANYONE EVEN GETS ONE. Most of these sorts of abilities are crafted by YEARS of training or a mastery of a craft.

This is called a Reality Marble, a perfect craft of a world that the master can bend and control to his will. The only Reality Marble in the Fate/Series is one called "Unlimited Blade Works", where the wielder can fire a VERY high number of weapons at any given target after teleporting them both into the new world. Reality Marbles are not confined to this and can simply be a very powerful spell, but they invariably require a huge amount of prana and will drain the user.

Your servant, on the other hand, must be out of any lore (even a self-crated one!), and can be a hero or a villain. Whoever it is, you must link a wikipedia page to them or create a substantial background, which must include place of birth, what the person was noted for, their cause of death, and their one true wish. IN THE ANIME/MANGA SERIES, THERE ARE OVERPOWERED HEROES FOR PURPOSE OF STORYLINE. LET'S KEEP THIS AS BALANCED AS POSSIBLE, AND KEEP IN MIND THE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR CLASS.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CREATING YOUR SERVANT

There are seven BASE classification of Hero, which should cover most bases. If your chosen hero does not fit any of these classifications, feel free to make a new classification, but the seven are:

Saber (adept with swords or other short-hilted weapons)
Archer (adept with bows OR projectiles)
Lancer (adept with lances, polearms, greataxes, and so on)
Caster (adept with magic, CAN have incredibly powerful abilities requiring magic)
Rider (adept with riding things, mostly animals of lore like pegasi)
Assassin (adept with stealth and killing things)
Berserker (can be anything but a Caster that has been enhanced with the "mad enhancement")

Heroes have five basic stats, known as Strength, Endurance, Agility, Mana, and Luck, and rated from A-E. E means that the hero has only an above-average level of that compared to a normal human, and A means that the hero was put in lore for this. If your hero deserves it, and you explain it properly, your hero might get an EX grade, though Heracles only received an A rank in strength.

STRENGTH determines the qualitative ability of their physical prowess.
ENDURANCE determines the qualitative ability of their survival skills.
AGILITY determines the qualitative ability of their speed.
MANA determines the qualitative ability of their magical skills (really, few heroes other than Caster should have more than D in this, though explain if yours should.)
LUCK determines the qualitative ability of their out-of-combat "luck" (this just affects out-of-battle RP)

Sites on the "discussion" forum should explain these concepts further.

Your hero can have as many skills as you choose from this list, PROVIDED THAT THE LORE YOU HAVE PROVIDED MAKES ABSOLUTE, CONCRETE SENSE WITH THE SKILL LISTED. YOU MUST EXPLAIN HOW THE SKILL WORKS WITH YOUR HERO AND JUSTIFY THEIR ABILITY WITH SAID SKILL.

Noble Phantasms are relics/techniques/spells that your hero is associated with. Examples include King Arthur and Excalibur, Medusa and her ability to turn people to stone, and any magician's tome, Reality Marble, and other associated ultimate magecrafts. Again, one can have as many Noble Phantasms as they need to as long as they make sense (AND THEY DO NOT HAVE TO RELATE TO PLOT. Example: King Arthur, during her (not a typo) holy grail wars, created a spell called Invisible Air, allowing her to use her sword and keep it invisible at the same time, protecting her identity).

Phantasms are either defensive, anti-unit, or anti-army. Defensive phantasms can include, but are not just, sets of armour with heightened abilities, healing spells, effective defensive strategies, or force fields. Anti-Unit phantasms are the most common, and include weapons, single-unit spells, weapon techniques, curses, and so on. Anti-Army phantasms are associated with the "ultimate ability", and require HIGH amounts of prana, rendering them unable until they recover (which can be determined by a timeskip, or alternatively, a quick kiss to the lips). THESE abilities are powerful spells that can eradicate entire sections of city.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm gonna admit, this is a little bit ambitious for my first RP here, and this is one I have NEVER done before. Any questions should go into the discussion thread here:
